We were still spinning. I just wanted the music to stop already. And when it stopped I waited for the number. "Ten." The PA said ans that's when everyone started running around to make a group. Once we had our sorted. We rushed to a door. Closing ourselves in. I looked out to see the remainders get shot. I was just waiting for the door to open again.

"If the numbers get lower. We separate." I said to them all. Thanos just looked at me and nodded.

"The following players have been eliminated. Players 013, 043, 049, 054, 060..." The PA said and it kept going. Once all the bodies had been put in the coffins. The doors opened again. We spun around did a second time. Thanos and Namgyu dancing. I was just waiting for that clunk. When it came again I paused. "Four." The PA said. Thanos then looked at us all.

"Gyeongsu, you're out! Let's go! Whoo!" Thanos said to us after he kicked Gyeongsu to the ground. It was just me, Se-Mi, Namgyu and him. We made a dash for a room. I looked outside to the chaos. Fights were breaking out. I was glad to be in a four. "Wait! Where did you leave my boy Gyeongsu?" Thanos asked us and we heard the gunshots. That's when he looked out. "Fuck! Gyeongsu!" He shouted. He must still be out there. One of those gunshots being for him. Once the bodies had been moved. We headed back out again. There were less people now. We'd be screwed if we had to do big numbers. I looked around for Gihun. Once I saw him, we nodded at each other. Both glad the other was still here.

"All players, please step onto the center platform." The PA said and we spun around again. Like clockwork. Soon it would be time for the clunk and the number.

"Three." She said. I knew what would happen.

"I'll find two others." I said to them all. I could see the fear in Se-Mi's eyes.

"Haneul, no." She said to me and I looked at her.

"I'll be okay. You three hours together." I said to her and Se-Mi went with them. I saw Hyunju.

"I'll join you!" I said to her and the other girl. We then went into our room. I couldn't even look outside. Hyunju looked at me.

"You're okay Haneul. You're with us." She said to me and I looked at her and nodded.

"Thank you. You saved me." I said and I hugged her. I thought that would be my last round.

"What happened to your team?" She asked me and I looked at her.

"I told them to go without me." I said to her and we went into silence. Once we were out. I looked for Se-Mi. When I saw her, I was relieved.

"Haneul." She said and she hugged me.

"I'm glad you're okay." She said to me and I smiled at her.

"Same for you." I said to her and she smiled at me. We then went onto the platform. I could tell that Hyunju knew what she was to me. I held Se-Mi's Hans this time when we spun.

"Six." The PA said and that's when we rummaged for six people. Once I was in a group that was it. I was safe. I had Se-Mi with me. But I knew this wouldn't last forever. Once we went back out again. We were missing someone. Youngmi. I looked to Hyunju, she had her head down. I knew what that meant. "Now, the final round will begin." The PA said and we spun for the last time. Once we stopped that was it. "Two." The PA said.

"Se-Mi!" I shouted and I grabbed her. We both made a run for a run. Once we were in. I closed the door on us. I hugged her in relief.

"We're okay. Haneul, we're okay." She said to me and I smiled. We'd both made it. When we headed back to our quarters.

"My señorita, Haneul. I'm so happy to see you again." Thanos said and he hugged me.

"It's okay. I'm okay, I defended myself." I said to him and walked away. I didn't need a guy like that saying he was concerned for me. I needed to check on Hyunju. "Hyunju, are you okay?" I asked her and she looked at me. She was silent. "It's okay to feel that way. I knew she meant a lot to you." I said to her and she looked at me.

"She didn't want to play anymore." She said to me. That's when the doors opened.

"Congratulations to all of you for making it through the third game. Now, here are the results of the third game." The manager said and that's when the number of people went down and the money went in. If we left everyone would get 356 million won. Anyone wanting more was greedy. "The vote will once again be conducted in reverse order of your player numbers. Player 456, please cast your vote. To ensure fair and democratic voting, we will not tolerate any disruptions from this point onward. Please bear that in mind." The manager said and Gihun voted. More people kept voting to stay. When Se-Mi voted, it was to end the game. When it got to me I did the same. Tearing off my O patch to replace it with a X. I could tell that Thanos was happy from the other side but I didn't care. I went over to Gihun.

"Was this your plan?" He asked me and I looked at him and nodded.

"Accumulate a good prize amount before ending it." I said to him. He looked at me and put a hand on my shoulder.

"You played act." He said to him and I saw Hyunju vote. She wanted to end the game. I looked over to her and gave her a nod. What happened in the last game must've changed her. Especially since she lost Youngmi. We didn't have many players left to go. I was hoping that they'd vote to leave. If not, we were all at risk tonight. It was currently 49 and 49.

"Let's go home!" Yongsik shouted and everyone cheered on our side. Just two people left to go. Player 6 voted to continue. It was just played 1 now. I took Se-Mi's hand. When player 1 voted it was to end the game. But the score was 50/50.

"The vote has ended." The manager said to us.

"Wait, it's a tie. What happens now?" Jeongdae shouted at him.

"Claus three of the consent form. 'In the case of a tie, players will vote again.'" The manager said and I had lost hope. People would want another game now. A fourth game.

"So when are we going to vote again?" Someone on our side asked.

"To give you some time to think, the vote will be conducted tomorrow. Until then, please think carefully about your future." The manager said and I'd lost hope again. I looked at Se-Mi.

"You won't change your mind?" I asked him, I was hoping she wouldn't.

"No, three games is enough." She said to me and we walked away. When dinner came I got my stuff and went to my bed. I could see Thanos glaring daggers.

"I don't feel safe with them watching or even being here." I said to her, they'd have a vendetta.

"We'll be okay. We're stronger than them." She said to me and I looked at her with a smile.

"I hope so too." I said to her and I saw Yongsik stand up.

"Hey! Don't agonize over your decision while eating this dry gimbap. I just want one of you to come over to our side. If we get out of here tomorrow morning, we could get Korean beef! I'll tell you what. It's my treat!" He shouted at the other side.

"And after that, the noodles are on me!" His mother shouted to the other side.

"Come over to our side! Anyone!" Someone from Gihun's team shouted.

"Come on over!" Yongsik shouted to them. I saw Jeongdae stand up.

"Once you all die in the next game, we can all leave with 800 million each! With 800 million, we could buy a freaking cattle ranch!" Jeongdae shouted ans people his side started shouting at us to go over.

"You'll get 800 million? Who are you kidding? Do you think you'll still be alive after the next game? If you don't get out now, you're all going to die!" Gihun's friend shouted at them and he was right.

"So let's play one more game to see who dies. Stop trying to run away like a goddamn coward." 226 shouted at us making One of Gihun's friends laugh.

"What did you say? Hey, come here. Come here, asshole!" Gihun's friend said to him. He was starting to walk over. The two of them weee getting ready to fight. "I was in the Marines, fucking asshole!" He said making the others laugh.

"Oh, yeah? Then I was in the Air Force, fucker!" 226 shouted at him.

"Hey, if you want to go home, why would you even bother eating? Just starve!" 336 shouted at us all.

"That's it." 226 said and that's when it all kicked off. I looked at Se-Mi.

"There's no way I'm getting involved." I said to her. That's when I opened my gimbap. I saw a metal fork.

"What is it?" She asked me.

"Protection." I said to her. I then stood and took her hand. We went down to where Hyunju was.

"This is Haneul." Hyunju said and she was still down. I then took her hand.

"And Se-Mi." She said to them. I was hoping that we'd be able to look out for each other. We all had to survive. Just get to the next vote.
