Untitled Part 31
Hi all, check out my new story Surangi. Its non-Sandhir, the story of a Marathi child bride from the pre-independence era. Her husband Madhav is an MCP as an eleven year old, he will surely remind you of Randhir. The story captures their blossoming romance as they grow up together.
Randhir rode steadily for days, halting for a few hours at night to rest in a serai before resuming his travel well before dawn. His journey had been fruitful, by disclosing her life story Benazir had given him some perspective of the path he had to take in delivering Sanyukta from a certain doom. He had a mission to accomplish and he could not afford unnecessary delays. He chose the shortest route to reach his destination. It was already dark as he arrived at camp, he could see kitchen fires burning. A pair of eager eyes welcomed the sight of his arrival and he quickly made a secret sign asking their owner to meet him later. The syce took care of Pawan who was equally tired, having borne his master faithfully over the arduously long trek. If Randhir was expecting to relax when he headed toward Samsher Singh's tent his illusion was soon shattered. After he was served with a lump of jaggery and cool water as refreshment, Samsher gave him some worrying news.
The proposed match between Sanyukta and Sameer was not as innocuous as it was being made out to be, Sanyukta's father was heavily in debt, having borrowed capital for expanding his business. But his inexperienced son had been inept when entrusted to steer the new venture and they had incurred heavy losses. An association with Sameer's father had the potential to reverse the tide, even better, Sanyukta's brother Ankit could be roped in for a new partnership with the Mittals who, after becoming relatives could help with the writing off of some of the losses. Sanyukta's father's trump card was her natal chart, a gold mine for a prospective groom because it guaranteed the future husband a surge in his prosperity. Baniyas, who had an instinct for managing money swore by such omens. The natal chart had been endorsed by a renowned astrologer and could not be faulted.
According to it the bride was supposed to have feet of Lakshmi, the Hindu Goddess of fortune, drawing in wealth like a magnet, for her husband. Randhir considered this story a clever hoax that her father was merely using to barter his daughter in exchange for his own economic security, probably having paid a fat sum to have the chart doctored to his requirement. However this complicated things, Sanyukta's father could never be convinced that the Mittals would harm their daughter-in-law, who would be a good luck charm for their wealth. Actually his interest lay in befriending the Mittals to form a lifelong symbiotic association with them that would benefit his trade immensely. How Sanyukta was treated by her husband was the least of his worries. The men in his caste always held an upper hand and their wives had to be quite submissive. It was not unusual to show some firmness in dealing with a young bride to establish hierarchy.
Being the proud Baniya that he was he would never find the Benazir story credible if Randhir, whom he disliked, was to narrate it. To him it was an established fact that Sameer's first wife had died due to illness, while the second wife went missing without a trace during the course of a journey, most likely abducted. And there was absolutely no question of a Baniya making an alliance with a Rajput family, it was fine to lend money to the Rajputs, but matrimonial association with them was unthinkable. There had to be an alternative solution to the complex problem on hand. Not that Randhir considered his trip wasted! He had confirmation about Sameer's misdeeds and most importantly, they had rescued Benazir successfully. Parth was quite committed to the cause of rehabilitating her making Randhir feel immensely proud of his chivalrous brother.
A rustle of soft fabric announced the arrival of the one whom he was waiting for. Unconcerned about Samsher Singh's presence Sanyukta threw herself upon Randhir. "I missed you!" She whispered. "I missed you too, here, take this. You know what to do, meet me by the river after they sleep." He sent her off with a small pouch, the contents of which she happily added to the dessert she had made, taking care to serve it to everyone in her camp other than herself. She could hardly wait to get to the midnight rendezvous with her lover, she had eaten lightly to avoid feeling drowsy later. At that late hour everyone would be fast asleep except for the two of them and the possibilities were immense. She had butterflies in her stomach anticipating what may happen between them, they had been apart for so long they were both hungry for each other's touch. The memory of their kisses and their shared intimacy made her impatient, she could hardly wait to be with him. Besides she had to know what urgent business had kept him away for so long, he had even left without saying goodbye to her.
Convinced that her people were in deep slumber under the influence of the drug, she rushed to the spot where she had expected to meet Randhir. To her surprise she found him floating in the water leisurely, his clothes neatly folded and piled on a rock on the bank. "What are you doing in the river?" She voiced her curiosity. "Had a tiring day, am washing off my fatigue. Come join me, it will be fun." He offered. "You know I cannot swim!" She spoke dejectedly. "If you want to be with me you will have to undress and get into the water!" He teased her. "I am scared, what if I drown?" She voiced her fears. "Don't be silly, the water is only waist deep here and there is no current. Besides, I am an accomplished swimmer so how can I put you in peril? Do you not trust me enough?" He asked.
"How can I take off my clothes in the open, what if someone is watching?" She asked. "You are too chicken to be a Rajput wife, scared of the water, afraid to undress!" He smirked because he knew he had hit bullseye by challenging her. She rolled her hair into a bun, stripped off her clothes and stepped into the water as slowly as she could. The cool water tickled her skin and she felt better. Suddenly her foot slipped and she lost her balance. A pulse of panic hit her as she tumbled downward and before she could scream she was smartly scooped up by a strong pair of arms and she found her lips sealed with another starving pair. Her heart began pounding wildly as they gripped each other by the waist and unleashed their passion through an incredibly prolonged lip lock. He gently coaxed her into deeper waters, holding on fast to boost her confidence. In a while she relaxed and let go of her fear, enjoying the feeling of weightlessness immensely as he began making love to her gently, exploring each part of her with his nimble fingers and hungry mouth.
Wave after wave of pleasure hit her, and it took every inch of her willpower to stop herself from screaming in ecstasy as he homed in on her erogenous spots, starting with her lips, her earlobes, her neck and shoulders and finally pleasuring her hardened nubs as she purred like a feline. Asking her to hold her breath he pulled her underwater and their bodies merged as they continued to explore each other, surfacing for breath now and then. They lost track of time as they enjoyed playing with each other in the water and soon he had her learning the basics of how to float, promising her that before their journey was over he would have her swimming confidently. Soon they were back in his tent, continuing their carnal thrill-seeking until they were exhausted. When she probed him about the reason for his journey he was evasive, telling her it was imprudent for her to know the details yet, but he promised to reveal it all when the time was right. After that they had just enough time for a few winks till she was up before dawn. Sharing a final kiss with him she headed back to her bed, hoping her aunts won't notice the love bites on her breasts and thighs the next day.
