"So, what is friendly lady going to do now?" Nemesis asked curiously.

"Name's... Summer Rose, and... I want to escape this place," I responded, still trying to recover energy.

"Oh, Nemesis can help you with that as well. All Summer has to do is follow Nemesis. Nemesis will guide Summer to one of the many exits outside the castle," he said excitedly.

"But... what about you?" I asked in a worried tone.

"No need to worry about Nemesis. Nemesis need to take care of crazy white lady," he said with confidence.

I started to get up, with the help of Nemesis, but when I was looking for his shoulder for support, my hand hit something else.

"Sorry, Nemesis didn't mean to hit you with my mask," he said in a worried tone.

I brought my hands to the mask and felt something like a beak.

"Summer, Nemesis know that you're curious on how I look like, but if you wish to escape, then follow Nemesis," he said as he grabs my hand and started dragging me through the hole in the wall.

But the moment he touched my hands, I got a very clear image on how he looked like.

I snap back to reality and focused on escaping with Nemesis. He guided me through a series of tunnels that was hidden between the walls. Eventually, we've reached a wall a room with a giant window in it. Nemesis walks towards the window and looks down on it.

"Here we are. All that you need to do is jump out of the window, and look for a portal lake. Any one will do to get Summer out of here," Nemesis explained.

"But, I can't see where any portal are," I said to him.

"Hmm... Nemesis see one about... five hundred steps forward from this window," he explained.

"Just... straight forward?" I asked, doubt forming in my voice.

"Correct. I recommend running, because there are a couple of Grimm here and there," he warned.

"Nemesis, thank you. For saving me," I said him.

"It was no problem, Summer. Now go, before crazy while lady comes," he said, opening the window.

"May we see each other in the future, Nemesis," I said to him, giving him a hug.

I did as instructed and started to use my semblance to quickly run towards the portal that he mentioned. While I was running for my life, I heard the growling of some Grimms around me. When I hear multiple Grimms following me, I started to use my semblance to it's fullest potential and run as fast as I can.

While I was running, I didn't know where the hell the portal was, but eventually, I fell in and stumbled and fall on the other side of the portal. The fall from the portal made me stumble towards a field of rocks. As I fall on the field of rocks, my arm broke on the rocks. I screamed in pain as I feel the bones snaps apart, before it snaps itself back in place with disgusting sounds that could even make the strongest stomachs through up. I started to cry in pain again as I hold my arm in pain.

"Hello? Is anyone there?" asked a voice in the distance.

I tried to look around to see if I could see anyone close to me.

"Y-yes! I-I'm here! Help!" I screamed from the top of my lungs.

Soon enough, I hear someone running towards my direction. I look around and saw a grey Aura coming towards me.

"Oh my Oum! Are you alright?" asked the man in a panicked and concerned tone.

When he started to walk towards me, my head started to hurt. I put my hands to the side of my head as I started to scream in pain again. But this time, it was different. Dark images started to pop up in my head. Images of a dark and terrifying demon. But before I knew it, body started to change. I can feel some sort of horns growing on my head, breaking the skin on my head.

As my head basically is tearing itself apart, I try to look down to my hands still shaking in pain, but I see and feel the skin on my fingers slowly breaking apart as my nails started to turn black and grow in an unnatural rate. Next, my skin tone started to change into an almost pure black tone and hair started to grow from it. Then, I screamed again as my legs started to basically snap itself apart and change. My muscle are tearing itself apart as the bones started to create a second backwards knee.

All the while I was screaming in pain during my torturous transformation, I completely forgot about the person that came to rescue me. He falls to the ground and crawls back for a moment, but for only a moment. After that painful transformation was done, in look down at my body and saw that I was completely different. I'm a nightmarish monster. 

"A-are you alright?" asked the man, his voice still shaking a bit.

I didn't answer, I just broke down crying.

"WHAT THE HELL HAVE I BECOME!?" I screamed from the top of my lungs as I cried.

"Ma'am, please calm down," he said as he slowly approaches me.

I didn't hear him, I was too lost in my own thoughts as I cried. I snap back to reality when he puts his and on my shoulder and pulled me into a hug.

"Please, follow me to my camp and we'll continue from there under a cup of tea. Does that sound alright?" he asked in an unusual kind tone.

I didn't answer. He just helped me get up and guided me towards his camp. When we reached there, I simply looked down as my hope started to disappear. I snap back to reality when a cup of tea is place in front of me.

"How are you feeling, ma'am?" the man asked in a worried tone.

"I... feel hopeless," I responded.

"How come?" he asked.

"Because of what I've become. A blind monster," I responded.

"There's no need to say that. Even if you were once a fear of mine," he responded, taking a sip of his tea.

"What are you talking about?" I asked in a confused manner.

"The shape that you've taken was once my worst fear, until I faced him and overcame my fear and faced my demons," he explained.

"I... have take shape of your worst fear?" I asked, still confused.

"That's correct. But I couldn't simply leave an old friend behind," he simply stated.

"Old friend?" I asked.

It's true that he feels somewhat familiar, but... I can't think of why.

"Where's the always cheerful and carefree Summer Rose I always knew? Or should I say, Short Stack?" He said, letting out a chuckle at the end.

I was shocked when he called me Short Stack, because there were only two people that ever called me that, and they are Qrow and...

"Tenzu?" I asked in disbelieve.

"So you remember me, heh?" said, now in a happier tone.

When I realized who it was, I can feel my body slowly change back to normal.

"There she is," Tenzu said as he reach for me and hugged me, and I hugged back.

But the moment I touched him, I got a clear image in my head how he looked like.

"And from there, Tenzu contacted Qrow and you can guess what happened next," I explained to them.

"Does... Qrow know about this?" Ozpin asked.

"He does. And I'm truly grateful that you're helping my daughters," I said to them.

"When Qrow said that Yang has lost her arm thank to Tai, I knew that I needed to bring them here for safety. But what I didn't expected was that you would still be alive," said Ozpin.

"Let alone, get tortured by Salem," said Glynda.

"Tell me about it. So, what's going to happen now?" I asked, in a worried tone.

"For the time being, all of you are going to stay here. We'll provide a room for you and your daughters. We'll see what happens down the road," he explained.

"Thank you so much, Ozpin. You have no idea how grateful I am," I said to them.

"It's no problem, Summer. Now, if you follow me, I'll guide you and your daughters to a free dorm," said Glynda, walking towards the elevator.

"Summer, we'll continue to talk later. For now, rest and make sure your daughters are alright," said Ozpin.

"Again, thank you Ozpin," I said as I follow Glynda to the elevator.
