( On Saga's side of the Edge )

Fishlegs, Snotlout, and the twins were now on Darla as Tesla and Battlestrike had now relocated their eggs and their nest to below the deck. Saga and the baby furies looked at the dragon couple in awe as Battlestrike brought a fish and gave it to Tesla, who was sitting in the nest, keeping their three eggs warm.

Fishlegs: ( excitedly: ) I can't believe it! There's going to be three baby hybrid dragons flying or running around the Edge.

Snotlout: I wonder what they'll even look like-

Tuffnut: ( with a smile: ) Amazing and deadly.

Ruffnut: The best combo.

Fishlegs: I didn't even think it was possible. A speed stinger and a flightmare? They're two different classes of dragon!

Saga: ( with a serious expression: ) There's one thing I know, Tesla and Battlestrike can't be going on missions until the eggs hatch. I'm not going to risk the chance of hunters getting their hands on them or destroying them. That's why, til then, the baby furies and the pack are going to be staying on the island to help Tes and Strike-y protect them.

Snotlout: Wait, does that mean you won't be flying on any of them?

Saga: Yep. I know, but it's what's best for them.

Fishlegs: I agree. It's for the best that they stay on the Edge where they will be safe, who knows what the hunters will do if they find out about hybrid dragons.

Tuffnut: ( to Saga: ) Don't worry, sis. You can ride with me and Ruffnut on missions.

Astrid then came in and looked at the other riders with a serious expression.

Astrid: Saddle up, guys. Berk needs our help.

Saga: ( to Fishlegs, Snotlout, and the twins: ) Have fun and be careful.

Astrid: Actually, Saga...

( A few minutes later )

The Dragon riders were now on their dragons and were heading to Berk, Saga was riding with the twins on Barf & Belch's back with a nervous expression on her face.

Saga: Are you sure that you need me for this mission?

Hiccup: According to my dad, no one has been able to get close to the dragon without it taking off. It's badly wounded, and giving your talent with handling scared or wounded dragons, you are the best person for the job. Plus, for some reason, my dad wants the dragon off Berk as soon as possible.

Saga: ( sarcastically, with a nervous expression: ) Oh, great....

The riders glanced at the alchemist with worried expressions, as they knew why she was nervous about going to Berk.

Astrid: ( to Saga, trying to calm her nerves: ) Hey, I'm sure everything will be okay. And I'm sure we'll be able to tame the dragon and take it back to the Edge, where we can treat it's wounds and protect it at the sanctuary.

Saga: ( takes a deep breath ) Yeah, you're right. That dragon might've escaped from hunters like Battlestrike and the pack. The poor thing.

( Meanwhile on Berk )

Stoick and Gobber were leading a search party in the forest to look for the wounded dragon that had appeared on Berk with little to no luck.

Gobber: ( to Stoick: ) Stoick, you do realize that the dragon isn't the same one that took her right? So why send it away for just being a dragon?

Stoick: Yes, but... it still reminds me of the day I- we lost her, it's for the best that for now that Hiccup and the others take it back with them.

Gobber: Ah, right. Tesla's girl has made a dragon sanctuary there. Can't say that I didn't see that coming.

Stoick turned to Gobber with a look of confusion on his face.

Gobber: Stoick, the lass left Berk for the sake of her dragon, and even we she was here, she always put the well being of others before her own.

Stoick: Aye, that's true. If only I saw it sooner, maybe things would've been different... Her mother trusted us to take care of her daughter after she'd passed away, and we failed her.

As they were talking and walking through the forest, a pair of golden yellow eyes was watching them from the tall grass.

Gobber: If Tesla was here, she would've said that it's not too late to make things right. Hiccup and his friends are making things right for that lass every day by being her friend.

Stoick: And more apparently, the twins have taken her in as their sister.

Gobber: Oh, well, at least we can hope the lass can somewhat stop those two's craziness a bit.

Stoick: ( with a smile: ) And let's not forget about Hiccup and Astrid.

Gobber: Ah, right. Speaking of those two and Saga, what do you think about Astrid and Hiccup wanting to bring Saga in the picture? I know, it's a wee bit different kind of normal, but then again, we live in a world full of fire breathing reptiles.

Stoick: As long as all of them love and care for one another, I'm okay with it. Plus, ( a bit jokingly: ) we all know that Tesla would haunt me from beyond the afterlife if I didn't.

Gobber: ( laughs ) Ya know, for Tesla being a pacifist, she was one frightening lass, especially with that stern glare of her's.

Stoick: Indeed she was, indeed she was.
