The HAARP Series created by Rubix Raptor in Arma 3 takes place after the Initial WW3 Nuke when the US Use Machines that control the Weather called HAARP, There are HAARP Facilities across the world and when the US Used it in Russia, Russia then proceeds to start launching Nukes causing a chain reaction of WW3.

Eventually, two third's of the world's population died from the war, but the war still rages on after 17 Years, with NATO Or Russian Command active, due to the current state both Factions think they won and they struggle to take each other out in Europe and across the world. Most of Civilian Leadership/Government leadership such as Washington DC And Moscow was destroyed but Most Military Command still survives with Remnants of Congress active.

This story will take an alternative Timeline of the HAARP Series, almost nothing changed except now only five years from the initial WW3 Strike instead of 17 Years.
