Monica wakes up and see Joe laying beside her and she think back to last night.

Monica, "Joe, are you woke?"

Joe, "No."

Slaps his arm, "Then get up!"

Joe, "Damn. What?"

Monica, "What did you do last night?"

Joe, "Took what was mine."

Monica, "No. I'm serious. Did Randy call?"

Joe, "And if he did?"

Monica, "Sop. I have to go. Coming here was a bad idea. I should have never trusted coming back here with you."

Joe, "Why I'm the father of our child."

Monica, "Because right now I'm weak and vulnerable. I allow you to do that to me last night. I don't know whether you're toxic, a person I can't say no to..."

Joe, "Or a man you was once married to and got pregnant by. And a guy that didn't want to end his marriage and still wants his wife."

Monica, "Why?"

Joe, "Since we asking questions, why do you punish me for loving you?"

Monica, "I don't. It's just that I know my values and it ain't much especially not with a guy like you. I can't even take of a child, let along know what do you with emotions or feelings that's why I vowed to not feel anything, let along show emotion besides sex but love is nowhere in the equation."

Joe, "A guy like me? Don't you think that sucks and you depreciate your own value when you lay down randomly with guys and have nothing for them and vice versa?"

Monica, "I've been with three guys Joe. And if it counts I felt emotion with you during sex or love making whatever you call it. And this marriage, emotions, feelings and relationship thing is too complicated and now we have a child, a life-long attachment and we have to have conversations and share feelings and emotions and I hate it."

Joe hugs Monica because he understood because at a point he wanted to cut off his emotions and feelings especially when things seemed too hard and life was complicated. Monica leaves while Joe is in the shower and catches a flight home. When she arrived to Randy's house she see he is not there so she calls her old home agent and takes her house off market for sale and moves back into her old home.

A week later... Monica was in her home when she heard a noise and it was her front window being broken into. She went in the bathroom, locking the door and called the police. Ten minutes later an officer showed up on site.

Detective Mitch, "Is everything alright ma'am?"

Monica, "Yeah. Everything is fine."

Detective Mitch, "My partner is arresting the perp right now. You're were very lucky. This guy have robbed three people so far and killed one lady."

Detective Dewayne Knight, "Monica?!"

Monica, "Wayne!" He scoops her up into a huge hug. "I didn't know you were a detective."

Dewayne, "Yeah I played college football for three years then played pro for eight and then took up law."

Monica, "Can you come by this weekend and have dinner with me."

Dewayne, "Alright then you can tell me all about your family and that bulge in your stomach." Monica, Okay." He hugs her once more making her giggle.

Two Days Later... News lady, "Athletes like Dwayne Johnson, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, Roman Reigns, Randy Orton and John Cena hotel rooms have been robbed while touring. The robber have taken over $10.5 million worth of merchandise in total. Then yesterday wrestler Roman Reigns arrived home around 8:25AM and discovered his back door pried open. Reigns say, "This had to be someone who knows how to cheat security system and a person who knows my security codes."

Raquel was flipping through a fashion magazine, "It just sucks babe. But at least security is on it."

Joe, "Do you know who could have done this? And where is the damn police?"

Raquel, "No but look at this gown. Isn't it gorgeous?" She gets up to show him the gown in the magazine and she saw a paper he was trying to tuck under some papers and she snatches the paper, "Is this a receipt of you sending money to Monica? A hundred thousand dollars? For what? That b*tch can't afford a crib for a baby?!"

Joe, "Watch your damn mouth! And I don't have to explain nothing to you on what I do with my money and I didn't want you in my business and that baby that you're referring to is my child."

Raquel, "How do you know? She took a paternity test."

Joe, "Because I know and she ran her mouth but that baby was conceived when she was my wife and Monica didn't cheat on me."

Raquel, "Give me a break. You talk like his girl is self-righteous when not too long a go she cleaned your ass for 75% and 50% of assets and ownership of your business."

Joe, "Maybe she did it so gold diggers wouldn't feel entitled."

Raquel, "Who's the gold digger?" Joe just raises his eyebrow, "Really? Is that what you really think of me Joe? Is that what she planted in your head about me?

Joe, "My house just got broken into and you're talking about a damn gown."

Raquel, "Baby, you're safe and plus we were gone when this happen. Nobody got hurt and that's what matters. And I just want to look good while representing you."

Joe, "You can look good in clothes from JCPenny's or some place like that. You don't need Dolce & Gabbana."

Raquel chuckles, "Oh I get it. You're used to being with penny pitching whores like Monica" as she sips her wine.

Joe chuckles, "Monica don't have to buy a designer, she is one; her own boss."

Raquel, "Is that why you're sending that whore your money? What's the name her boutique or line cause I never heard of it."

Joe, "Its in the works."

Raquel burst in laugher, "Right that's why she went after your wallet in court. That whore can't sell enough home-made T-shirts."

Joe, "And you couldn't suck enough dick for a million that's why you're trying to be my agent. Call her out of her name again and you're done."

Raquel stops laughing and chokes on her wine.

Monica's doorbell rung and it was Mitch and Dewayne. She invited them in. She cooked dinner after Dewayne introduced Mitch and Monica. Mitch is Dewayne's step-brother.

Dewayne, "So how is your lovely mother?"

Monica, "She's fine."

Dewayne, "She very well is. You was almost my daughter."

Monica laughs, "You're too much. Have you seen my father?"

Dewayne, "Yeah a few weeks back."

Dewayne Knight was Derrick's foe in high school and college, really since pre-school. Dewayne and Derrick battled over quarterback until Derrick tried his luck with baseball, which he made it to the pros but after eleven years and injury but him put for good. Dewayne and Derrick may not been a great terms but he loved Monica since she was a baby. He would always sneak and hold her when Derrick wasn't around. He gave her a bear that she slept with as a child up to now.

Monica, Dewayne and Mitch laughed and they made their way up to the rooms she made up for them."

Text message conversation:

"How's my baby girl?"

"She is just fine."

"Well keep a close eye on her. How's Jayce?"

"I don't know. Haven't seen her."

"Well just make sure she don't get close to him."

"Alright. Contact you later."

"Have you found out some info on that Anoai kid?"

"No but I know he's a famous athlete."

"Trust me and my boys know that."

"Talk later."

Deletes text messages.

Two Days Later...

Dewayne heads for the door, "Listen Mon, I'm about to go to the store. Need anything?"

Monica, "No."

Dewayne, "Okay but if you go out its raining so be sure to wear some protection."

Monica, "Okay dad."

Dewayne, "Mitch, I'll  be back in a bit."

She kisses him on the cheek as he head out. After dozing off while reading a book a knock comes at the door. She looks at the time and runs to the door answering it. She opens the door revealing Joe and she slams the door back. She checks the mirror and straighten hair and opens the dour back, "What are you doing here? And how do you know where I stay?"

Joe, "15 seconds and more conversations and I can track you. Did you cook?"

Monica, "Yes."

Joe, "Good cause I'm hungry."

Monica, "What are you doing here?"

Joe, "Honey I'm home" he goes in the refrigerator and reveals hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, candied yams and home-made biscuit, "Definitely missed your cooking especially candied yams." He winks and she rolls her eyes.

He heats the food, Monica walks up, "Seriously Joe. What are you doing here? My uncle...."

Joe, "Hold on. After I devour this I'll get back to you sweetheart."

Dewayne was at CVS when he ran into Randy.

Randy, "Detective Dewayne, my bad."

Dewayne, "That's was my fault."

Randy, "I didn't know you live here."

Dewayne, "I don't I'm here visiting my niece, Monica."

Randy, "Monica who?"

Dewayne, "I don't honk you know her, Monica Simmons."

Randy, "Green eyes?"

Dewayne, "Yes."

Randy, "Oh well I'm dating your niece."

Dewayne, "Really? You aren't what she described but okay. It was nice to know. Hey since y'all are dating I'm about to cook nachos, wanna come over?"

Randy, "No. I'm trying to keep it light with this new diet. Thanks. Tell Monica I'll see her later."

Dewayne, "Will do."

Monica was on the couch with Joe on top of her kissing and biting her neck as she moaned, "You said we will talk Joe." He continues, "We are, body talking." She bites her bottom lip as he pops her bra. He toss her shorts somewhere on the floor and inserts his finger inside her. He looks at her in her eyes and she nods in approval for him to enter her and he inserts himself inch-by-inch as she lets out a loud moan. After being ten minutes into sex a car door slams. "Oh sh*t." Monica opens her eyes pushing Joe off. "That's my uncle." She finds her shorts and puts them on and Joe tries to put on his clothes while Monica pushes him in the bathroom. She fix her clothes and opens the door revealing her uncle and Randy and the smile wipes off Monica's face.
