( at the Clubhouse )

The gang, their dragons, Tesla, and the five baby furies see the distress signal from the Edge.

Tuffnut: That's Barf and Belch!

Ruffnut: That's their distress signal.

Tesla whines in worry when hearing this as the other riders sprung into action and got on their dragons before they took off flying straight to the source of the smoke. Rascal roared at them in protest, seemingly trying to tell them something, but they didn't hear him.

Tuffnut: Hey, wait! That's our dragon out there.

Ruffnut: What do we do?

The Thorston twins then turned to Toothless and Tesla, Tesla was struggling as she wanted to go save her rider and her soon arriving baby fury, but she didn't want to leave the other baby furies or lead them into a possible battlefield.

Tuffnut: ( to Toothless and Tesla, with a smirk that matched Ruffnut's: ) Hey, T, Tes, how have you two been?

Tesla lets out another whine in response, while the five baby furies shared determined looks as they wanted to go save their human surrogate mother and their little sibling.

( Meanwhile, back on the ship )

Saga, Hiccup, and Barf & Belch were still fighting off the hunters charging at them while the indigo eyed baby fury stayed on the Zippleback's back where it was safe, Saga was paralyzing them with a single cut of her dagger while Hiccup and the Zippleback were knocking them back.

Saga: ( to the hunters: ) Is that all you got? My night furies fight better than all of you combined! And they're just babies!

Ryker: I've had enough of this.

Ryker then joined in on the fight and shoved Hiccup to the ground, but when Ryker drew out his sword, Barf and Belch knocked him back with their tails. Saga then helped Hiccup up.

Saga: That was close.

Hiccup: ( to Barf & Belch: ) Nice job, guys.

Saga: Let's get ourselves and our new little star out of here.

As Saga and Hiccup were about to get on the Zippleback, they suddenly heard Dagur's voice.

Dagur: Oh, boys and alchemist!

Dagur laughed evilly as he had brought their attention to the ballista he was aiming at them, but then suddenly unexpected happened...

The indigo eyed baby fury quickly fired a plasma blast at the ballista after Barf covered the deck with green gas, knocking the ballista back a little and causing the Berserker chief's eyes to widen as he realized what is about to happen.

Dagur: Oh, no.

Belch then lights the gas causing the blast to cause the ballista's arrows to fly in different directions. One of the arrows cut through the rope hanging on the mast, which hanged Ryker upside down before he could take off the rope wrapped around his ankle.

Hiccup: ( to the Zippleback: ) And now I owe you one. ( Turns to the indigo eyed baby fury ) And it looks like we got a new member to our team now.

Saga: Yep, and after this, Tesla is probably going to not let me or her leave her sight for a long while.

The two riders and dragons then noticed that more hunters were charging towards them.

Hiccup: Let's go!

The Zippleback then gave one more blast of green gas, to cover the two riders as they got on the dragon's back, and Saga cradled the indigo eyed baby fury in her arms as they escaped from the ship.

Saga then noticed the others as they suddenly flew past Astrid and Stormfly, Fishlegs and Meatlug, and Snotlout and Hookfang as the indigo eyed baby night fury purred as they flew above them.

Hiccup: ( tries to call out to the others: ) Hey!

Hiccup and Saga then turned their heads to see Tuffnut erratically flying Toothless while Ruffnut was flying on Tesla with Rascal riding with Ruffnut as the other baby furies were following behind them. Barf and Belch were flying right towards the Thorston twins.

Hiccup: Oh, no, no, no, no, no.

Barf and Belch then collided with Toothless and Tesla, knocking everyone off their saddles. Tesla quickly recovered and rescued Rascal as Hiccup quickly dove to Toothless, attached his prosthetic leg into the stir strap, and got Toothless to fly again. Saga held onto the baby fury in her arms as she braced herself for impact as she and the baby fury fell into the sea with the twins and their Zippleback, causing Tesla and the five baby furies to roar in distress to seeing Saga and the new baby fury fall into the sea.

( Meanwhile, in the water with Saga )

Saga tried to swim up into the surface in order to save the baby night fury and herself from drowning, but they suddenly got caught in a net trap, and it pulled the both of them back to the ship alongside Barf and Belch. The twins worked together to free their dragon from the net by going down below the net, which worked and they flew out of the ocean on the back of their dragon.

Ruffnut: Yes!

Tuffnut: Back in the saddle, baby.

The twins then saw that Saga and the new baby fury were still stuck in the net, the indigo eyed baby night fury then let out a loud cry for help, gaining the attention of all the riders and their dragons, including Tesla and the other baby furies. The night fury twins, Ruff and Tuff then had an idea and turned back towards the edge without anyone knowing.

Ruffnut: Saga! Little fury!

The twins then had their Zippleback fire a gas-spark attack at the ship that had the alchemist and baby night fury, and once the two were freed from the net, Tesla placed Rascal on Toothless's saddle before she swooped in and Saga quickly got on the flightmare's back.

The group then gathered all together in the sky, and the five baby furies purred at their new sibling, who was shivering from the cold feeling the water on her was giving her.

Hiccup: Let's get these hunters away from Dragon's Edge! Astrid, protect Saga, Tesla, and the baby furies.

Saga: ( sees something in the distance and smiled ) I think we now have extra advantage in the battle field, thanks to the night fury twins.

The riders then see that Ruff and Tuff in the distance, working together as they were steering Saga's towards the battle, the riders and their dragons looked at what they were seeing in pure shock while Saga and her dragons quickly dove towards the alchemist's ship, and landed on the deck. The riders saw that the ship now has about four of Saga's edible chemical net launchers, what looked to be some kind of ballista, and several strange looking cannons, all the creations were made out of dragon proof metal.

As soon as Saga got off of Tesla, the alchemist hands the indigo eyed baby fury to Tesla, and the flightmare quickly took the baby fury below deck to take cover. Saga then went to the steering wheel and the twin furies stepped aside for the alchemist to take control of steering the ship, the alchemist then looked up at the riders with a serious expression.

Saga: ( yells out to the riders: ) FIRE AT WILL, THESE SONS OF EELS MESSED WITH THE WRONG ALCHEMIST IF THEY THINK THEY CAN ALMOST DROWN ONE OF OUR BABY FURIES AND GET AWAY WITH IT!! ( To the five baby furies: ) Below deck, now, and protect Tesla and your baby sister at all costs.

The baby furies quickly did what the alchemist commanded and the riders watched in shock.

Astrid: ( with an impressed smile: ) I take back my thoughts about Saga not knowing how to fight.

All the riders then began firing at the ships from the skies, while Saga steered her ship to the side before she went to one of the ship's cannons, and aimed the cannon at one of the hunter ships while she held onto the lever attached of the cannon and while the riders were firing at the hunter ships with her. Saga then noticed that the dragon hunters were about to fight back using catapults to fire boulders at the riders' dragons.

Astrid: Take out the catapults-

Saga: ( yells out to the riders: ) CONTACT!

Saga then pulled the cannon's lever, causing a strange looking blue ball at the hunter ship, the riders watched in shock as once the ball made contact with the hunter ship, it froze into sharp spikes of ice that spread through almost half of the ship, destroying the catapults that were on the hunter ship.

Astrid: Woah!

Hiccup: Good work, Saga! Keep it up!

Saga then laughed before she moved to the strange looking ballista, she then pulled a lever on the ballista, causing it to automatically load itself with hollow glass arrows with some kind of mysterious, multiple colored chemicals inside the arrows.

Saga then took out the rest of the catapults with her ship's ballista, the arrows exploding the hunters' catapult once the arrows made contact with them.

Dagur realized at this point that not only were the hunters once again out-matched by the riders, but they were out-armed by the riders thanks to the weapons the riders' new alchemist had on her ship. Ryker watched with anger to seeing that they had lost to the riders once again, but he looked at the destruction Saga's weaponry caused with a slightly impressed look in his eyes.

Dagur: ( orders to the hunters: ) Get us out of here!

Dagur then suddenly got hit on the head by a part of the catapult that was destroyed by a blast from Saga's glass arrows, knocking the Berserker chief out cold.

Saga stopped firing her ballista as the hunter ships started retreating away from Dragon's Edge and she went back to the ship's steering wheel. She smiled at the riders as they land on the deck of her ship.

Saga: Hi, guys! Welcome to my newly upgraded ship, I've named her Darla!

Snotlout: ( confused: ) Darla?

Saga: ( honestly, with a smile: ) It just felt right.

Astrid: That was amazing, Saga! What did you put in those arrows you'd destroy the catapults with?

Saga: Oh, nothing special, just a explosive chemical compound of my design. ( Chuckles ) The hunters will probably be feeling the side effects of breathing the chemical's smoke. Oh, boy, they are going to have headaches for a whole week. Which serves them right. Kidnapping me, Hiccup, and sweet little Indigo. Oh, speaking of that. ( whistles loudly ) Tes, furies! You can come out now!

Tesla and the baby furies then ran out from below deck, Tesla was carrying the indigo eyed baby fury on her back, while the other baby furies tackled Toothless to the ground. The riders and their dragons looked at the new baby fury in awe as she looked at them with curiosity with her beautiful indigo eyes.

Fishlegs: Aw, so cute and precious!

Saga: Yep, and oh boy, did she hatch on one crazy day, huh, Hiccup?

Hiccup: ( chuckles ) Yeah. Thankfully, now she's safe.

The baby fury purred happily as Hiccup gently pets her head, Tesla watched hesitantly, but she didn't run away as seeing how the twins and Hiccup went their way to protect and save Saga and her new baby fury made her trust them a little more, despite her still being slightly scared of them.

Saga: You can fill the group in about what happened, Hiccup, while I sail us back to the Edge so the dragons can rest. By the way, I decided to name our newest member of the team " Indigo ", after the color of her eyes.

Saga then slowly began steering the ship she had named " Darla " around to the direction of the Edge. The new baby fury, now named " Indigo ", slowly climbed down from Tesla, and began walking towards Hiccup with a purr, making the riders and the dragons look at her in awe as Hiccup picked up the tiny night fury up.

Hiccup: Welcome to your new family, Indigo.

( Slight Time Skip, back on Dragon's Edge, at the clubhouse )

Saga was sitting on a chair with Indigo sleeping on her lap as the alchemist sewed the baby fury's name onto a leather collar while Hiccup had finished telling Astrid how he got captured and what the Zippleback did. Toothless was laying on the ground in front of the alchemist and baby night fury, cutely looking excitedly at the sleeping baby dragon.

Astrid: So, looks like the old life-debt has been repaid and Saga now has a new member of her dragon family.

Saga: ( calmly, while not taking her eyes off the leather collar she was sewing Indigo's name on: ) Tesla went to you to let you guys know that I and little egg Indigo were missing too despite her fear of you, in my book, you're a part of our family too.

Hiccup: Barf and Belch saved me, Saga, and Indigo from the Dragon hunters, and Ruffnut and Tuffnut saved their dragon from drowning. Thank Thor, everything's back to normal.

Saga can hear the Thorston twins playing with their dragon outside the clubhouse, as she finished with Indigo's collar and gently puts it on the sleeping baby fury.

Tuffnut: ( cheeringly: ) Yeah! Hit me again.

Ruffnut: Me next! Me next!

Astrid: ( rolls her eyes at the twins' antics ) Well. Normal for us, anyway.

Saga: ( calmly, with an unfazed smile: ) Normal's overrated anyway.

Hiccup and Astrid glanced at Saga with smiles on their faces when they heard Saga's statement, when suddenly Snotlout came out of nowhere and tackle Hiccup to the ground, waking Indigo up. Saga glared at Snotlout with her arms crossed.

Hiccup: Ah! Will someone please tell this lunatic it's over?

Snotlout: Snotlout!

Saga: ( sternly: ) Oh, I have something to say to him alright.

Saga then gently picked Indigo up and placed her in front of Toothless, who looked at the baby fury with a smile. Saga then stood up and then...she kicked Snotlout hard in the side, knocking him off Hiccup, and surprising both Hiccup and Astrid.

Snotlout: Ow! What was-

Saga: ( to Snotlout, angrily while coldly glaring at him: ) Ruffnut explained to me what " babe " means during the trip back to the Edge, and I'm going to make something very clear to you, mister.

The Zippleback and the twins then stopped what they were doing to watch the scene with Saga and Snotlout, Saga was glaring at Snotlout while he looked at her with a scared look.

Saga: ( to Snotlout, sternly, with a glare: ) Oh, it's really funny that you thought I would be slightly interested in you in a romantic way when you barely know me at all and I don't know anything about you at all. So, I'm going to put this as nicely and as simply as I can possibly make it so you can understand, back off or you are going to be the next one I'm going to test Darla's weapons on. Ya got it?

Snotlout: Y-Yes, ma'am.

Saga's glare quickly disappearred and her smile returned.

Saga: Glad that we can talk it out. Now, if you excuse me, I have to start making designs on the new egg nursery.

Saga then happily walked away from the Jorgensen rider, past the shock Astrid and Hiccup, and back into the clubhouse, picked Indigo up, and sat back into her chair. Toothless cutely watch the two while laying beside them as Saga was making sure the collar wasn't too tight on Indigo.

Saga: ( to Indigo, with a smile: ) It isn't too tight on you, is it? I hope not, I don't want you to feel uncomfortable, my little star.

Indigo just purred in response as she nuzzled into Saga's chest as the alchemist held her in her arms, making Hiccup and Astrid smile at the sight.
