Ezra was running and running through Yavins forest jumping over rocks and limbs to get to the base. Minutes later thanks to him using the force reznov saw his general and asked him what's wrong. "Mount the fleet up its a emergency... mandalore will fall if we don't help." Ezra told him which  he responded by running to the nearest communications post and kicked off the alarm. "Guardians this is a red alert I repeat red alert!!" Reznov yelled through the coms. Ezra and his men started boarding their craft and before reznov could step on the ventor zeb grabbed him by the arm. "Rrrrrr where are you guys going." Zeb asked angrily as Mon mothma was just walking out of the temple with wedge. "Mandalore is in trouble... Ezra senses it." Reznov responded which he let go and signaled to the other specters to get on the ghost. 

Meanwhile on mandalore three star destroyers entered the system with reinforcements to purge the planet of anyone no outside the cities under ground. In a cave Sabine woke up from her nap by dust falling off the ceiling. The empire pinpointed their position after trianglting past transmissions.  The walkers have been pounding their caves all morning and off and on tunnel battles would break out between the imperials and mandalorian insurgants. Bo katan was at the most critical tunnel that was like a artery to the rest of the base and if the imperials started taking it the fate of msnadalore would be sealed. 

As the republic guardians mounted up Hera gathered all of  Phoenix fleet even though she was rejecting mon mothma orders through the coms but zeb yelled "SABINE IS OUR FAMILY SO IS EZRA AND WELL FOLLOW THEM THROUGH HELL ANYDAY!!!" Kanan had a smirk on his face because that's there zeb and kallus joined them even though he had a few more days till full recovery but he didn't care he wanted to get back at the empire and set things right. His inspiration was Sabines story that he over heard from a few rebels in the medicinal room so he pushed himself harder. Now he was is in the nose gun ready for duty and Rex joined in one of the seats too. 

"Everyone is on their assigned destroyers sir." A deck hand informed Bridger, "then it's time to go." He replied and in a few minutes later his fleet were out of atmosphere and he saw the ghost and the fleet he help build fly over his command ship. With one hand signal of a thumbs up the fleet prepared for a jump to mandalore. Hera seeing them position informed her cell and they were ready to join. With that handled Ezra contacted clan wren, "Ursa meet us with your best men... Sabine is in trouble." Ezra said with concern but before Ursa and Rau could respond they got where to meet with the guardians and rebellion over mandalore. "Fine Bridger I'll trust  you to lead us to save my daughter and our mandalore and you'll help finish off the empire on our home." Ursa responded, "I said I'd do anything for Sabine and May Jedi and mandalorians work together in the future More... Bridger out." He ended the conversation with and he soon asked for a few hackers to try to figure out the empire's defensive layout and highlight primary targets for the coming battle. 

Ursa told her son to get ready with others and she gave her husband a kiss and a hug because she remembered how brutal the Saxons are and she felt fear to not live through the civil war. Back on board the ventor command ship Ezra was over looking a holomap of the sectors that wiped out the first attack. "Men we are going to split into two teams... five bombers and 10 U-Wings you'll free the survivors from the imperial onslaught.... the rest well have to fly low only feet off the ground to disable those point defense weapons and use long range heavy rockets we need to make every shot count the fate of a culture is in our hands people." Ezra told through the hanger and it was broadcasted throughout out the fleet even was able to reach Ursa who saw the quality and commitment to her daughter. " we'll only have two shots with the high energy load torpedoes... well have to use the cannons once we're empty with them." Hera informed her crew which was overlooking the present battle. "FOR FREEDOM FOR THE PEOPLE!!" Ezra yelled raising his lightsaber in the air and igniting it and he was soon followed by a loud roar of men ready to do battle. 

The massive fleet jumped out of hyperspace a few minutes later and it was enough time to send the first wave of fighters in. Ezra jumped in a headhunter and flew in to join his men. "Let's light them up." Ezra said over the coms which the ghost and a few a wings joined the Frey. As they descended they yanked hard to barely hit the ground and everything was going to plan so far. That's when the turrets actived andstarted picking targets but before in range the 157 fighter group opened fire with every long range weapon on board. The missiles and torpedoes sent waves of dust up behind them and the sound was so terrifying it made the battle raging cease just enough to watch them blow many implacements to pieces and derby alone allowed enough time for a few bombers to drop their payload below. As the EMPs detentioned. With this achieved Saxon ordered defenders to be launched immediately and a massive dog fight began as rebels, mandalorions and guardians eventually outnumbered the two massive capital ships and their fighters. Meanwhile this was going on Ezra sped current battle and once in range he activated a self destruct sequence and ejected from his fighter. Only a few seconds later it crashed into imperial troopers and walkers followed by the five bombers carpet bombing the whole group to nothing. 

Sabine was just cutting through a troopers chest as she blasted another squad with a hand gernade.  All of sudden smoke flew in the tunnel blinding everyone then all of sudden a blue blade ignited in the dark, as imperials turned to fire at him they stood no chance they were sliced, thrown and Ezra even used the  precision of his skills to detonate a few of their gernades. Sabine and the others were amazed how dozens were just taken with out effort. Before she could say anything Ezra outstretched his hand and deactivated his lightsaber and with one quick motion he used the force to clear the smoke from the tunnels. 

Saxon watching from the palace was furious as he saw the intredictor cruiser take a direct hit from a crashing defender causing it the ship to start diving down before the massive explosion. "Prepare all available forces inside the city for battle!" Saxon yelled at a few of his officers and he saw terror in one so he walked down from his chair and in one move he used his cybernetic arm to punch through the mans heart. His arm was all the way through the officer and his arm was covered in his blood dripping to the floor. The others hurried off to do what they were told before they suffered the same brutal end. 

As Ezra lead the survivors , Sabine catches up to him to be with him on the u wing they were taking to free the city once and for all. A formation of transports formed up from LAATs to mandalorion fighters. "I missed you so much Ez." Sabine said to her boyfriend as they neared the city that had at-Sts firing at the formation but they didn't stand a chance to the rockets fired from a few LAATS That sent their imperial walkers into shrapnel cutting down storm commandos  that were bringing up heavy weapons. In the air battle the communications ship was attempting to escape but a barrage from the ventor gave it no chance and kallus trailing shots on the shield generator of one of the destroyers. 

With troops starting to fly in the gates imperials in the city got into their trenches surrounding key buildings and facilities. "Take us to the palace let's end this!" Bo katan yelled at the guardian pilot which he looked at Ezra as heavy flak appeared around them followed by commandos in the air. Ezra just nodded and his men were already one step ahead and started firing into the imperials in the air that stood no chance for their accuracy. 

Saxons men started using their heavy blasters causing everyone to run for cover as they unloaded on there positions. Else where in the city Ursa and reznov were fighting side by side taking imperial infantry out to clear the way for the armor to get in range to pound the imperial base. Reznov threw three hand gernades but didn't activate them but he was quite accurate and blew them up above a group of storm troopers sending limbs everywhere. "Open Fire!" Reznov yelled and the AT-TEs (3) fired blasting holes in the wall and a few rounds in the hanger setting a explosion off from the fuel inside. The civilians elsewhere started rising up and riots broke out and the imperials who were stationed in nonimportant places were quickly overwhelmed by people willing to die for freedom. 

Back at the palace Ezra ordered a gunship to make a straffing run which forced the imperials to cover just long enough the group pushed forward and with her lightsaber and Ezra's they ignited    At the same time followed Bo Katan with the dark saber. The group hacked down imperials and the infantry eliminated any one at range or anyone they missed. Once at the door Ezra used a force push to break the massive doors down and Bo katan jumped into the room but Saxon was waiting on his chair. "Haha ha so predictable the one who rebelled against maul now shall meet her end by my hand." Saxon said as he stood up and a vibro sword but he pressed a button and it segmented into one inch pieces.  "I'll handle this." Bo katan called out and with a few locks and dives a battle insured on but no katan hand one thing Saxon didn't experience and creativity. As he whipped down ward she activated her jet pack but let it go but he was to slow and it slammed into him having him cling on but before he could let go she fired one blaster bolt  causing a massive explosion and breaking the wall and sending chunks falling the edge below. 

Other sectors started reporting the empire was wiped out and the last two star destroyers were crashing to the surface in a furious blaze killing many on board. 

A hour later at the gate entrance Sabine witnessed her dream coming true from gunships now bringing supplies to Bo katan accepting the Jedi relationship and it was bringing her tears of joy. Ezra helped civilians from treating wounds and handing supplies out due to the empire's rationing but this evening it was with celebrations for the culture from fireworks to party songs and families and friends being reunited. 

The teens watched the evening sky filled with repair crews on the ventors  seeing freedom restored to their people.
