Saga was working on setting up cannon-like devices made out of dragon proof metal on the ship with the egg safely in her apron pocket and with Tesla and the baby furies watching when they heard a loud " Boom! " that sounded to come from the direction of Hiccup's hut. Tesla and the baby furies then turned to Saga, who had a surprise and confused expression.

Saga: Okay, I swear that explosion was not me this time. I hadn't set up any traps over there yet, I've been focusing on the ship's defenses this whole time.

( The next day, at night )

Saga was now in the clubhouse with the twins, and she was holding the night fury egg, as for some reason, they had asked her for assistance, and had told her the whole story how Barf and Belch now have a life-debt with Hiccup because he saved the Zippleback from a avalanche, and how the twins had spent all day with trying to break it with plans to kill Hiccup.

Saga: A life-debt, huh? Interesting... You know, Zipplebacks aren't the only species that could have a life-debt with a person, for example Speed Sti-

Tuffnut: Please, Saga! We are running out of ideas! Look at Ruffnut, I haven't seen her this sad since Bjorn Boar lost in the inter-archipelago sectionals.

Ruffnut: Oh, Bjorn Boar. That was a sad day.

Saga: Alright, alright. ( Thinks ) Wait- ( to the twins, with her hands on her hips: ) Did Hiccup know about what was going to happen in those plans?

Tuffnut: Yeah.

Ruffnut: How else would we get permission from him to do both plans?

Saga: Okay, I think I know what you guys need, a real reaction. But we would need help from another person. Someone who would have a motive to hurt Hiccup.

Tuffnut: Someone diabolical. Someone completely devoid of any continence or human emotion whatsoever.

Ruffnut: I can only think of one man that soulless.

Saga: The question is how we are going to kidnap Dagur without anyone knowing...

Tuffnut and Ruffnut shared a shock look, which Saga noticed.

Saga: What? Were you guys talking about someone else?

Tuffnut: Yeah...

Ruffnut: ( with a calm smile: ) Saga, we were talking about Snotlout.

Saga: Ooh... Yeah, that would work.

( The next morning )

Saga, the Thorston twins, and the fury twins were watching their plan unfold at a distance, except for the fury twins, they just wanted to watch for the chaos. Saga was still carrying the night fury egg in her apron pocket.

Snotlout was standing outside Hiccup's hut with a smirk. Hiccup left the hut with a yawn.

Snotlout: Hey.

Hiccup: ( is caught off guard: ) He-Hey!

Snotlout then suddenly punched Hiccup in the face, causing Hiccup to fall backwards.

Hiccup: Ugh! What is wrong with you?

Snotlout: ( as he is punching his palm: ) Hiccup Haddock, I'm calling you out! Defend yourself!

Saga then turns her attention away from the scene to turn to the twins.

Saga: Are we sure that Snotlout fighting with an axe plan isn't going too over the top?

Ruffnut: Nah, Hiccup has been through scarier situations. Example, the Red Death.

Snotlout: ( yells: ) What's that, Hiccup? You want to fight to the death?

Saga's eyes then widened in response when she heard this and she turned her attention back to the scene, to see Snotlout swinging the axe, the twins gave them, at Hiccup, who dodged the attacks. The twin furies watched with amusement, while Saga watched with slight worry for Hiccup's safety and was having second thoughts. Tuffnut then spotted Barf and Belch flying towards Snotlout and Hiccup.

Tuffnut: Here they come. Life-debt no more!

Ruffnut: Do you guys think Snotlout will get barbecued?

Both Ruff and Tuff shrugged their shoulders in response, but they were both mentally hoping the Jorgensen rider would get barbecued by the Zippleback.

Saga: ( calmly: ) It's a 50/50 chance.

Tuffnut: Girls, I'm afraid to tell you, I always knew Snotlout would end up as collateral damage.

Rascal then walked by Snotlout and Hiccup, as he was searching for Saga and the fury twins, when he saw that Snotlout was swinging an axe at Hiccup, which the wingless baby fury fired the axe out of the boy's hands with a small plasma blast, giving Hiccup a chance to try to walk away. Snotlout didn't give up though as he flicked the back of Hiccup's head. Rascal watched them with a confused expression.

Hiccup: Ow! I'm not gonna fight you, Snotlout!

Hiccup was about to walk away from the situation til-

Snotlout: You see that? The future chief is a coward!

Hiccup then stopped in his tracks and turned to Snotlout.

Snotlout: You heard me. Come on, hit me! You know you want to.

Rascal watched with a raised brow as Hiccup briskly walked to Snotlout.

Hiccup: Fine. But remember. You wanted this.

Snotlout just held his arms out without worry to what Hiccup was about to do.

Saga and the three baby furies watched in shock when Hiccup punched Snotlout in the face, the punch made the Thorston twins wince from where they, the alchemist, and the twin furies were watching as the punch was strong enough to make Snotlout stumble back.

Snotlout: Ow! What'd you do that for?! Oh, hold on. I gotta take a-

Snotlout then went unconscious. Rascal taps Snotlout's face and gave Hiccup a impressed look as the punch had knocked Snotlout out cold. Barf and Belch then arrived with fish supplies, not questioning the out cold Snotlout on the ground and flew away. As Hiccup and Rascal watch the Zippleback fly away, they spotted both set of twins and the alchemist. Saga and the twins were in awe by what happened while Ruff and Tuff were in shock by what they saw.

Ruffnut: That was incredible.

Saga: Who knew Hiccup had it in him.

Tuffnut: Right?! Who knew that that scrawny, little one-legged viking had that in him.

Ruffnut: ( sighs in defeat ) Oh, brother. That's it. There's nothing left.

Tuffnut: Guess Gobber was right. We've lost our dragon for good.

Saga: ( to the twins, trying to cheer them up: ) Hey, hey, at least you got to see Snotlout get punched, right?

Tuffnut: Yeah. If only I could enjoy it.

Saga then watched in defeat as the Thorston twins walked away when they heard Hiccup yelled at them to meet him at the Clubhouse. Ruff and Tuff purred at Saga and nuzzled her leg as an attempt to comfort her. Saga's sad expression then turned into a determined one, she then called Rascal to come to her with a whistle, and he went to make his way to her.

( Slight Time Skip, at the forest )

Saga had went to the forest to set up traps instead of going to the clubhouse, she had sent Rascal and the twin furies back to the ship with Tesla while she was still holding onto the night fury egg in her apron pocket. She then heard a slight sound behind her, she knew who was behind her by the smell of blood and sweat that suddenly appeared in the air. She sharply turned to look at the two dragon hunters that stood before her, little did they know that they had chosen the wrong time to try to jump on the alchemist standing before them, as the egg that is due to hatch very soon had made Saga's protective mother instincts make her intimidating and it gave her the determination to have the will to be able to attack the hunters if they make the wrong move.

Saga: ( to the hunters, sternly: ) I don't know who you are nor why you're here, but let me make this one thing clear. I've got people and dragons to protect, a family I can't neglect, so I'm not taking chances, fools.

Saga then pulled out a dagger made out of dragon proof metal that had a bioluminescent neon blue tipped blade from a hidden pocket on her outfit, and she points it at the hunters with one hand and the other was protectively on the egg in her apron's pocket.

Saga: ( to the hunters, warningly with a death glare: ) If you make one wrong move, then you're done for. Anything I don't approve, then you're done for. So, what's your choice-

Saga was then suddenly grabbed by a tail of a Razorwhip, restraining her tight enough to prevent her from breaking free, but not tight enough to actually hurt the alchemist.

Heather looked at the alchemist girl that she was specifically told to not hurt by Ryker, with a smirk as Windshear had her tail wrapped around the alchemist.

Heather: ( to Saga: ) My apologies, miss, but Ryker wishes that you and any dragon of yours that is brought with you to be brought to our ships unharmed. But, they said nothing about dragon eggs, so, I advise you stay quiet while we take you to Ryker and my brother.

Saga glared at Heather, but she did as the Razorwhip rider advised and put the dagger away in a hidden pocket it was in, before the dragon sneakfully flies off the island and to Ryker's ship. Heather then had Windshear land on the deck, and the alchemist glared at Dagur and Ryker.

Dagur: Lookie who we have here, without her little flightmare. ( Laughs )

Ryker: ( to Saga: ) It's good to see that you have your mother's hidden fighting spirit. ( To Heather and Dagur: ) Put her in a cell for now. And remember, no harm comes to her or her beasts, that includes the one in that egg.

Windshear then released Saga as Heather dismount her dragon. Dagur grabbed both of Saga's hands and held them behind her back. Saga followed Dagur and Heather as they led her below deck and to the cells. Dagur then pushed Saga in one of the cells and Heather closed the door behind the alchemist.

Saga watched with a glare as Dagur and Heather walked off.

Saga: ( sighs ) ( to the egg: ) Don't worry, little one, I'm sure your Flightmare mama, brothers, sisters, aunts, and uncles are going to come rescue us. We just have to remain calm and be patient.

The egg then began to crack and Saga watched as a small black dragon with beautiful eyes of indigo hatched from the egg. The indigo eyed  baby night fury looked up at the alchemist and purred at her as she hugged the baby fury with a sad smile.

Saga: ( to the newly hatched night fury, sweetly: ) Looks like you have decided to shed some light in this situation, my little star.
