Hi everyone! I just wanted to start by saying thank you so much for choosing this fanfic, it means a lot to me! This started off as a series on my TikTok, and slowly developed into a whole new story. For all of my followers from TikTok, I appreciate you waiting so patiently for so long.

So let's make some things clear.

• First of all, I do not own the Outerbanks plot line, I only own Stevie and Eli, their backstories, their family, and their dialogue in this book.

• Second of all, yes, this will be an OC story. I apologize if that is not your preferred fanfic type.

• This fic will mostly be based on the Outerbanks show plot line, with scenes of my own mixed in, so do not expect me to go wildly off course.

• This book is rated mature for a reason! There will be strong language, sexual references, mentions of drugs/alcohol, death, and violence. If these topics bother you I recommend skipping the parts altogether. Keep in mind that I WILL be posting trigger warnings if these topics do appear.

• I am not entirely sure when exactly I will be posting chapters, and I apologize ahead of time if I disappear for a while 😅, but I do plan on developing a posting schedule some time in the future.

• Keep in mind that I will always accept feedback, so if there is anything I get wrong about the show feel free to message me or leave a comment.

• I also apologize if I make any spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. I do try to edit myself before publishing, BUT, I am only human and I definitely do make mistakes.

• And lastly, I apologize if my writing is not the best. I guarantee that throughout this fic I will grow and my writing skills will develop and begin to flow better, but towards the beginning they may not be the best.
