(This is just right after Ezra leaves earth) 

On lothal things haven't lightened up for the civilians as black smog from the mining guilds machines burned the Prarie Ezra loved so much but one SBI agent would soon make his loyalty to the rebellion known if he was caught. 

In Ezra's tower kallus was tuning Bridgers transmistter for Atollon and every time he had to reboot it because he would pull certain wires out just enough for it to shut down after he contacted the rebels. 

(After kallus's mouse droid records the meeting with imperial higher ups about the rebel cell)( just like the season 3 finally)

After a few minutes kallus was set to send his warning about Thrawn knowing where the rebels base was. "This is fulcrum Thrawn knows...." kallus was saying but he he was interrupted by a blaster bolt to the gut causing him to slump over on the table holding on for dear life as he placed his other hand on his wound with pressure that caused him to yelp in pain. That's when a clear voice said "you traitor agent kallus!" Followed by a clean hard kick to kallus's ribs making him land painfully on the floor leaving a blood trail.  When kallus turned his head to look who blasted him it was inferno squad and they were already in the room aiming their modified e11s at kallus who was slowly bleeding out. That's when Thrawn walked in and said, "ah agent kallus Your message to your rebel friends will be very enjoyable to watch them burn for their cause." Kallus was furious and he tried to stand up and charge Thrawn but agent Hask slammed the butt of his blaster on kallus's face breaking his nose and sending him on his back. Just as he was going in and out of  consciousness he heard "burn this place and take him with us." Thrawn said to the special forces as two death troopers picked up Kallus. 

After Thrawn disappeared with his men inferno squad set up their thermite explosives inside the towers elevator shaft every few feet and a few in the main room. After a half hour of syncing the explosives for  simultaneously dentition at once commander Versio ordered everyone 100 yards away from the tower once they got down on the ground.  Once they were at a safe enough distance Agent meeko hit the  detonator sending the structure into a burning wreck. Anything inside was melted by the fire of the thermite In the main room, from Ezra's old helmets to his families broadcaster was all burned followed by the hot liquid Molten metal cut threw the structures supports all along the elevator shaft causing it to buckle. Meanwhile in the back ground about five loth cats watched as their friends house they remembered playing with when he was younger was now up in flames. All of sudden a loud scratching sound echoed through the air followed by molten metal cut through the base of the tower to send it crashing down with the fire still burning with out no end inferno squad mounted up on their speeders and left the scene to head back to base. In the distance with a pair long range binoculars Ryder saw the devastation over three quarters of a mile away and he understood he had to make it to the rebel cells base camp on lothal and inform  Phoenix squad immediately.  As Ryder sped to the base he felt uneasy about something just something bothered him 

Meanwhile in a imperial cell kallus was strung up with a electrified cable. "Thanks to you barely sending your message ... your rebellion will die today." Thrawn said to the rebel spy who only had a patch and some Bacta on his wound.  That's when Thrawn pressed a button on the hand held remote that was small enough to fit inside his palm and as  electricity rushed through the cable to kallus it caused the agent to scream in pain even for the stormtroopers outside tried to stay still hearing the arch's of electricity dancing making a evil crackling sound. 

After a minute of torture Thrawn had enough entertainment and walked up to the door that hissed opened and looked at the storm trooper on his left and said "trooper get a medical droid to this rebel but make sure the droid only gives him only half the treatment he needs and if the droid tries anything blast it." The trooper answered yes sir and went to get the droid.

Thrawn then left the detention center and the door behind him slammed shut. Meanwhile in hyperspace in a Ventors hanger Ezra was trying to handle the 300 imperial prisoners his men had gotten plenty of information from for the war effort. That's when he remembered reznov said they had a few shipping containers that were empty. Immediately he comes reznov "reznov load up the prisoners on the shipping containers and prepare to make a hyperspace stop." Reznov informed the rest of the fleet and in thirty seconds the fleet exited hyperspace and started moving prisoners who now only had their life support systems because Ezra's men stripped every thing capable of holding information including helmets were completely stripped down to only their respiratory filters.

Once hovering over a unknown planet five shipping containers filled with imperial prisoners were sealed shut and pushed out the bottom hanger bay by the heavy assault droids and a few prototype AST exo suits that were in development onboard one of the mandatior class dreadnaughts.  With the containers floating in open space peacefully the guardian fleet re positioned for hyperspace and left the unknown system. 

Back on lothal a gloomy sun rise set over with the smog and smoke in the air giving it a sicking feeling for locals. For Thrawn things were much different, "Tarkin we shall crush this rebellion by the end of today." Thrawn told the grand moff, Tarkin replied only with "grand admiral the emporer requires you bring the leaders alive and I must go now there's no room for error." That's when the transmission ended and Thrawn grabbed his hand held com and said "commander versio prepare the fleet and head to these coordinates I'll be joining the fleet shortly." 

Things were about to get very shaken up for rebellion efforts in the lothal sector. On atollon a emergency meeting called by commander Sato after they received fulcrums latest message. With Everyone there including the Ezra who was in the meeting through hologram just right after he contacted Sabine to see how she was doing and the success she's had including telling her about how the empire treated the spiders home made him sick of the regime even more. But for the meeting the message played with Ryder being patched in informed them that the imperial fleet left Lothal. Then he looked at Ezra and said "they torched your home Ezra whoever they were after they wanted to make their point clear." Ezra who heard this with him holding his helmet let a tear slide down because that was his home since his parents were taken.  Admiral Dodonna saw the young soldiers tears so did his space family and that's when Hera spoke, "Ezra we'll rebuild it together as a family, I promise you that as a family of specters." With her motherly tone chopper beeped in agreement followed by Kanan smiling looking back and forth at his apprentice and his lover followed by zeb say, "what the heck  Your little loth cats are cute and fluffy and besides your still my little blue berry brother." Which got the family laughing and Ezra face palming and trying to hold back laughter.  That's when one of Satos men onboard  Phoenix  Home said "we have imperial Star destroyers coming out of hyperspace."  Just as he finished his sentence the fleet appeared and included four interdictor cruisers and six Star destroyers followed by grand admiral Thrawns ship that just arrived. 

"How did they know?" General Dodonna asked then that's when Ryder's hologram disappeared but not Ezra's then all of sudden Thrawn appeared in the center of the holo table (hologram).  "I'm giving you one chance to surrender captain Syndulla and your fulcrum agent has been good entertainment for my men and if you surrender now you will not be treated like he was." Thrawn said in his most strategic voice,  "we will never surrender to scum like you Thrawn." Hera responded with which the grand admiral wasn't surprised and answered with "by the end of today Your rebellion shall fall." Then the transmission ended and the rebels on atollon knew it was a fight for survival now, "I'll be there in a few hours just hold onto hope." Ezra said determined to save his space family.  Then his transmission was cut and Thrawn ordered a defensive line.  "I repeat evacuate.!" Hera yelled over the coms of the base but kalani walked up to Hera and said "we have to get through those intricatiors or there's no escape." That's when three gunships and a formation of vulture droids appeared and by desperation alone Hera understood kalani was going to try to use his forces to bust a hole through for any rebel ships to escape. With one raise of his hand kalani's formation lifted off with two gunships loaded to bear and the third one was carrying commando droids.  

Once the droid formation reached the rebel fleet and started their attack on the nearest interdictor cruiser followed up by green squadron with Y-Wings. As the group neared their target the batteries of nearby star destroyers put flak amoungest the attack formation. "Deploy the latest fighters." Thrawn said watching the battle with governor Price and commander versio. 

Out of Thrawns personal ship a squadron of TIE Defeners left the hanger at full speed and that's when Thrawn spoke "half break off and press the assault and the others drain the life from these rebels." Over the pilots coms and  kallus who was in so much pain but by anger alone kept him alive for it as he was held by two death troopers with their blasters to his head.  As eight tie defenders broke off and personally went after the fleet just as the ghost crew and other rebels joined the battle in space even kalani with all his forces joined even though leaving the defensive positions but if the space battle forced a retreat he had positions just like they planned for marked so their defensive lines can be reset in minutes. The first target for the defenders was admiral Dodonna's  frigates and with the overwhelming firepower the first two were ripped to pieces with no survivors. Meanwhile for the droids attack they were beginning their bombardment with the y-wings and for the droid gunship carrying droids  weaved itself into one of the hangers and unloaded the commandos but before it could fire back at a laser cannon the imperials on board had set up it was hit with a rocket right into the brain of the gunship and sent it spinning into a firey wreck in the hanger.but the commandos who survived walked Through the fire and started opening fire on the stormtroopers to at least divert some attention from the Star fighters. 

Back in space Sato gave the order to charge the blockade but the empires firepower was too great destroying  destroying two hammer head corvettes and a blockade runner. Back at the nearest interdictor the TIE Defenders intercepted the two gunships and let it rip on the two that were firing their first rockets into the cruiser but for the gunships the tie defenders fired their laser cannons and in seconds as the gunships attempted to pull out of their run it was to late. The gunships armor didn't last long against the eight tie defenders laser cannons barrage sending them to firey explosion followed by multiple more explosions from the droids armaments. Hera who saw this guided the ghost with kanan in the nose gun , and zeb in the upper turret. Thrawn seeing Syndulla's move gave word for all fighters to join the attack and all bombers finish the enemy. Kallus was in total shock of seeing Phoenix home taking bombs damaging it severely but the two pilots with Sato were able to keep it stable.  The dogfights around the rebel ships were taking heavy casualties and Sato watched as one tie defender alone wiped out the wing of Y-Wings in one swift move sending chunks of engines and debris into the surrounding battle. Without hesitation Sato said over his ships com "all personal  abandon ship." But the two pilots stayed put with one thought in their minds whatever gap they can make for fellow comrades to escape to safety is all that matters. 

"Charge the command ship but wait for my signal and aim let's ram the interdictior." Sato told the two pilots which just took a deep breath as Sato stood behind them holding both of their seats. 

(We all remember this scene) 

The stolen imperial carrier climbed towards Thrawns Star destroyer for a few hundred yards but once Sato heard the last plea for help from the last y-wing bombers he gripped the shoulders of the pilots that with all their might forced the carrier to turn sharply that started to damage sensors of the ship forcing it to lock down certain areas. "I love you mart." Said through the com to the remaining rebel fleet that now had general Dodonna's command ship was severely damaged and a TIE Defender maneuvered around the massive ship and fired its rockets destroying its engines completely. "Get to the escape pods." Dodonna ordered his remaining men to do. 

Minutes later the heavily damaged Phoenix home ramed full speed into the cruiser cutting it like a knife and due to the commando droids that boarded the ship was already in choas. Dodonna and three other escape pods fired from the frigate just as it was hit with a barrage of turbo lasers causing it to turn into a chunks of burning debris. Then all of sudden the gravity wells on the interdictor cruiser was destroyed followed by a massive explosion full of energy that sent shrapnel flying and for a few TIEs in the way were completely  disintegrated. 

"All rebel ships retreat to the surface." Hera said over the coms but the remaining hammer head corvette made It's jump to escape which if it was a second longer it would have been a goner. Mart who was on board the hammer head was in tears losing his uncle was really hard on him. 

For the retreating rebellion their only escape would be if the interdictor cruisers were wiped out. "All personal burn any past transmissions and information the empire can use to find Yavin." Hera said to the rebel fleet which majority of the rebel troops understood that the rebellion would be slaughtered if they let that information get into Thrawn's hands. Kalani who one of the first on the ground ordered same defensive positions and hastily droids and tanks moved to their positions again. Once the ghost landed the remaining rebel leaders got to the command center and started transferring data to other data chips and wiping memory banks of the rebel consuls. 

Back on Thrawns Star destroyer kallus was in severe pain but he didn't budge to stay strong. "Position for Bombardment of their base one my que." Thrawn said to his fleet with him still seeing the damage he has done so far.  For the rebels they saw the imperial star destroyers positioning for bombardment and that's when Hera yelled at Rex and zeb to get the shield up and running immediately. 

Minutes later the shield was on and holding and Rex cheered that it was working but it was short lived by the crashing of the concentration of turbo lasers hitting the shield and surrendering land scape. There was a few spiders who was killed by the firing but one force being the bendu was furious for war coming to his peaceful planet.  The barrage was causing the shield to over heat but that's when Thrawn stopped firing. 

"Governor price you have command of the fleet... commander versio with me.." Thrawn said as he walked out of the command bridge to begin the ground assault. Back At the base AP5 notified everyone imperial transports are landing. "Rex and zeb take two squads and help hold the line." Hera told them two and that's when kalani was using one of his holodisk to let the commander droid know captain Rex was taking command on the defenses. 

Rex and zeb reached some STAP speeders with the two squads running through the tunnels too gun positions. Around the command base a few proton cannons were able to set up in time. That's when Thrawn gave the order for the first wave which was a dozen AT-DPs and AT-STs . Once Rex and zeb got to some tank positions a battle droid handed captain Rex a detonator for the manually laid mines. Rex and zeb then ran over and picked up a rocket launcher each and took positions behind some rock formations. As the walkers got closer Rex said "hold your fire till my cue." Through the coms of the defensive lines.   Once the walkers were in the target area Rex pressed the detonator button that sent a series of explosions sending all but two At-DPs crashing down but before the two could pin point their positions Rex and zeb fired their rockets. Once the rockets connected with both walkers heads causing a massive explosion to them and sending their legs crashing down on the surface. 

"Deploy heavy armor and infantry.... their merger defense will soon fall." Thrawn said as a stormer brewed over head of both sides.  As the AT-ATs moved across the barren canyon Rex told the tanks to hold their fire till they had clean shot on their necks. As the infantry pushed forward they incountered the infantry land mines sending parts of limbs flying in a bloody mess. Thrawn and versio watched from a distance as the mines went off then that's when in seconds repeated heavy cannons fired on the walkers weak points sending many to fall to the surface and sending clouds of red dust in the air. 

That's when Rex pulled out a flare gun and shot it into the air signaling for the defensive positions to open fire. With heavy blasters on the sides of the canyon thee was no place to hide for infantry and kalani who saw the last at-at returning fire near those positions gave the order to fire the proton cannons.  As the three proton rounds slammed into the walker it's head , body and one of its legs were blown to pieces. For the stormtroopers they weren't going anywhere and the droid tanks were zeroing on their positions. "Versio prove to me your the squad that burns traitors such as these." Thrawn calmly said to her, "yes grand admiral... meeko , hask we're moving out!" Versio said in reply as she put her helmet on and grabbed a bag of heavy detentors. Meeko and hask quickly each grabbed a bag too and once on the the canyon wall they started climbing it so they could eliminate those tanks. 

Back with Ezra who now wasn't to far from atollon He ordered his fleet to stop. When his fleet jumped out of hyperspace Ezra who just arrived in the hanger. "Reznov get to Yavin make another Jump but I need a squadron with me of fighter pilots with me." Ezra said over the coms but two men walked up and asked "Sir what about ground forces that may be left behind." , "makes sense get three U-Wings with men ready to go asap." Ezra replied. 

Fifteen minutes later Ezra and his group of fighters and u wings made their jump to atollon as the rest of his fleet went to Yavin. "Men be prepared for anything." Ezra told them in his ARC-170. Back on the ground inferno squad had taken out many cis tanks and caused one side of the canyon tunnels to cave in giving enough of a opening for the third wave of men and equipment to surge forward as they eliminated the battle droids in the way. Kalani who saw this ordered a retreat and to prepare to leave and Rex and others pulled back to the command center. 

Back at the imperial fleet kallus got on the nerves of price enough but once in the  elevator he used his remaining strength to knock the troopers out and get to a escape pod. Just as he was losing consensus he pressed the eject button that ejected the escape pod and he started to drift in space and feel back into unconsciousness. That's when Ezra's fighter group showed up and Ezra saw why they were pinned because the cruisers and ordered a full power attack on them. Tie defenders who stuck around were quickly in shock when concussion missles blew the parts of the squadron apart but for one u Wing the gap was just enough to drop a  seismic charge and very quickly a massive burst of energy ripped the cruiser with its power and sending the bridge of the ship being ripped off. Due to no controls the cruiser started to dive just as the gravity wells over heated and from the power alone the bridge that wasn't to far away was sent rocketing into the other cruiser causing that cruisers fuel to rupture and with one proton torpedo the ship bursted onto flames followed by the reactior melting down splitting the ship in half.  "We must get to the ground." Ezra said to his pilots then He sensed pain and a tortured mind out there. Little did he know it was kallus who was barely alive. 

Back on the ground kalani and his droids were loaded up just as thrawns men busted through the tunnels below the base. As thrawns landa class shuttle landed two AT-ATs positioned themselves themselves under the cliff where the rebel landing pads were. As Thrawn walked out of his shuttle with his death trooper guards commander versio was there waiting by the entrance to the caverns of the base. "Kill any one that gets in the way... if possible capture the rebel leaders alive." Thrawn said as a mix of red, black and white stormed into the base. 

As the storm troopers breached the base a squad split off from the main group and attached thermal detentors to the shield and blew it to pieces. "Dodonna and everyone were leaving!!" Hera yelled but just as they were about to reach the ramp of the ghost Thrawn very slowly walked down the ramp and his guards surrounded them. That's when they heard a massive explosion and looked to see the remaining interdictor cruiser come crashing onto the surface of atollon sending up a massive wave of dust and rocks. 

"Just like I said captain Syndulla your rebellion will burn." Thrawn said at the middle of the ramp. Just as he finished the a formation of ARC-170s busted through the clouds of the storm that was now arcing lighting as Ezra lead his team in his fighter. Once Ezra had a target lock he fired his missiles into the necks of the two at-ats . His men also opened fire on the troopers in the command center causing enough trouble for the imperials run for cover. The Chiss admiral ran inside the ghost just as the rebels followed not to far behind but he wasn't prepared for kanan to use the force and throw him out of the air lock that Hera  opened. 

Once Hera reached the cockpit she powered up the ghost and zeb closed the ramp just as admiral Thrawn and inferno squad started opening fire on the ghost. The bolts from them hit the haul of the ghost but no damage as the rebel ships started fly off. As the remaining rebel fleet got threw the clouds Ezra's pilots and him for a defensive perimeter of the remaining Phoenix cell. "Governor price send one of the destroyers to the surface we are going to find what these rebels have in mind." Thrawn ordered to the imperial governor. 

The rebels reached the lower atmosphere and that's when the Hera and the specters saw the devastation Ezra's assault team had caused to the empire. "We got to make our jump now... imperial reinforcements are on their way." Rex informed Hera of the situation as they  maneuvered around a imperial star destroyer with the remaining rebel fleet. 

As the last remaining blockade runner was hit by a three tie bombers sending it to crash into a imperial star destroyer. "Go guys now!" Ezra yelled as kalani's transport got prepared for jump. As Ezra and his men prepared for their jump they watched as the rebel fleet left. In a few seconds  later the group of guardians left the system. But one u wing noticed the escape pod and attached to it after a scan of it before attaching and once they left they pulled him out and started him giving him medical attention. Through hyperspace the u wing dropped the escape pod lighting the load even more. 

Back on atollon the Star destroyer Thrawn ordered was going through the storm then all of sudden bolts of lightning started scaring the destroyer leaving burn marks five feet or wider in some areas. "Fire on the center of the storm." Thrawn ordered his men and the stormtroopers, death troopers and inferno squad. In a fire ball and once it crashed on the ground Thrawn with a squad with him. "What are you?" Thrawn asked the bendu, "you will face a death by the hands of a man who will be the beginning of your regimes fall." Bendu responded followed by Thrawn firing his blaster pistol but bendu disappeared. 

Back in Ezra's cockpit he just connected with Sabine on kronest that just got back from destroying a kyber crystal shipment near concord dawn. "Ezra what's wrong?" Sabine asked depressed seeing her love having bags from the stress of today and just by how they were once safe now attacked. "Sabine... Thrawn attacked us and only a quarter of us made it out alive not even Sato." Ezra said sadly, "why didn't you come to us for help." Sabine asked  Ezra choked up a little because the risk of her put in the threat of Thrawn made him sick of losing his love. "Sabine Thrawn brought enough firepower we were lucky to make it and atollon is a massacre." Ezra said with fear in his heart, "I understand Ezra your trying to protect me in this war and that's what you did well at that." Sabine replies that's when Ezra's com went off "specter 6 this is non mothma we just got information through spies Mr.wren will be in a convoy to the capital in a few weeks for execution." The Senator on Yavin said , "Ezra did I just here news my family needs to be reunited again."  Sabine said with tears of mix of sadness missing him and joy for the chance to save her father. "Yes Sabine and you know I want a few kisses from you and I'll let the others know my girl." Ezra said with a smirk followed by his 170 notifying him they were going to be jumping out of hyperspace soon. "Sabine I'll see you soon love you and tell Tristan I wanna do a bare fist to fist fight for fun. Specter 5 ... specter 6 out." Ezra told his girlfriend with a warm voice. "Love you thanks and I will Ezra see you soon (blows a kiss)." Sabine replied before ending the hologram. 

In a minute Ezra and his guardians exited hyperspace on Yavin and they descended to the surface and landed beside the docked guardian fleet. 

For the rebels if Ezra hadn't had shown up they all would have been killed but Ezra's forces was going to set the tone for the rest of the war on the empire and bring the light of a organization that has fought the empire from the old republic back into the situs hearts and minds.
