That's right not only that they are fighting for land and power they are also fighting for the throne of the world order, reason for it cuz they have stories if a nation is powerful enough they will achieve the throne by right. It says whoever sit upon the throne is the emperor of Europe. Which brings conscious war among each other for it.

European factions are:

Eastern Powers coalition: which are the Russian empire, Turkish federation, Denmark, polish Commonwealth and vessel state of Sweden. The coalition was made to press down upon the weak Nations who thought to rise against them, though the coalition is not that great. not because of their oppression upon other nations it's because of their own agendas they don't care about the coalition all they care about is their agenda in "Fame of Glory as they call it" so in short there's selfish douchebags who are willing to throw everything in a sake of Glory.

Western Union alliance: is of Spain, Portugal, Roma, Ireland, Scotland, Walsh, Anglia. This particular alliance is made to hold the remains of democracy on Europe, recent years war spread across during the age of machines which is a war between magic and machines. Which has bring down many nations and lost of life, therefore it brings that many nations who has democracy after the age of machines the old monarchies starting to reappear across the land, fear of losing the term of democracy and freedom they maid alliance to hold it.

Minor European factions:

Trade company Andrew: is made of two Nations as Algeria and Bulgaria, which is sole purpose is to trade among the Nations which has done pretty good for those two. Each time there is a war they sell weapons to both sides which made the company a lot of money, of course there are probably some who thought it would be an idea to conquer them so they made their own private army which is can rival against the Eastern Powers but they decide not to because well profit.

Byzantine Baltic States alliance: is a alliance made up of three nations that are byzantian, zeta, serb empire. Their main goal is to defend their Nation against any foreigners who thought to invade them. Though they tend to keep to themselves then deal with any other political business with other nations so they got the title of quiet States.

Croatia-hungry alliance: it made up of two Nations which is Croatia-hungry the meaning of this alliance to fought against polish Commonwealth in case there's a war coming to their land. And not only that they are the only remaining council Nations ever known since the age of machines.

France: a nation that has a large military force that can rival the Eastern powers but cannot do it due to their outdated equipment which they didn't bother upgrading their military force, but they make it up for their massive warfleets can outnumber their enemy ships by the thousands. They managed to overthrown their monarchy and established the second Republic which is very unpopular among the people but regards of that they begin to mass produce weapons and soldiers across the borders basically preparing for war.

Austria: a Nation that is built for Peace conference and the agreements for other nations, basically Australia is used for peace agreements and such but unknown to them Austria is secretly are running up their troops for war and they are just waiting for the perfect time to strike against the oppression of the Eastern powers.

Switzerland: a nation that is too neutral to say, the country has barely ever gone to war with another Nation which gave them the title of the cowardly Nation. But of course like any other they are secretly stocking up arms for in case of the war.

Oppression States: Prussia, Livonia, and Moldavia. These three states were oppressed by the Eastern powers, many times have they rise against them many time they have failed, beginning to being a thorn to the Eastern power side which therefore begin tightening the grip onto these states by taking their food, forcing their population into their military and even strict of their nationality of who they are. Therefore it's was dark times for these three nations but one of them the most of the worst than the others and that is Prussia.

Timeline: the timeline is somewhere between the 1300s to 1700s, of course some Nations still use swords and Spears as may weaponries but there are so muskets are being used as well and also mages.

Even though steam powered in others errors without being made yet but soon it will be become reality as a new power is rising and it will bring a world order dancing for all.
