In the moment before i fought back, Palpatine had a look of shock and confusion on his face. I stepped back and the goons stepped forward now seeing me as an enemy. They shot at me put I deflected with the saber and with the force, sending it back and killing them. There was one more but he wasn't taken out my me but by Ben. He strode over to me and I stared at him, he did the same. The happiness and love that I felt radiating from him made everything worth it. We turned to face Palpatine sabres raised.

"Stand together. Die together." his arms shot out and the dark force lifted us up and sent our sabres flying out of our hands. We were together in a invisible hold. The two of us were yanked forward but a shock emitted from us to him. "The life-force of your bond...a dyad in the force. A power like life itself. Unseen for generations." I struggled against the hold as did Ben.

"And now the power of two restores the one, true Emperor." I felt weak as he took the force to heal himself. I screamed like it was stop anything, something did stop because everything we dark.

-3rd Person-

When everything seemed lost to the resistance. Lando and Chewie brought hope like Ben brought hope to Rory. The resistance now had a fleet of it's own ships upon ships who had faith in hope of a better future. Rey and Hattie were in a x-wing together.

"Now that they're here we should find Mum." Hattie stated

"Yeah we should." Rey agreed "Poe, Finn we're peeling away to find Rory."

"We got you covered." Poe replied back and in the midst of everything Rey and Hattie headed for the ground following their way to Rory.

Meanwhile in the sith temple. Palpatine had been retorted to his  full power. Ben began to pull himself round and Palpatine lifted him up.

"As I once fell so falls the last Skywalker." Palpatine sneered as well as counted Hattie as his bloodline rather that Skywalker. He sent Ben flying into a chasm below. Palpatine took his place on his throne. "Do not fear their feeble attack my faithful. Nothing will stop the return of the Sith!" He sent out a blast of dark force. Just as Rory came too. She turned onto her back and saw the destruction before her.

"Be with me...be with me." she muttered to herself calling forth the Jedi masters "Be with me."

-Rory-

I felt them, i heard them talk to me as i completed in that moment the last of my training. For all purposes, I was now a Jedi Master. Not only that i had their power, strength, faith and hope behind me. Turning onto my side I forced myself up to fight another fight. Ben wasn't there but right now I had a fight with my grandfather to finish. I summoned my saber and lit it up.

"Let your death be the final chapter in the story of rebellion."

"Come at me...bitch." I spit out blood. Palpatine shot out dark force energy. It met with my lightsaber. I grunted as i staggered forward, to take the final blow not for hate but for the love of my family, blood related or not.

"You are nothing! The orphan child is no match for the power in me. I am all the Sith." he sneered

"But I...I am all the Jedi." I summed the second sober making a cross and strengthening  me as his power backfired the closer I got finally destroying one once and for all. The dark energy erupted destroying the monuments and the  of the sith.

-3rd Person-

Rey and Hattie were inside the temple when the power erupted. The stopped waiting to see if they should run or it would calm down. it calmed and the two stared at each other before running. Rory looked around, she had done it, Palpatine was gone and the sith disciples as well. She dropped to the ground.

Finn, Rey and Hattie stopped mid step. the feeling of another life force faint away and gone.

"Mom!" Hattie screamed at the top of her lungs piercing the now still air. She ran as fast as her little legs could take her with her Aunt following hastily behind. But the entrance that Ben and Rory had used was blocked.

"What do we do? We need to get to her!" Hattie stressed

"We will come on." they tried a different way "Remember what Luke and Leia told us, we've done it before. It's just lifting rocks."

Meanwhile Ben had survived Palpatines attack on him and climbed back up through the hole and staggered his way to a dead Rory.

"No, no, no. Rory. No." he muttered seeing her unmoving. He crawled the last few feet  to her and lifted her into his arms. Her eyes were lifeless and wide open as he brought her into his arms.

"Mom!" Ben looked back to Hattie and Rey running through the floating debris and skidding to a stop in front of them. "Mommy?" Hattie voce broke.

"Mommy...please...please wake up."she dropped to her knees sobbing her heard out "Please don't leave me." Rey held onto her niece.

"Can't you do something?" Rey asked Ben who looked at him teary eyes "She said you were a dyad in the force, that must mean something right. She can't just be gone." Rey stated. Ben's  arms rapped around her bring her close. Rey was right being part of a dyad should mean something. He closed his eyes and imagined...imagined the ties of the force that brought and bounded them before they were even born.  Always together on the same frequency but now he combined them into one.

One love, one strength, one heartbeat.

Rey and Hattie watched in silence then a twitch. Another twitch then movement Rory's hand slid up his arm and Ben pulled away. Rory breathing returned and she smiled up at him.

"Ben." she whispered and kissed him which he happily returned. Reunited as one. She pulled away and turned her head smiling at her sister and daughter. she held her hand out to Hattie who took it and was pulled into the embrace of her parents.

"What, what did you do?" Rey asked

"Can't you see it Aunt Rey?" Hattie wondered and Rey shook her head "he bound her life to his, they're hearts been as one. Dad saved Mum." Hattie stood up. Rory and Ben copied.

"So if something happens to either of you happens to the other?" Rey summarised

"Way to dampen the mood, Rey." Hattie scowled at her "But in a way, yes. Can we go home now?" she asked the two who placed at each other.

"Are you ready to go home?" Rory asked Ben.

"I already am." he told her and kissed her head. The four of them left in the x-wings leaving the TIE fighter behind.
