It says those who steel the nobility to get their hands cut off when someone offends the nobility get their thumbs cut off when they rise against them they put their head on a pike so everyone can see it doesn't matter it a woman or child it's on there the people of every planet is on the stage of oppression by the high council and the corrupted

And the activity of the villains is low because of the ISA those who murdered or anything separate the same fate of those who rise against them everything is a high counsel and nobility property land homes items and a person itself it was a disgrace an ugly mock and slavery those who ain't human were taking as slaves and the rebellions are slowly being pushed away crushed and forgotten and now it's time for them to expand more into the Galaxy the conquer more land and conquered more species
