I have some issues come up in life from work to relationships so I'm posting what I have now for you guys I will finish it when I return)

Just a few minutes after MIA) 

A new battle will insue by the might of the empire, will our marvel hero's survive long enough. 

"Your suit will make a nice addition for lord Vader." Mara said as she activated her long range tracker / signal device on her wrist. "What was that?" Captain America demanded drawing out his colt 1911.  "The empire I serve will be here soon." Mara said as she lifted her hand and used the force to throw each of half of task force 141 on the sides of the subway walls. With that iron man fired  two quick blast from his left repulser but Mara sensed it and deflected them back at Captain America sending him a few feet on his back. Doctor strange was about to cast a spell to copy her weapons and her power but Mara wanted to insure fear was inside these avengers and in one swift move she started shooting force lighting out of her fingers causing severe burns to strange and causing him to scream out in pain. Tony getting angry at his friends getting hurt charged her but she used the force to push him all the way near the entrance. "We gotta regroup."  Captain America said as he stood up and picked up doctor strange. "What is going on down there?" Fury asked from the helly carrier, "we lost control of the situation, task force 141 was wiped out by this chicks power by only moving one of her hands... I thought pepper was mean but nope this bitch is worse." Iron man informed fury which it was that moment fury put SHIELD on defcon 3. "Contact all available agents and get me online with the president." Fury demanded and Mara hill immediately hit the ships alarm signaling to all on board armed personnel to get  armed and get in the air and on the ground. (Yeah I forgot to mention Mara wanted them to escape and her reason will be shown soon.) 

"Mr. President we are dealing with a state of war." Nick told the president on a digital live screen. "Who are we at war with Fury and I don't see the threat here it's your avengers who can't handle the villains already." The president responded then one of the shield agents said "we got bogies."  A silence fell over the ship but it was quickly taken away by the scream of TIEs flying over them. A few ties pilots circled around and started opening fire on the helly hurting it severally. "get our birds in the air now." Fury yelled in the command room which sent the Flying Fortress into action. The ties broke from their attack and pushed the assault on New York. "Guess you were right Fury." The President said then ended the line. 

The helly carrier was too damaged to fly but it would last long enough to be able to launch fighters and ground forces.  Meanwhile back outside of the subway the three avengers were thrown through the metal bar doors, and slammed into the side of a humvee hard enough it left a dent a few feet deep. The crowd gathered to watch the fight but that changed immediately as the green goblin threw explosives in police cruisers sending them flying into pieces and fire. "Hydra will always come back ha ha ha." The goblin said evilly as mara still hooded walked out of the entrance of the subway. Civilians started to run for cover but things were about to get worse as three ties flew over head. Mara knowing what she thought was the beginning of the empires new planet to rule gave the order for the five star detroyers waiting above earth to descend near her location and begin the takeover. With one nod she gave to goblin he flew off joining the swarm of TIEs destroying innocents caught in the war zone.  Any cop in the area ran for cover and stated shooting at the empires weapons of war but they had no effect on them. 

As a formation of f18s and f-35s flew in through the air iron fist , war machine , the falcon ,  and nova joined the military reaction. While near New York shield Jeep's that has dual browning 50 cals mounted on them drove in carrying black panther, white tiger , agent venom,  Bucky barns and any available shield agents who didn't get on Quinn jets that were just lifting off to evacuate civilians. "Fury we cannot get anywhere they nailed our engines." The tech told fury , "scuddle it let's join the fight." Fury yelled just as he looked to see the destroyers bearing over the New York harbor.  Which put everyone in shock seeing their massive size. As they watched the fighters engaged the massive swarm of TIES tracers and plasma bolts lit up the clear ski with explosions as both American aircraft and imperial TIES clashed including the fly hero's making some imperials confused enough for some to just pass out and wreck into a fury fire ball.  Meanwhile on the ground civilians ran inside tunnels and basements for protection but on the surface the first waves of storm troopers landed with at-sts and At-DP support. 

The empire cut their way through the streets and buildings if there was a door in the way they kicked it down as the walkers crushed cars and blasted any resistance such as armor. "I got to many on me!!" A pilot yelled through his radio as three ties chased him through the buildings of New York. Then nova  slammed into one sending a tie wing flying into the one beside it causing a explosion wile war machine ripped out the pilot of the other one.  The battle raged on sending America to defecon 2 and the destroyers rested blocking any ships from leaving and any aircraft that attempted to leave was immediately shot down without hesitation of who was on board.  Smoke billowed from burning buildings and the numerous cars on fire including all the battles wreckage. 

Back on atollon (same time). "What are they doing?" Miles asked zeb looking at the two meditating Jedi. "Meditating something like that I'm just a lasat who loves busting bucket heads." Zeb replied which got a laugh out of Miles. Then all of sudden Ezra just passed out laying on the ground. Kanan sensing this yelled Ezra several times and the others cane rushing to help him. In a few minutes Ezra woke and said "new York!" With sweat running down his head. As they lifted him up he told them they have to hurry to save the spiders from imperial rule. "Hera I helped them out and I shall finish the mission." Ezra said as he got his helmet on and checked his equipment. "Good luck And peter, Gwen and Miles hope to see you all again soon." Kanan told the group of teens.  In minutes Reznov landed to pick them up with heavy assault droids and the fleet was in code black. Once at the bridge Ezra found the navigation equipment and started using the force to direct them in the right trajectory for hyperspace. "Send these trajectory to the rest of the fleet." Ezra told the rest of his crew which they did and all of Ezra's navy got in position for jump. "May the force be with you Bridger." Sota said over the coms. 

Meanwhile in the streets of NYC the god of thunder and hulk arrived. Thor seeing the dark assassin attempt to kill his three friends from a swift move of her lightsaber. He reacted and slammed into the  asphalt sending anyone in the area flying everywhere. Mara got slammed against a wall meanwhile stark took advantage of the fly time and downed a tie. For captain America and strange they landed amoung a group of storm troopers who were pretty angry at how captain Stacy and his men had picked up there comrades blasters and started using them against them. Back in the subway tunnel two friends of peter Parker ran inside for cover as fresh stormtroopers neared the sith battle. Once they were deep enough MJ noticed two groups of military personnel that looked okay but they were like they died. "MJ I'll take care of one side and try to wake them up." Harry Osborn said to his friend  As they started checking on them and quickly the group of special forces started waking up. "Can everyone still walk." Sandman asked as he got up by using the wall followed by the rest of task force getting up and price giving a nod of okay but it was broken by flash lights coming from stormtroopers Who opened fire on the group. As soon the empire fired on them the task force lit them up with AP ball ammo that filled the squad of stormtroopers with head and heart shots from every member in the matter of seconds. "Who the hell were they?" Soap asked the two collage students, "some empire that has a full military here." MJ said quickly, "Stay here and you( points to one of the squad members).... make sure they are safe." Price said right before the started running through the tunnel entrance. Once there they saw a f35 using its cannon to rip apart a tie intercepted followed by a missile insuring it's destruction as the two flew in between the buildings.  "This is Sandman we are okay overlord." Sandman reported in through the coms that was in total chaos. "Find some shelter and we will handle these guys." Soap told the two college kids. That's when Fury came through sayin , "task force 141 we thought you were dead, we need you to hit their landing zones and slow them down." Before they were given where they were landing a massive explosion rang out sending a concussion wave shattering every window in NYC. The explosions source was the helly carrier that was rigged to go with a few MOABs to destroy it. The wave that formed from the explosion sent crashing into the harbors destroying anything in its way, sending walkers on their side and all sorts of debris killing imperial and civilian alike. "Start disabling those four legged beast so our armor can get through." Fury said changing the mission priority. 

So the group of spec ops members ran off and jumped through some glass windows and started their mission. The battle was in favor of the empire still  pouring more men and equipment into the battle. 

Back on the command ship of the guardian fleet in hyperspace, "our goal is to stop the empires attack and get these spiders to safety." General Bridger said firmly amoungest the holograams and in person squad leaders, flight leaders and captains of the guardian navy. "Sir yes sir." All of them said in sync. In a few seconds the group split up and machines and men got ready from extra hand gernades to pilots turning their laser cannons on high power to get more punch and anti ship bombers loading up with EMPS to disable what ever imperial forces but there's. 

The battle raged for hours in nyc and the SHIELD and US military was forces we're losing ground quickly due to the enemy they never faced before. Back at the White House the president was contacting anyone who would join and the UN and EU declined except a few countries going rouge such as England, France and Russia mounted up any available forces that could be within the hour. 

Within three hours spetsnez, SAS, and gsg9 joined the fight, anyone who could handle a firearm joined the fight with brutal hand to hand combat and street and room battles raging. Mara jade gave the order for flame troopers to burn out strong points and they had some success tell fury used a Russian rpg7 to blow one to pieces followed by using his Glock pistol on a few imperial officers.  The new knowledge spread quickly through the make shift coalition and was able too put a stand still for a half hour till more at-Ats pushes forward. With the feeling of overwhelming numbers hope was dying on the streets of New York City.
