And hopped into the chopper whilst their goon's drove to City Hall via car.

The Joker got on the helicopters radio and broadcasted a message to the mayor in an Arabian accent,"Hello Mr Mayor this is the Arabian President,I ask permission to land on your helipad."

"Permission granted."said the Mayor

The Joker landed on the roof of The building and two of the mayor's guards opened the helicopter door for who they thought was the Arabian President and they were immediately shot in their faces and Joker hopped out laughing.

Joker and Harley waited for their goon's to crash through one of the buildings walls, before they took the staircase down and started fighting the mayor's body guards until they reached the mayor's office and kicked down the door.

To Jokers surprise the Mayor had a revolver aimed towards the Joker

"This really is unlike a mayor to shoot people, usually you leave that job to security guards and cops, hahaha,"said Harley Quinn whilst laughing her sides off.

"Come one step closer and I'll shoot!"yelled the mayor

At that moment The Mayor's body guards came into the room and the Higher ranking guard said,"If anyone of you clowns try anything funny my men will gun you both done!"

"Hahaha!"laughed the Joker maniacally

"Is something funny clown?"asked one of the guards

"You see the funny thing is that my clowns are standing right behind you with AK-47's."said the Joker

"Oh shi..."the commander was about to say before him and his men were gunned down

Harley Quinn round house kicked the Mayor in the face sending him flying over his desk and landing straight into his chair,then the Joker pistol whipped him in the face.

"Are we ready to start recording Harley?"asked The Joker

Harley Quinn set up a camera and The Joker's men hacked the TV networks on every channel

"Good morning Gotham City,this is Mayor Joker as you can see."said The Joker

"You're looking good in the Mayor's suit Mr J."said Harley

"Awww thanks Harl, anyways where was I?Oh yes all Gotham baddies start commiting more crimes in fact Batman is probably on his way here to beat the crap outta me,so in the meantime commit more crimes!"exclaimed the Joker

In that moment Batman dropped through the window and threw The Joker in the face with a batarang.

"This ends know Joker!"said Batman

Then Batman dropped a smoke bomb covering the whole room in smoke

"Holy..."but the Jokers goon couldn't finish his sentence due to Batman running around knocking people out.

Once the smoke had cleared the Joker looked around the room to see Harley and The Joker's goon's laying around unconscious.

Then Batman walked up to the camera and said,"Law and order rule Gotham and no meer criminal can disrupt the balance of good and evil."

Then Batman choked The Joker and tossed him straight into the camera causing the broadcast to end.

The Joker stabbed The Batman in his rib cage and ran off with Harley

Batman tried stopping The Joker but is wound stopped him,and The Joker got away.
