Saga and Astrid were now searching for the twins after they just finished gathering logs and were near some kind of post, Saga was trying to calm Astrid down as the warrior was searching angrily.

Saga: I'm sure they aren't doing anything bad.

Astrid: Oh, really? Then where in Thor's name could those two have-

They then heard the twins' voices, and the two girls looked up to see the twins zip-lining towards them from the line that was attached to the post. Saga was watching with a smile while Astrid watched with a mad expression.

Tuffnut: Whoo! Yeah!

Ruffnut: Ha-ha! Look out!

Luckily for them, the twins were high enough to avoid hitting the two blondes, but unlucky for the twins, they hit the post instead and fell to the ground. The twins fall caused the logs Astrid and Saga gathered to tumble away again, Saga glanced worryingly as she knew that this caused the girl standing beside her 's anger to risen.

Ruffnut: ( groans ) That hurt.

Tuffnut: Astrid, Saga, you have got to try this. The landing's a little rough, but I'm sure with Saga's help we-

Ruffnut: Astrid, we know this wasn't what you were planning, but we really think we're onto something here. The stairs have their own use for sure, but this can truly come in handy.

Saga stood beside Astrid with a nervous expression.

Astrid: It can, huh?

Ruffnut: Yes. In the right situations.

Astrid: And what situations would those be exactly, Ruffnut?

Ruffnut: Well, I mean, we could, if we were in a-

Astrid: You have no clue, do you? Didn't think so.

Tuffnut: Is that a retalkrical question?

Saga: Um, guys, maybe we should-

Astrid: ( to the twins: ) And do you know why? Because, the two of you don't think. You don't plan. You just come up with these crazy ideas and you forge ahead, with no regard for logic or what you're supposed to be doing. What am I gonna do with you guys? Seriously. Tell me!

Little did Astrid know that when she said this, it made bad memories to come up in Saga's mind, causing the alchemist to look at Astrid with a sad expression because Astrid had triggered those memories to resurface and fill her mind, which Astrid didn't seem to notice but the twins did. Ruffnut then gently pulled Saga behind her, causing Astrid to notice the sad expression on the alchemist's face.

Ruffnut: ( to Astrid: ) Well, you can start by being kind. Oh, wait, you can't do that because kindness is nowhere in that scrawny little body of yours.

Astrid: ( taken aback ) What?

Tuffnut tried to step in and placed his hand on his sister's shoulder.

Tuffnut: Easy, sis... Not in front of the most wholesome of the group. ( Side points to Saga )

Ruffnut: ( shakes Tuffnut off ) Back up, bro! I got this.

Tuffnut then gently pulled Saga back, away from Astrid and Ruffnut.

Astrid: Do you know what your problem is, Ruffnut?

Ruffnut: Oh, you bet I do. I've got a list of problems so long, I can't even keep track. Question is, do you know what your problem is, Astrid?

Astrid: My problem? Are you serious?

Ruffnut: Allow me to lay it out for you, my flaxen-haired friend. You have no respect for the people around you who are just trying to help and be a part of the team. You have no respect for Fishlegs, certainly none for Snotlout, I'm about fifty percent sure you only have some respect for Saga because of her abilities and her dragons, and you couldn't have less respect for the two of us! Now, you can go ahead and shame the others. You can mock this entire island of dragons if you wish. But I am not gonna stand here and listen to you insult the entire " nut " family tree!

Ruffnut then storms away, Tuffnut and Astrid looked at her direction speechless while Saga kept her head hung low in silence with a sad frown as she was trying to fight back the bad memories that were filling her head. Astrid then turned to Tuffnut and Saga.

Astrid: She's wrong, you know. I do. I... r-respect you guys and Saga.

Tuffnut: Oh, please. You can barely even say it. So sad, Astrid. So, so sad. Come on, Saga.

Astrid watched as Saga walked off with Tuffnut with a sad expression. Saga glanced back at Astrid as she walked off with Tuffnut before she turned her head back to what's in front of her.

Astrid: ( despairingly: ) Hiccup, where are you when I need you?

( A few minutes later, in the forest )

Tuffnut and Saga were walking throughout the forest in silence, Saga still had a sad look on her face. Tuffnut looked at her worryingly and decided to break the silence and try to talk to the alchemist to see what was wrong.

Tuffnut: You okay, Saga? I know things got...scary back there, and not the good kind.

Saga: ( sighs tiredly ) Honestly? I don't know. I keep telling myself everything is fine and I try to keep myself cheerful because I know you guys are trying hard to make up for how I was treated back on Berk, but... Things have been stressful. First, I thought the hunters were after me because I raided their ships, but it turns out that I might be one of them? And I don't want to think that's true even for a second, because that means my Mom had been lying to me, and I don't want to think that way about her. But, now this? I don't want to make Astrid or anyone upset, and I'm trying so hard to stay strong, but...

Tuffnut: Hey, who says that you have to be cheerful and okay all the time? No one is okay all the time. I mean, look at me and Ruffnut, we're never okay. It's okay to be not okay.

Saga: I know... But, I wasn't taught that, even when the entire world seemed to be against us, my Mom always stood strong against whatever the gods threw at us.

Tuffnut: What do you mean?

Saga was hesitant, but she decided to tell Tuffnut about what she meant.

Saga: I always only had a Mom growing up, not a Mom and a Dad like everyone else. Mom never talked about him, but she never once mentioned if he had died or why he wasn't with us. But despite how many whispers we've heard about the gods being angry about my existence, whenever there's a storm on my birthday, she always stayed strong. Even when she was dying, she stayed strong just for me.

Tuffnut stayed silent as he listened to the alchemist speak.

Saga: She taught me that no matter what, you have to stay strong for those you love. I don't expect you to understand... I need to be strong so I don't worry Hiccup and Astrid or any of you guys anymore like I did last week. ( chuckles nervously as she forces a smile ) But, enough of that silly stuff. If you need me, I'll be on Darla.

Saga then walked off before Tuffnut could say anything in response.

Once Saga got back on her side of the island and on Darla, Battlestrike noticed the sad aura looming around the alchemist. The alpha speed stinger glanced at the nursery and saw that all the baby furies and Tesla were sleeping, he then turned his head in the direction of Saga and her ship before letting out a huff.

Battlestrike then walked onto the ship and went into the captain quarters to see that Saga was sitting on her chair as she was staring at the Viking Chief piece in her hand with a worried and confused expression.

Saga's eyes widened in surprise when she felt something lay beside the chair, she then looked down to see that Battlestrike had sat down on the ground beside Saga's chair.

Saga: Strike-y? What are you-

Battlestrike made a sad whine in response, making Saga put the game piece back on the desk before she got off her chair and kneeled down to the speed stinger with a sad expression as she recognized the sad look in the dragon's eyes.

Saga: You're missing someone too, huh? I know the feeling... I guess even alpha dragons have rough days, huh, Strike...

Battlestrike whines in response, stands up, and presses his head against the alchemist, offering her comfort. Saga began to tear up, and then she hugged the small adult dragon, Battlestrike gave the alchemist a soft purr to comfort her as she let out her stress and confusion through each tear that fell down her face.

Both the alchemist and the alpha speed stinger then noticed something as they saw a glimpse of something out the window of the captain's quarters. Saga then got up and walked up to the window to see two hunters row onto the shores of her side of the Edge, making her glare.

Saga: Battlestrike, we have company, and they chose a bad time to pay a visit. Let's be polite and give them a proper welcome, shall we?

Battlestrike smiled before he ran out and attacked the two hunters as soon as they got out of their boat, accidentally waking Tesla and the baby furies, who peaked outside to see what was happening. Little Tooth let out a worried whine as he saw Battlestrike paralyze the two intruders with his sting.

Saga grabbed some rope from her desk and glanced over to the Viking Chief game piece when she stood at the doorway of her captain quarters.

Saga: ( to the game piece: ) I'll be back, Mom and Dad. Something came up, and I need to take care of it before it gets out of hand. I'll tell you both about it when I get back. Love you.

Saga then walked out from her quarters, off Darla, and stood in front of the two paralyzed hunters. She then took off her goggles, showing her brown eyes as she gave the two hunters a cold glare.

Saga: You know, I thought I made it clear last week that none of you should be messing with me, but it appears that all of you are deaf. Because, correct me if I'm wrong, but you lot decided to go onto me and my friends' island, and are up to something again. I was going easy on ya last time, but now... ( tights the rope in her hands, making it make a snap sound without taking her eyes off the hunters ) Let's have a chat, so you can tell me what you are up to.

The two hunters mentally screamed in fear as the alchemist's glare reminded them of the glare of a man that they were deathly afraid of, and it didn't help that she had the same colored eyes as him.
