I had a feeling that a war was breaking out a few of the guys had gone to the bathroom but none had come out. I was still sat with Hyunju. "What do you think will happen tonight?" She asked me and I looked at her.

"No one should sleep. Especially if they want to leave tomorrow." I said to her and she look3e at me.

"You think a war will happen?" She asked me and I looked at her and nodded.

"A complete bloodbath." I said to her. That's when there was clock chime. The PA was coming on.

"The following players have been eliminated. Players 230, 268, 299, 331, and 401. End of the list." The PA said and I looked at Hyunju.

"It's already started." I said to her and the money went in. 380 as the divided cost. When the rest of the guys came out of the bathroom. They were covered in blood.

"Listen, Team O! We...when we were in the bathroom, those fucking X bastards tried to kill all of us! They killed some of, including my friend- -" Namgyu shouted and Thanos was gone. But it didn't bother me. One enemy down.

"Bullshit. You're the ones who started it. Damn it. They threatened one of the people on our side! They attacked us to win the second vote!" 47 shouted as he joined out side. I always knew that Namgyu would cause something.

"That's right!" Someone else shouted.

"Hey. You killed one of us first. You were trying to win the bite by killing us!" Someone from the other team shouted.

"Fuck you. You killed some of us too. Did you think we would just let you kill the rest of us?" 145 shouted. Our numbers would be lower than before. That's when people started shouting again.

"So? Which side lost more people?" Jeongdae shouted and it went silent. "All right, everyone! Let's count the numbers!" He shouted again and we had to do that.

"Everyone! Gather round!" 47 shouted at us.

"We need everyone down here! Come on!" Gihun's new friend Daeho said to us. I looked at Hyunju.

"I'll look after you. Especially since you saved my life." I said to her and she looked at me and nodded.

"Haneul, I'll do the same." She said to me and that's when everyone started shouting at each other. This was going to go one way tonight. Player 47 was counting us all.

"42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48. Two people died on our side." He said after he counted us. We were the bigger team.

"Two out of five. That means they lost three people." A girl said to us all.

"Then we have a better shot at winning the vote tomorrow." Se-Mi said from beside me. This was good.

"Hey, it's 48 against 47. As long as we don't change our minds, we'll win by one vote!" Jungbae said to us all we were doing well. That's when the PA system chimed.

"Attention, please. Lights out in 30 minutes. All players, please return to your beds and prepare for bedtime." The PA said. I still had my fork on me. Self defense in case.

"Listen. You cannot change your minds. We have to win the second vote and get out of here tomorrow. All right?" 47 said to us and I nodded. I wouldn't change my vote.

"Don't worry. We're determined to get out." Someone said to us and I'm glad.

"That's right. We really have to get out now." Someone else said and I looked forward to getting out.

"When we go out tomorrow, I'll take you out." Se-Mi said to me and I looked at her and smiled.

"I'd like that. A dinner." I said to her and she looked at me and nodded. If only Jaehyun was here but not here. He'd be glad that I was trying to move on. Se-Mi then kissed me.

"I'll see you tomorrow." She said to me and she started heading to her bed. I sat on my bed. Looking around.

"Lights out in 20 minutes. All players, please prepare for bedtime." The PA said and I went over to Gihun. He had a circle with everyone.

"Haneul, come join us." He said to me and I looked at him.

"If that's okay?" I asked him and he looked at me and nodded.

"Those bastards are acting suspicious. It looks like they're up to something." Daeho said to us and it wouldn't surprise me.

"Whatever those idiots do, once we win the vote tomorrow, it'll all be over." Jungbae said to him and I really hoped so.

"You think we'll be okay? They say things were really crazy in the bathroom earlier." Daeho said to us and it would be worse out here.

"Once the lights go out, people on the other side will attack us." Gihun said to us.

"It'll be a bloodbath." I said to them all. I looked around the group.

"Really?" Yongsik asked us.

"Because if they kill us, they'll be able to win the vote and increase the prize." Gihun said to us all and I remembered last time.

"So what do we do?" Yongsik asked us, he wouldn't like the answer.

"Let's attack then first. They're probably thinking we'll just wait for the second vote. We can use it to our advantage. We'll attack them first once the lights go out." Youngil said to us and that would be the only way it worked.

"That's right. It'd be better to attack them first. We have more women and elderly on our side. If we get attacked, we'll be at a disadvantage. Attacking them first would give us a better chance of winning." 47 said to us and we did.

"I agree." 145 said.

"We can't do that." Gihun said to us and I looked at him confusedly.

"But we have to get out of here. You said it yourself. Staying calm won't get us anywhere now." Youngil said to us and we still couldn't attack first.

'That doesn't mean we should kill each other. That's exactly what they want us to do." Gihun said to him, the VIPs would love this kind of thing.

"'They'?" Jungbae asked Gihun.

"Those who created this game. Those who watch us play. If we're going to fight someone, it should be them." Gihun said to us and I nodded in agreement.

"Where are they?" Daeho asked and we didn't know.

"Up there." Gihun said and we looked up. "On the upper levels are the rooms they control the games from. The man in the black mask is their leader. Once we capture him, we'll be able to win." Gihun said to us and I leaned back against the wall.

"How are you going to fight them? They have guns." Youngil said and I didn't think about that. But I'd find a way.

"We'll fight them with guns too." Gihun said to us and I was just waiting for Junho. Any minute now.

"But we don't have any." Jungbae said to us and not yet we didn't.

"We'll take their guns." Gihun said to us.

"From those masked men?" Gyeongsuk asked us and I nodded.

"It's too dangerous. Even if we manage to take a few guns, we'll still be outnumbered." Youngil said to us and we were for now.

"What then? Are you going to kill each other all night and hope you survive? Is that what you want, Youngil?" Gihun asked him and we all had to survive this.

"Do we...stand a chance?" Hyunju asked us and I think we did.

"We do if we catch them off guard. Out of everyone, they're the ones who would least expect us to attack first. This is our last chance to end these games once and for all." Gihun said to us and that's what our mission was this whole time.

"How are you going to take their guns?" Youngil asked and I looked over at Gihun.

"Once the fight begins tonight, we'll have our chance." Gihun said to us and I looked at them all.

"We just have to wait for our opening." I said to them all and they nodded.

"Five minutes until lights out." The PA said. Counting us down to death. That's when we started heading to our beds. I knew how this was going to go. "Lights out in ten seconds. Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one." The PA counted down and the lights went out. I grabbed onto my fork as hard as I could. Creating a tight grasp. That's when I got out of bed and started to hide. I was just hoping that Se-Mi was going the same. I could hear someone running behind me. But I got to them first. Killing then before they could get me. The beds started to get pushed over.

"Haneul." Hyunju said when she found me. She took my hand.

"Hyunju, have you seen Se-Mi." I said to her and I could see her shake her head. I didn't know where she was.

"I don't know Haneul." She said and we hid under a bed with Gyeongsuk. That's when I heard her scream.

"Se-Mi." I said and I wanted to go. I could feel the tears in my eyes. That's when the lights came on. The gunfire started. We rolled out from spots. Acting dead. As soon as a guard came to check us. We attacked. I'd got my guard down and took his gun. Firing back. I'd never felt so good killing someone than this. I moved and saw Se-Mi's body. Her eyes still open. I then managed to shot one guard. That was for Saebyeok. I then took another guard down. That was for Ali. Finally I had a third one, that was Se-Mi.

"Retreat." The PA repeated. But for one of the guards it was too late. The doors had trapped him with us.

"Stop! Hold fire! Everyone, hold fire!" Gihun shouted. Before I moved closer, I closed Se-Mi's eyes. I knew who did this. Namgyu.

"Hands above your head!" Jungbae shouted to the guard. "On your knees!" He shouted as he got closer.

"You goddamn bastards!" 47 shouted, I turned to see him pointing the gun at some people from the other side.

"No!" Gihun shouted. I then went over to Hyunju. She knew how I was. I'd lost Se-Mi. She'd lost Youngmi. "Everyone! Don't be scared. Gather round, please!" Gihun shouted at everyone.

"It's okay to come out." Jungbae shouted.

"We're not trying to hurt you!" Gihun shouted. That was unless you were Namgyu.

"Get the guns and ammo from the dead." Hyunju said to Gyeongsuk. I looked at him.

"We're going to need as much as we can get." I said to him. Tears in my eyes.

"Cameras." Hyunju said to me and I nodded. The two of us started to shoot them cameras down. Afterwards we took the guns and ammo and collected it together.

"Everyone! We will now head up to the masked men's headquarters. We'll capture the ones who captured us, put an end to this game, and make them pay. Anyone who knows how to use a gun and wishes to join us, please step forward." Gihun said and no one moved. It was silent.

"Hey. I know you're scared. I'm scared too. But this may be our last chance to make it out of this place alive. Fight with us so we can go home together. All together." Jungbae said and I saw someone raise their hand. Player 015.

"I'll fight with you." He said and Gihun waved him over.

"Come on." Gihun said to him.

"I'll join you too." 72 said to us.

"Come join us." Gihun said and 206 joined in as well. Soon more people came over. "Please check your guns and ammo." Gihun said and I checked mine. Me and Hyunju were the only women. But we'd fight twice as hard.

"Let's take one radio each." Jungbae said to us and I nodded. "We'll use channel 7, the lucky number." He added. Once I had my radio, I changed the channel.

"Attention. This is the MP5, a submachine gun. First, if you press this lever in the middle and pull the magazine, it comes off like this. If the selector switch is down, it's set to full auto mode. Up is the single-fire mode. We don't have many magazines, so set it to single-fire mode. Lastly, insert the magazine, pull the handle, and then release it. That's how you load it. Are we clear?" Hyunju said to us and we we all followed her instructions.

"Yes." We all said and I looked at the masked man on the ground. Gihun went over and pointed his gun at him.

"Take it off." He said to him. He then started to take his mask off. "Take that off too." Gihun said and he took the balaclava off. He was young.

"Good god. Do your parents know what you're doing here?" Jungbae asked him and he didn't answer. I guess this didn't.

"Take us to your Captain." Gihun said and that's when the porthole was shot out. We then started making our way into the main area. Off to get us out of the game. Hyunju was behind me.

"All players, it is bedtime now. Please return to your quarters immediately. Otherwise, you will be eliminated from the game. Let me repeat. All players, it is bedtime..." The PA said and I looked around the stairs. Who knew if any of them were lurking anywhere.

"I wish I could shoot the speaker out." I said to Hyunju.

"We've got to save our bullets." She said to me and I know we did.

"Please return to your quarters immediately. Otherwise..." The PA continued and then the speakers were shot out. I saw three masked men.

"Get down!" Gihun shouted and we did. They kept shooting. "One o'clock!" Gihun shouted at us and I was glad to know where they were.

"Cover me!" Hyunju shouted and she ran up the stairs.

"Cover!" Jungbae shouted. I was glad when I saw she'd made it. She got one down. Followed by a second. That's when I started to take a few shots.

"Hold fire!" Hyunju shouted at us.

"Hood fire!" Gihun shouted and we looked around. "Is everyone okay?" Gihun said to us.

"Yes." We all said and Gihun looked at me.

"Yes, I'm okay!" 145 said and Gihun wanted me to say something.

"I'm fine." I said to him and he nodded.

"All right, then. Let's go up!" Gihun shouted and we started going again. The cameras kept getting shot out. When I passed one of the bodies. I took their magazine clip. I saw Jungbae do the same thing. We then stopped. Gihun was talking to our guard. That was until he was shot dead. The gunfire then started again. One of our own was killed. We shot back whenever we could. I managed to take one down. I didn't know what was happening down the front of the line. But I saw Gihun and Jungbae go. I was just grateful that I moved further back so I could be with Hyunju still. We had to look after each other. We kept taking down this guards. I managed to take another two down. I didn't realize I had such a good shot.

"This isn't getting us anywhere! Let's follow them to the upper level!" 47 shouted and that just sounded like a bad idea.

"We might get surrounded if we move together without a plan! Let's wait until they find the control room!" Youngil shouted. That's when we saw that these guys were getting closer to us.

"Everyone! Check your magazines!" Hyunju shouted and I checked my clip.

"I'm down to half." Gyeongseok shake to us.

"I have half as well." I said and I looked at him.

"I've got less than half." Someone else said.

"Same!" Another shouted.

"I've got two-thirds left." 15 shouted.

"I'm almost out!" 47 shouted.

"Mine is empty." Daeho said shakily. He wasn't coping.

"I'm almost out too!" Youngil shouted. That's when the radio went off.

"Youngil, Daeho. Can you hear me?" Jungbae said and I turned the radio down. That's when I saw more masked men. Shooting at them.

"Did you hear that? They need backup! Three of us will go, and the rest will stay! Join us once you get the magazines! Who wants to go with me?" Youngil shouted.

"I'll go!" Someone shouted.

"Me too!" Another shouted.

"Let's go!" Youngil shouted.

"I'll go get the magazines! I'll come back as soon as I can, so just hold on until then!" Hyunju shouted and I looked at her.

"I'll join you, you're not going alone!" I said to her.

"Hyunju! I'll go!"  Daeho shouted and he crawled to us. "I...I'm out of ammo." Daeho said and he dropped his gun.

"Do you know the way?" Gyeongseok asked him.

"Yes." Daeho said shakily.

"We destroyed the cameras on the way. Follow them." Hyunju said to him and she took her gun strap off.

"Yes." He said to her.

"Take this. You might run into the masked men on the way." Hyunju said and she passed her gun over.

"Thank you." Daeho said to her with a nod.

"I'll cover you. Go! Cover him!" Hyunju shouted and we covered him. The rest of us kept shooting down the guards when he'd got into a safe zone. "Haneul, you've got a good shot." Hyunju said to me as I took down another guard.

"Thank you, my father taught me how to." I said to her and nodded.

"He raised a good fighter." She said to me and I looked at her and nodded.

"Thank you." I said to her.

"Damn it, what's taking him so long?" Someone shouted and I was hoping he'd come soon.

"Where are you? Can you hear me? Did you find the magazines? Are you on your way? Daeho, answer me. Daeho, are you there? Daeho, please answer me! Daeho! Answer me!" Hyunju shouted. He wasn't responding.

"We can't hold out much longer. We need those magazines now." Someone said to us.

"Something must've happened. I'll go down and check." Hyunju said to us all and we nodded.

"Please do." Gyeongseok said to her.

"Cover me!" Hyunju shouted and she ran. I didn't know whether I should stay or if I should go. I kept shooting at the guards. When I finished my first clip, I changed it as quick as I could. I looked at the guys.

"Cover me! I'm going after her!" I shouted and they looked at me and nodded. That's when I started making a run for it. When I got back to the quarters, I could see Junhee was glad I was there. "Hyunju! Daeho!" I shouted and Yongsik pointed. That's when I headed over to them. In good timing. The doors had opened as soon as I reached her. Gunfire filled the room.

"Get down on the floor!" The manager shouted. Hyunju and I got ready.

"No." Geumja said to us. She shook her head. "You both can't die like this." She said to her, she was close to tears. I thought about Gihun. I'd left him. Along with Jungbae, 145 and Gyeongseok. I had no idea what was going to happen to them. I knew that they'd be killed. I couldn't lose Gihun. But I knew that would be a reality. I looked at Hyunju. It would just be the two of us left to continue the fight.
