Chapter 1

Hey everyone! So I really hope you like this and please no hate. If you don't like it just stop reading. I do not own any of the characters blah blah blah. You can ask me any questions if you come across any... and I think that's it. Enjoy!

Jack's POV.

There is nothing like the wind blowing on you're face in the morning to start the day. I flew over a big lake and looked at myself though its reflection. There was a boy wearing a blue hoodie and brown pants. He had white hair, crystal blue eyes, and was holding this stick that kind of reminds you of a shepherd's stick. Do you know who it is? You guessed it. I am Jack Frost, Guardian of Winter and Fun.

I continued flying around the town of Burgess and spreading frost on store windows and on streets and sidewalks. Then I came to an old tree and sat on one of its many branches to survey my work.

"Jack."

I turned around to see a group of kids walking towards me. In the front was a young boy who was smiling up at me. I  smiled back.

"Hey, Jamie. What are you guys up to today?" I asked, landing on the ground, my staff in my right hand.

"We were thinking of having a snowball fight," Monty replied. "Do you want to join us?"

I chuckled to myself. "Have I ever passed up a good snowball fight?"

I moved to go to them but then something caught my eye. I looked up to the sky and saw lights in the distance. The Northern Lights.

"Sorry guys, I gotta go back to the pole," I sighed.

"Awww," they all whined. "Can't you stay, Jack?"

"Sorry Pippa, but I have to go. You guys go have fun." They all nodded and I flew up into the sky. "Winds," I yelled. "Take me to the pole."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was gliding on the the winds while they steered me to the North Pole. Why would North call us? He always tries to call us as little as possible since he knows we are all busy. The last time the Northern Lights were in the sky... let's just say Cupid's arrows didn't really hit their targets.
When I got to North's workshop, I landed in front of the double oak doors leading in and pushed them open. The place was huge and a little crowded. Yetis and elves were running around making toys, well, the yetis were. I had no idea what the elves were doing. Believe it or not, I still haven't managed to break in here without people noticing.
I strode in, closing the doors behind me. It's good to be back, I thought to myself. I passed a table piled high with bright red and shiny new cars. "Looking good Phil," I said before flying off deeper into the workshop.
I reached the globe room, which is exactly how it sounds, and saw the other guardians already there. Tooth was flying around talking to her fairies when she spotted me. "Jack! How are you? How's Jamie? It's so nice to see you!" she squealed, rushing to where I stood, still as perky as ever.
"I'm good, he's good, and it's good to see you too. I-"
"Ok, ok. Now for the important part." She paused. "Your teeth! Ah, they're just so perfect and pearly white!"
"Tooth, stop," I said as I squirmed away and stood next to Sandy. He looked up at me with a question mark formed on top of his head and a smile. I rolled my eyes at him.
"Yer late," Bunny said, hopping over to me.
"It's good to see you too Bunny."
"Alright," shouted North clapping his hands together, getting all our attentions. "I'm guessing you're wondering why I called you all here."
"Yer bloody right, mate. You do realize we all have jobs as well," complained Bunny.
"Well this is more important," North shrugged. "Pitch is back."
We all started talking at once. "What?" "How do you know?" "Did you see him" "‼️❗️❓⁉️" (Pretend those signs are yellow for the sand)
North raised his hands to calm us all down. "It was the same as last time. All the lights went out in the workshop and the globe was flickering. And then, a shadow moved across the walls. He's out there. I know it. I can feel it... in my belly."
"So what you're saying is," Bunny cut in, "is that you don't know for sure if he's out there, and you're going on a hunch."
"I know he's out there!"
"North," Tooth said slowly. "He's gone, remember. We locked him up with his own fears. It would take a long time for him to get out of that."
"Well," I say. "If you remember, last time he had a hunch like this it turned out to be true. I say we just check out his lair to make sure everything is ok."
"Jack's right," said North. "Sandy? What do you say?"
We all look over at the sandman. So many signs were forming on his head that I couldn't keep up. "What?" I finally asked, giving up. He sighed, or at least looked like he was sighing, and gave us a thumbs up.
"Hahaha," boomed North which scared most of us. "3 to 2."
"Ugh, fine. We'll go make sure the little anklebiters are safe," Bunny relented.
"Great. To the sleigh. Le-" "Uh, I think I'll take my tunnels mate. They'r-" "Nonsense. C'mon."
We all rushed to the sleigh room with North dragging a very nervous Bunny. Everyone jumped in and North yelled to everyone to buckle up. "But... where are the seat belts?!" yelled Bunny.
"Haha. It's figure of speech"
"You're never going to install seat belts on this thing, are you mate?"
"Nope." And with that we were off.
