James can create weapons out of air to provide it for unarmed teammates, if he gives it to someone he trusts highly the weapons will never malfunction, if he gives it to someone he lowly trust or have to trust it will sometimes malfunction like: misfire or jamming.

James can reward some with good luck if they help or provide support to his teammates, and bad luck to enemies who wound or hurt his teammates.
