Mephisto: He was the one who manipulated Jackson Will and turn him into Ghost Rider, he working with Edwin Black and manipulate him for his plan. But he see Edwin Black was his tool and he will kill him later.

Blackheart: He was arch-enemy to Ghost Rider and son of Mephisto, he was the one who send demon to kill humanity especially Ghost Rider. He is the one who manipulate Edwin Black for his plan.

Jokaen: He was rival to Ghost Rider, the Previous Ghost Rider who gave him scar and making Joaken hate Ghost Rider for what he done. He work with Mephisto to kill Ghost Rider for revenge. 

Prince Olympius: He was son of Mephisto and brother of Blackheart. He see Blackheart as weak brother because his brother left him alone. And Olympius respect Ghost Rider and he want to kill Ghost Rider to see who is true king of hell.

Vypra: She was bodyguard of Prince Olympius, she hate demon who rape on women and she hate Edwin Black & Oboro. She work for Olympius and she start respect Ghost Rider & flirt with Jackson for fun.
