Chapter 8
Meanwhile in Hell
Kivon's pov
I am in Hell. I finally got off the chain, now I'm working for Alastair for 30 years. I was on the rack for 10 years.
I've killed 1000s of souls already. I gotta impress Alastair so I don't go back on chains.
I even killed the souls of other Succubus/Incubus that were banished by Ligeia. I start feeling pain in my head, I start hearing whispers of others, including Ligeia.
"The offspring of an Incubus has been born," a voice said. I closed my eyes, rolling my eyes in the back of my head.
{I start seeing Donna giving birth to my daughter by c-section. I looked at my daughter, seeing how beautiful she is.}
I opened my eyes, knowing that my daughter had been born. "So, Kivon. Your new baby daughter has been born as I heard from other demons..." Alastair continued to ramble about my daughter.
"Shut up," I mouthed. "And I bet one day that child is gonna wonder where her dead beat daddy is and your daughter's gonna be a slut, just like her mother," Alastair said.
My head rose up when Alastair mentioned my daughter and Donna, which angers me. I turned to him, charging at him.
"Shut the fuck up, Alastair!" I yelled, grabbing his neck. Alastair chuckles.
"What's the matter? You care about your half-breed spawn," he said. I pressed Alastair's back against the wall.
"You keep my daughter and her mother out of your damn mouth, or I will kill you," I said.
"If you kill me, then Ligeia will burst you into bloody pieces," he said. "If you mention my baby girl, I promise you that I will kill one of your favorites. Got that!" I yelled.
"Got it," he said, smiling. I let him down. I went back to torturing souls in Hell.
Donna's pov
I woke up, groaning. I hear the monitor beeping steadily.
I started blinking, seeing blurs for a second, seeing Rita. "Rita?" I asked.
"Hey, Donna," Rita said, hugging me. "What happened?" I asked, grabbing my stomach as it hurts.
"You just gave birth to your baby. After the C-section, your heart gave out for a moment while they stitched you up but you're alive," she said.
I nodded. "Where's my baby?" I asked. "She's in the nursery, she's perfectly healthy. She weighs about 7 pounds 8 oz and 21 inches long," she said.
"I need to see her," I said. "I'll get a nurse to bring her," she said, heading to get a nurse.
I nodded, sitting up. I groaned in pain as I sat up.
"Oh, Miss, don't sit up. You just got stitched up after having a C-section," a nurse said, looking at me.
Her eyes quickly changed to back. I gasped softly as I saw a demon.
I see someone standing behind her, touching her face. The demon energy leaves her body and eyes burning, the nurse falls dead.
I see a man with an angel blade. "Hello, Donna," he said, in a Spanish accent. He's wearing a black trenchcoat with a black fedora.
He reminds me of someone from Casa Blanca. "Who are you?" I asked.
"I'm Pascal. I'm a friend of Daisy's when we were in heaven together until she fell," he said.
"Thank you, Pascal. What's your vessel's name?" I asked. "Boris Heckler. He was a detective, he died in a coma an hour ago. Just call me Pascal," he said.
I nodded. "You better get that body out of here," I said. "Don't worry, I will. If you need me, just pray for me," he said.
"Will do but can you do me a favor?" I asked. "Sure," he said.
"Can you heal my scars? I just had a c-section" I asked. "Of course," he said, hovering his hand over my belly.
Pascal moves his hand away. I quickly lifted my hospital gown, seeing no scar.
"Thank you," I said. "You're welcome. I also helped you stop bleeding. See you around and enjoy being a new mommy," he said.
I heard wings flapping as he disappeared with the body. I looked at my stomach, no scar or stitches.
Rita returns with a nurse. I quickly covered up.
"Hey, the nurse has the baby," Rita said. "Looks like you have a visitor," the nurse said.
I see a nurse, carrying my baby. I slowly sat up, groaning.
The nurse brings in my babygirl. She gently hands me my baby. I supported her head, holding her in my arms.
She starts cooing and sighing softly. "Hey, babygirl," I said, looking at her.
My baby opened her eyes, smiling at me. I smiled at her, falling in love with my little girl.
"Hi, baby girl. I've been waiting to meet you for four months. I'm your mommy," I said, smiling. "So what are you gonna name her?" Rita asked.
"Oh. I was torn between Nadia, Bethany and Sarah. So I finally decided to name her Nadia Jo Roussell," I said, smiling.
"Aww beautiful name," the nurse said. "It's beautiful," Rita said, smiling.
"Happy birthday, Nadia Jo Roussell," I said, kissing Nadia's head. Rita got up, taking a picture of Nadia and I with a Polaroid camera.
I smiled as I held her. The picture comes out, Rita waves it.
"First family picture," she said. I look at it.
"I'll cherish it forever," I said, smiling. Rita puts in the photo book to keep it safe. I smiled, looking at Nadia.
Nadia starts yawning. I chuckled. "You almost broke momma's body, you trouble maker," I said, smiling.
May 26th 1992
Donna's pov
I've been at the hospital for three days. Nadia and I were discharged to go home.
My friend Rita and her husband Calvin are here to take me home since I can't drive for six weeks. I got Nadia dressed up in her first outfit.
I put baby mittens on her hand to prevent her scratching her face.
Her nails grow very fast and she's only 3 days old.
Thank God that Daisy's fellow fallen angel Pascal healed my scars from the c-section. "Time to go home, babygirl," I said.
"Ready to go?" one of Dr. Berns nurses asked. "Yes, I am. I'm still a little sore from the C-section," I lied.
"That's normal. Just take some Ibuprofen then switch to Tylenol to ease the pain. So no lifting heavy stuff, do not do any physical activity and just plenty of rest and taking care of your baby," she said.
"Thank you so much," I said. The nurse brings a wheelchair for me.
I have Nadia in my arms. Rita's carrying all the cards and balloons that other porn stars got for Nadia.
---
Nadia and I are staying with Rita and Calvin for six weeks. They're gonna be helping me with Nadia until I'm getting used to being a new mom.
Nadia and I are staying in their guest room. Rita brought her old stuff she used for her daughter who is three years old now.
I am sitting in a rocking chair, breast feeding her. I heard a knock on the door.
"Come in," I said, rocking the chair.
Rita opens the door.
"Hey, all settled in?" Rita asked. "Yes we are. Just a warning, we might be walking up a lot in the middle of the night," I said.
"It's all good. Is she eating?" Rita asked. "Yes, my boobs hurt already," I said.
"Well, you just had a baby and you're not use to breast feeding a baby," she said. "Well, how did you do it after having your daughter?" I asked.
"I just did. When she started teething, that's when it hurt worse," she said. I nodded.
"When did you stop breastfeeding?" I asked. "When Janie turned a year old and Seth was 16 months old. After I stopped breastfeeding, I donated whatever milk I had left in me to mothers who can't breastfeed their babies," she said.
"That's good," I said. Rita nodded. "If you need any mom advice, you can always ask me. If you need a moms day out, just give me a call," she said.
"Thank you, Rita," I said, smiling. Nadia unlatches herself.
I fixed my shirt, and I started patting her back gently. Rita gives me a towel just in case Nadia spits up.
Nadia burps a little. "Ohh," I said, giggling.
I held Nadia in my arms, and started rocking her slowly. I start humming to Enter Sandman by Metallica.
"Donna, don't hum metal music to her," Rita said. Nadia closes her eyes.
"It helps her fall asleep. It helped me fall asleep after she kept me up while she was in the womb," I said. Rita nodded.
"I play music box music to help Janie go to sleep," she said. "Does it work?" I asked.
"It did but she's annoyed by it now," she said. I nodded, looking at Nadia.
Nadia fell asleep. I slowly stood up, getting her to the crib.
I gently laid her down. I didn't put blankets or toys in the crib because I heard that it's safer that way for the baby.
"Smart choice. Just put Nadia in her crib with nothing in it," Rita said. "It's safer this way to not have anything in the crib," I said.
"I agree. Janie never had blankets or toys in the crib when he was a baby," she said. I nodded, smiling.
"Well since Nadia's taking a little nap. I should take one before she wakes up in a couple of hours," I said.
Rita nodded. "I gotta go pick up my kids from school and run to the store. Do you need anything while I'm out?" Rita asked.
"Nah, I'm good," I said, smiling. "Okay. I'll be back in a few," she said.
I nodded, smiling. Rita heads out as I head upstairs to take a nap with Nadia.
Two Hours Later
Donna's pov
I woke up from a nap. Nadia's awake as well. I finished changing her, getting her redressed so she can see her new friends.
"There we go, babygirl," I whispered. I went downstairs with Nadia.
I see Rita and her kids. Her husband's still at work.
"Did Donna have her baby?" Janie asked. "Yes, she's right here," I said.
"Can I hold the baby?" Janie asked.
"Did you wash your hands, Janie?" I asked.
"No but I will," Janie said, going to wash her hands. "Seth, do you want to hold the baby?" Rita asked.
"I can't. I gotta practice spelling words for this week," Seth said, heading to his room.
"Sorry for asking Janie to wash her hands," I said. "It's okay. After my kids werr born, I didn't want anyone to touch her unless they washed their hands," Rita said.
I nodded. "Good thing I got a mom friend in entertainment, well, a retired one," I said.
"Good thing I retired before they got older to find out," she said. "That's good but I'll wait a couple of years to go back," I said.
"Well it's all up to you and I'll support you," she said. "Okay, my hands are washed," Janie said.
"Okay, sit down, Janie," Rita said. Janie sits down on the couch.
I sat next to her. "Hold your arms out," I said.
Janie holds her hand out. I gently hand Nadia to Janie.
Rita helped Janie hold Nadia since Janie's still too little to hold Nadia by herself.
"Hi, new baby," Janie said to Nadia. Nadia starts cooing and opening her eyes.
"She's a baby," Janie said. "Yeah, she's a new born baby," RIta said.
"What's her name?" Janie asked. "Nadia Jo Roussell," I said.
"Cute name. Mommy, I want a baby sister too," Janie said. "I can't have any more babies. Mommy has her tubes tied," Rita said.
Janie nodded, smiling at Nadia. Nadia starts getting fussy.
"Uh-oh," Janie said. "I think she's hungry," I said.
"Mommy, I'm hungry too," Janie said.
I got Nadia back in my arms, heading upstairs with her.
"Where is Donna going with the baby?" Janie asked. "She's gotta feed her," Rita said to Janie. I made it to the guest room, shutting the door.
