I just got Reicher__ to motivate the heck out of me to attempt my fifth chapter of the day. I took proper breaks mind you. But here we go.

Now I get asked on things like favorite stories, hardest to work on, and such. Then their are the ones that I think are low key either just sleepers, unappreciated, or rather ones that are better that some just do not know about. Now I do have a priority list of people to do stories of. Miia was done by Tina. Which we have a bet on that. I will write it and cash in one day. I promise that one. 

So basically I wanted to take a monster girl and see what happens when a new guy lives in the house. His ex girlfriend makes him move out, he works hard labor, and sometimes has to work two jobs to get by. Then kick in the tragedy fetish the girl has and this is happening. Oh yeah. You ever see the guy that is just not allowed to have nice things or they get ruined. Yup. That seems to be this guy. 

Bottom line is Kimihito gets all of these weird looks around the girls. Miia and her flirting, Papi's brain, and really the list goes on. Especially with Suu around...  

So as I've said before most characters are based off of real people. This is Vinny. A guy that knocked up a girl, tried to work it out and pay for the kid he loves to death. He works at Kimberly Clark a paper factory location. The same routine. Three days work, three days off, holidays double. I almost had myself in but unfortunately the economy hit me again before my maintenance gig.

The goal here was to make this character the poor bastard to make this Princess find him attractive. Isn't hard. Heck. Isn't hard for most. Or some.

Early one his car breaks down a few houses away from the driveway. Fun fact. Ashley aka Lady Relentlezz had to be dropped off at work one summer. I had the day off and whatever. Drove there, hung out, went to start my car... it sat in her front yard for a few days. I didn't have a horse and strong spider to bring it to my mechanic ten miles away. Heck tow was $120 with my AAA and $80 for the part and labor after I had already replaced the alternator. Ugh.

As this story opened up I wanted to play around with it. The comedy and ecchi was clearly the number one priority here. Mermaid, weird interests, and all. What I got here is something I unsure if I would be able to do it again. Between the Princess arc and her getting married I thought that this would be a thrill. The one thing I never got around to which I was pointed out to was a sort of family visit. Which my first thoughts were he was going to be judgemental. Most of the people were in the serious. Which kudos to Kimihito for punching the lights out of that couple in the hotel. *Wow* Annnnd stop the lewd flashback "Darling" that was illegal at the time. Girls. Girls. Girls.

I'm really happy the way the story turned out as a whole. Aware it's short but I still think of this as a small diamond in the dessert. Here is the OVA which is a chapter that didn't make it.

The whistle blew and you take a look at your watch. The machines stopped and the foreman called out "Leoouuuuunnncccchhhhh!" Which meant take your hour. Guy's got to eat after all. Which lead you to the table of your father and two others Merv and Clevis.

"So son how's the new place?" Asked your father.

"It's nice when I get home. I can rest. Can't beat it really." You nod and take a bite.

"Kid you're really living with monsters?" Asked Merv.

"A snake, bird, horse, slime, spider, and mermaid. Oh yeah. I'm couch surfing and one of them has a thing for me."

"Please not the spider." Clevis closed his eyes.

"You're good. You're good."

"Son this relationship did you big eh?" Your father asked.

"Bought the bed and don't sleep in it. And for what? Her screw another guy on payday?"

"Holy hell..."

"Give your son a break Charles. But kid guy to guy those girls you live with hot?" Said Merv.

"Merv!" Your father facepalmed.

"Two adorable and the other oh yes. Not sure about my type and some are hooked on Kimihito basically my landlord at the moment. One though, well- Pops?"

"She have legs?" He was afraid to ask.

"Tail..."

"Jesus!" He put his head down.

"Mermaid?" Guessed Clevis.

"Yeah. Pink hair and scales with blue eyes. Great body I might add."

"How's she in bed?" Pondered Merv

"Merv! Not going there." Your father was losing it.

"Wouldn't to begin with even if I knew. How's that? It's still a mystery. Figuring things out at the moment."

"How's she get around the house?" Asked Clevis.

"Her room has a massive and deep pool. We all push her in a wheelchair to get around. She can't walk per say. But regular hands until she touches water, tail is always there, good in dry land for a while, and is good in all temperatures."

Your father was beside himself. "She eat fish?"

"Charles fish ear smaller fish. Right (FN)." Said Merv.

"That's correct."

"I uh- Well, how? When did this become a thing?"

Now it's a short and funny segment. Though taking notes on this one so far this is what I think when I take my notes.

Where to go from there?

The father isn't down for it and would a home visit have any plot for it? Or this just a comedy episode?

Do the parents approve?

Honestly chances are until the daughter is born they won't go with it.

Circling is my mind is it just wouldn't work. To me at least. The story this all built up to I think went well. This in the middle still to this day unsure about all of it.

Also due to finishing this the way it was intended and lack of popularity Mero will not be not be getting a Volume 2. Though to make up for it expect a Miia story in the future. Sorry it's been put off but it will be done.
