The team were at the clock tower as they were resting up after the fight at the convoy. They were ready to bring the evidence back to the police department until someone detonated the bombs which were hidden in the truck, destroying all the weapons and many more. Bucky and Anne were looking at the batcomputer as they were talking to each other about what happened.

Anne: Are you alright?

Bucky: Yeah, I'm alright. Its just the mercenaries at the truck ambushed me and I didn't see that coming.

Anne: I noticed. They were really strong. Almost like they were super soldiers.

Bucky: Which makes it even more worrying now.

Suddenly they heard someone speaking to them as they turned around and saw Natasha and Benjamin who was holding his jaw walking towards them as they spoke to the them.

Benjamin: We heard what you two were talking about.

Natasha: If T&T really found a way to replicate the super soldier serum then any organisation is willing to pay a lot of money to get their hands on it.

Benjamin: Which will lead to a series of chaos happening around the world.

Anne: Your right about that. We can't let that happen.

Bucky: Wait, what if it's TITAN?

Benjamin: That's not possible. If anyone injects themselves with TITAN. They can't control themselves.

Suddenly the team heard someone speaking to them as they turned around and saw Wanda and Alex walking towards them as he was holding his leg and said something to the team.

Alex: That's right. Maybe T&T really found a way to replicate the super soldier serum.

Wanda: But how is it possible? Every trace of research about the serum is gone.

Anne: Not exactly. There are still a few secret HYDRA facilities left. Maybe that's how they made the serum.

Natasha: Maybe but right now we're not sure if T&T is really working for someone.

Benjamin: The mystery continues to build up.

Alex: Not for long, once we find T&T then all of this will end.

Bucky: That's right. Right now let's not think about that. Let's just rest up for now.

Wanda: Bucky's right. Today was a long day, let's just rest up and figure all of this out later.

The team nodded as they decided to rest up for the day and figure out everything tomorrow. However unknown to them, someone was watching them through the rooftop before she left the scene.

Meanwhile in a unknown location, there were some villains sitting by the chairs. The villains received a invitation about a meeting that was happening here as everyone made it to the location.

A brutal and sadistic crime lord, Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot was known in the Gotham City Underworld as The Penguin who funded much of its criminal operations as one of its biggest black market manufactures. Oswald is sadistic and will do anything to gain the city.

An Arkham Asylum psychiatrist, who begged and eventually convinced her superiors to treat the Joker; Dr. Harleen Quinzel became obsessively fixated on her patient and believed herself to be in love with him. She helped him escape from confinement and took on her own criminal identity as Harley Quinn. Over the years her and her boyfriend created mayhem and chaos around the city. After the Arkham Island incident, Harley managed to escape the asylum and decided to team up with Ivy.

Botanist Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley was transformed into a plant-human hybrid by a science experiment gone wrong. With chlorophyll flowing through her veins instead of blood, she developed a toxic touch and a pheromone-fueled talent for seduction. Her crimes became more ecologically focused as she had increasingly abandoned her human side and identified more with the natural world.

District Attorney Harvey Dent was one of Alex's strongest allies in Gotham City until Maroni threw acid in Dent's face and hideously scarred him. The wounds fractured Dent's psyche and he was reborn as Two-Face: a schizoid criminal mastermind obsessed with duality. Two-Face would go on to form his own crew and became one of Gotham's most feared crime bosses and a part of Batman's rogues gallery.

Cobblepot: We've been sitting here for an hour now. I have a feeling, someone fooled us.

Harley: Come on, bird-brain! Can't you just wait a little longer?

Ivy: Still, I wonder who set up this meeting and what do they want?

Harvey: Let's just keeping waiting. It'll be worth the wait.

Suddenly they heard someone speaking to them as everyone turned around and saw someone standing by the shadows as everyone was staring at the mysterious person.

????: I'm glad all of you here. Sorry for the wait.

Cobblepot: Yeah you kept us waiting, alright. Say, why are you hiding in the shadows?

Harley: He thinks he's Batman. [Laughs]

The mysterious man let out a small laugh as everyone in the room heard the laugh and had chills running down their spines. It already creeped them out.

????: Batman. . . . . . Gotham's symbol of hope. . . . . . . The light that shines in the darkness. . . . . But if you break him then that light diminishes and the city will forever live in darkness.

Harvey: So you hate the Bat? That's not surprising. We all hate him for what he's done to us.

Harley: I still want payback for what he did to my puddin! He broke all of his teeth! I won't rest till I bring his severed head to my Joker!

Cobblepot: The Bat. . . . . That bastard ruined all my operations and forced me to start hiding! And I want payback!

Ivy: I agree with all of you. No matter how many times we tried to break him. He keeps getting back up.

????: Not this time. . . . . . I guarantee you all, we will make him suffer and when he's on the ground, begging us to stop this suffering. That's when we'll be satisfied and then we will kill him.

The villains all were smiling as the mysterious man was smiling at them and said something to them.

???: And don't worry, when we kill him, Gotham will be ours.

Harvey: So this is why you called us. You want all of us to team up with you and take down the Bat.

???: Exactly. That's our plan.

Cobblepot: But just who are you and what did the Bat do to you?

The mysterious man stepped out of the shadows as everyone stood back in shock and saw who it was.

Taunted and bullied in his youth, Jonathan Crane has vowed to overcome his fears through the study of psychology and biochemistry on phobias and the nature of fear. Kicked out of the university he taught at for experimenting on human subjects, Crane adopted the identity of the Scarecrow, and armed himself with a specialized fear-inducing gas that makes a person's deepest phobia become a frightening reality.

When The Joker took over Arkham Island, Crane was released to cause as much death and chaos as possible. Using this to his advantage, the Scarecrow tried breaking the mind of Alex again and again, only to fail. When attempting to poison Gotham City's water with his toxin, Crane was brutally mauled by Killer Croc.

This attack from Croc left Crane with a damaged retina, a permanently broken leg, and the lower portion of his face ruined and shredded. After surviving the attack, Crane managed to rebuild his face, but heavily mutilated it to look like his original mask.

Harvey: Scarecrow?

Harley: I thought Croc killed you back at the Island.

Crane: [Smiles] But I survived. . . . . .

Ivy: God. Your face looks just like your mask.

Crane: It's to show the world what their hero has done to me.

Cobblepot: Okay. . . . . What's the plan?

Crane: We'll send Gotham a message and then our plan will be initiated.

Harvey: We don't have the weapons for this fight.

Crane: Don't worry about that. Someone will be helping us.

Just before they ask him who it was. They heard sounds of footsteps as everyone saw who it was.

???: Looks like this meeting is already over.

Crane: Not yet, Knight. There are some things to discuss.

Ivy: Knight? Is that your name?

???: Arkham Knight. . . . . .

Harley: [Whispers to Ivy] Wonder why she calls herself that?

Arkham Knight: Now T&T messed up on the convoy but don't worry, I will bring in all the necessary weapons and soldiers required for this operation.

Cobblepot: Wait! Hold up! You have an army!?

Arkham Knight: If we're killing Batman and taking over all of Gotham. Then yes, we need an army however that is not enough.

Harvey: That is enough! We have an army! We can kill him!

Arkham Knight: Don't underestimate him! He is smarter, stronger and faster then all of you. He even has friends now but don't worry I have a few surprises for them too.

Crane: So, do we have an agreement now?

The villains looked at each other as they had a smile on their faces and agreed to this plan as Crane had a sadistic smile on his face.
