Hiccup woke up to the sound of someone humming, and opened his eyes to see that he, the gang, and the dragons were in some kind of underground lake surrounded with crystals and it had some kind of large machine made out of dragon proof metal attached to the lake.

Hiccup groaned as he sat up and he looked around to see that the gang were still unconscious, but he then saw that not only the dragons were awake, but all the dragons were being fed baskets full of fish by a woman that looked to be around the same age as him and the other riders, he then recognized her as the rider that attacked the hunter ship they saw before.

The woman then gave Toothless, who didn't have his saddle on, some chin scratches and Hiccup watched in pure shock, he then turned his head to see Toothless's saddle behind him.

Hiccup: What the-

Saga turned her head to see that one of the riders had woken up, and she greeted him with a smile.

Saga: ( to Hiccup: ) Good morning- well, afternoon. Sorry, but as you can tell, your friends haven't woken up yet.

Saga then walked away from the dragons and went up to Hiccup and helped him up.

Saga: Welcome to Oasis! My little home away from home.

Hiccup: A cave?

Saga: Oh, no, silly! ( Laughs ) This is just where I take any wounded dragons I find while raiding hunter ships, then I free them after they recover. Anyway! Enough of my rambling, all of your dragons are okay, all they had gotten from the net were a few minor scratches, but I took care of it, so don't worry.

Hiccup: ( is amazed ) So, you're a healer for dragons?

Saga: Oh, no, no, no. I'm an alchemist. But I do make a good amount of inventions and chemical compounds that are on the healing aspect of things.

Hiccup and Saga then see that the others were slowly waking up.

Saga: Oh, good, your friends are waking up. Oh, by the way... ( Whispers to Hiccup: ) You might want to have the Monstrous nightmare rider take it easy a little bit, his dragon sorta accidentally fell on top of him during the trip here, breaking about five of his ribs.

Hiccup: Ah, thanks for letting me know, but sadly, ( with a blank expression: ) that's easier said than done.

As soon as the dragons saw that their riders had woken up, they went to them to check if they were okay. Toothless ran to Hiccup and tackled him to the ground, making Saga chuckle and Hiccup laugh.

Hiccup: Hey, bud!

Tuffnut: Ugh, what happened?

Ruffnut: The last thing I remember was falling into water from the sky.

Snotlout: Why does my chest hurt? ( To Hookfang, who had a sad guilty look on his face: ) And why do you have that guilty look on your face?

Saga suddenly went up to Astrid's face, who almost punched her because of the alchemist startling her with her sudden action.

Saga: Your Nadder is really bonded to you, she refused to let me get close enough to check for any head trauma.

Astrid: Uh, thanks? ( To Hiccup: ) Who's she?

Hiccup: She's, uh-

Saga: ( with a smile: ) I'm Saga! I'm an alchemist. I'm also the one that fired that net at you all... Sorry about that, I was curious about finding out how the Hunter's net launchers function.

Tuffnut: Didn't you have a flightmare with you?

Saga: Oh, Tesla? She's at home. She went there to hide. I think you guys accidentally startled her when you six and your dragons fell from the sky. Anyway, you all are from Berk, right?

The riders all shared a look of shock.

Hiccup: Uh, yeah, how-how did you-

Saga: ( with an unfazed smile: ) Your dragons favored the kinds of fish that are more common in the waters of the Isle of Berk than the kinds of fish we have here. Plus the craftsmanship on the night fury's saddle reminded me of a saddle that an old acquaintance of mine's saddle for his dragon.

Astrid: ( is shock ) ( to Saga: ) You knew where we were from by what fish our dragons ate and by looking at Toothless's saddle?

Hiccup: ( is impressed ) That's incredible.

Saga: ( blushes slightly ) Aw, it's nothing. But, if you want to get to Berk before sundown and before your families begin to worry, I advise going now, and keep going north then turn east once you see the sea stack that's shaped like two dragons slapping each other.

Hiccup: Okay, thank you, and-

Snotlout: Come on, Hookfang!

Ruffnut: Barf, Belch, get your butts over here.

As the other riders got on their dragons, Astrid watched as Hiccup went to Saga after the alchemist helped him put the saddle back on Toothless.

Saga: ( to Hiccup, with a sad smile: ) Hey, if you ever see my old acquaintance on Berk, can you tell him that I said " Hi "?

Hiccup: Sure. Do you mind giving me his name?

Saga: ( chuckles with a sad smile ) You'll know him when you see him, he's kinda popular.

Saga then walked off before Hiccup could say to or ask her anymore questions. Saga then picked up the empty baskets of fish as she heard the riders leave through the ceiling entrance, she then began carrying the baskets through a tunnel that led out of the underground lake.

( Meanwhile with the riders )

Hiccup was deep into thought while he and the riders flew away from the Oasis island as the name " Saga " felt familiar to him.

Hiccup: ( to the others: ) Hey, gang. Does Saga's name feel familiar to any of you?

Snotlout shrugs his shoulders with a " I dunno " sound, while Astrid shook her head " no ".

Fishlegs: Uh, sorta, but I can't place my finger as to why-

Tuffnut: Of course it does, we have an alchemist named " Saga " back on Berk.

Ruffnut: Weird gal, but the explosions her failed inventions would make are beautiful. So much smoke.

Tuffnut: And sometimes, incredibly destructive.

The group then looked at the twins with surprised expressions, which confused the two Thorstons.

Tuffnut: What?

Astrid: Berk had an alchemist with the same name as the girl we met back on that island?

Ruffnut: Yep, that looked exactly like the island Saga.

Tuffnut: They even wear the same pair of goggles.

Snotlout: And you two muttenheads didn't think that that Saga and Berk Saga could be the same person because....?

Tuffnut: Duh, because if the Saga on Berk left and had tamed a flightmare, wouldn't we have heard about it?

Ruffnut: Well, it's not like anyone really talks to her, not even us.

Tuffnut: Yeah, Berk Saga was too weird for our standards to hang out with or talk to. Way too positive and rambles big words that we don't understand too much.

Fishlegs: ( to Hiccup, Snotlout, and Astrid: ) You're thinking what I'm thinking right?

Hiccup: Yes, I am, and I hope there's a good reason why no one seemed to have noticed that she had left Berk.

Tuffnut: Yeah, like I said, there hasn't been enough explosions on Berk since the last three years.

Ruffnut: ( with a smile: ) A good bit of those explosions in the past were caused by Saga.

( Back with Saga )

Saga went into the egg nursery to see Tesla asleep in the large nest with the 15 unhatched night fury eggs and the five baby furies asleep in the nest with the flightmare.

Saga: ( sighs ) ( quietly, to her dragons with a soft smile: ) Have a good nap. You deserve it.

Saga then went up the stairs and sat down at the edge of the platform outside her cave home to look at the view of the ocean with a smile before she pulled the Viking Chief game piece from her pocket pouch.

Saga: ( to the game piece: ) Hey, dad... I helped those riders I accidentally shot down, like I think you and Mom would've like me to do.

Saga then took off her goggles, showing her brown eyes as she watched the ocean with a smile and the game piece in her hand.
