If not now, when?
"Besides all that, what would you say to her now?"
"Now?" He questions as the therapist jots down notes.
"If she was right here, right in front of you what would you say?" He asks again.
He closes his eyes and visualizes her, the last day they saw each other. He remembered it perfectly and he hated that. He remembered how her hair smelled, the clothing she wore, and worst of all her sad facial expressions when she found out the truth. He began to visualize her with that fake smile she put on when she told him to take care of himself.
"I would say.."He began to speak only to get cut off by beeping.
"Looks like that's all the time we have for today. I want you to think clearly next time. Think about what you would say, this is the only way you'll be able to move on. I'll see you on Thursday." The therapist shakes his hand and dismisses him.
"How'd it go, Mr.Uchiha?" His assistant asked as he handed her his jacket.
"Same as always." He sighed as they walked to meet up with his bodyguards.
"Ready?" One of them asked.
"Let's get this over with." He agreed as they walked towards the entrance where there were already a crowd of fans and paparazzi.
"Sasuke! I love you!"
"Sasuke, why are you in therapy?! Did something tragic happen in your childhood?!"
"Sasuke! Sign my forehead!!"
What?!
"Sasuke! Sasuke!"
His name was repeated over and over again along with paparazzi bombarding him with questions about his personal life.
He made it into his car where his manager was waiting patiently.
"We really need to pick a better therapist." Sasuke's manager said as he shrugged his shoulders.
"I like this one, he keeps up." He suggests.
"Well too bad you won't see him again because we're going on tour to America."
"What?! Wait no, that's-." He get cut off.
"Don't worry, I've already spoke with your "girlfriend" too she's agreed to come along!"
Sasuke's face filled with dread. It wasn't that he didn't like her, it was that he hated her. Around paparazzi she was a total kind and caring person but when they were alone she was a total bitch. She would constantly complain and would always want Sasuke to take her shopping.
"Do we have to bring her along?" He insisted at that being a huge mistake.
"Like it or not, it's good for publicity. What are people going to think of a boyfriend leaving his girlfriend alone in Japan?" His manager insisted.
"Fine but I'm telling you now I'm gonna hate every minute of it." Sasuke sighed as they arrived to his house to pick up his suitcases.
"Wait, we're going now?"Sasuke asked as his bodyguards placed his belongings in the trunk.
"Yes, what?! Do you think America is gonna wait for you!" His manager gave the driver instructions to the airport while pulling Sasuke in with him.
They met up with his girlfriend who was already beginning to complain of their tardiness.
"Yuko, darling I'm sorry for our tardiness." His manager placed his hands together.
"Yeah, whatever. Sasuke! Glad to know you're finally here!" She hung onto his arm as paparazzi began to form around them.
"Wish I could say the same." He sighed as the flashes were hurting his eyes.
"Markus, can we go now?" He asked looking around for his manager.
"Yeah, our plane leaves in half an hour." He said as they went through TSA and what not.
Their first place was California, then Washington, then Texas and many more. He was actually surprised that he was having fun. The last couple months were doing really well for him publicity wise.
"Next stop, New York!" Markus announced as they all cheered.
"This is gonna be a big one, Sasuke! New York is the best place on earth!" He swung his arm Sasuke's shoulder.
"Yeah, I'm looking forward to it." He said as he placed his drink down.
He dismissed the party and went to his room.
A question that he hadn't thought about for months had popped in his head.
"What would you say if you were to see her again?"
He stared at the ceiling wondering what she looked like now, how she was doing, if he were to see her again would she even smile at him or walk away?
He sighed knowing the obvious answer, why would she smile at him? After everything, why would she smile at him?
He laughed to himself knowing how stupid he was to hurt someone if he truly did love them.
His thoughts drifted him to sleep.
NEXT MORNING
"We're coming out of Terminal B by the way." Marcus said closing his eyes while arranging his neck pillow.
He stared out the window watching the clouds go by while his girlfriend nagged him about the plane being too "ugly."

NEW YORK CITY-AIRPORT
"Thanks for covering, TenTen." Hinata spoke into her phone.
"Anytime, Hina. You sure he's coming out the right terminal though?" TenTen laughed.
"Yeah, he said Terminal B hopefully he didn't get them mixed up again like last time." She felt a sweat drop form as she remembered picking up Naruto up at the wrong terminal because he misread the information on his ticket.
"OMG HE'S COMING TODAY!!!" Hinata heard screaming from the other end.
"Is everything okay?" Hinata asked a bit worried.
"It's okay, I got this." TenTen said before clearing her throat.
"GET BACK TO WORK!" TenTen yelled as the girls became fearful and did as they were told.
"See, got it taken care of!" She laughed as Hinata chuckled nervously.
"I see, well I'll call you later then." She said.
"Gotcha." TenTen hung up.
Hinata looked around watching the people walk out to find their loved ones. She held her sign looking for Naruto who went oversees for business.
Suddenly a whole group had formed covering the entrance and began not allowing people to pass.
What's going on?! Hinata thought as she freaking out at not being able to see Naruto due to her shortness.
Not long after, the crowd had divided into two rows on both the left and the right leaving a huge gap in the middle.
The crowd pushed her back as she could not see what was going on. She sighed and took a seat waiting for whatever this was to dismantle so she could look for Naruto again.
---
"Incoming fan-girl screams in 3.2.1-." Markus covered his ears as fans were right on cue with their screams.
Sasuke's bodyguards walked beside him as airport security tried to maintain the fans.
He was able to make his way towards the exit until a familiar face caught his eyes.
No way. It can't be. He thought as we walked through the crowd.
"Sasuke! Where are you going?!" Markus yelled.
It was as if all his questions from last night were answered in a heartbeat.
Her face remained the same it always was, kind and gentle but let alone beautiful, although for her hair it was a bit shorter now but it suited her well. She looked up at him with a surprised expression it was almost as if she looked happy and sad at the same time.
The question popped into his head once more, not knowing what to say. He never though he would have to answer until now that she was right there in front of him.
"If you were to see her again, what would you say to her?"
