After a few minutes of walking around and searching around, Zero found the perfect place to go to, "Let's check out the drama studio."

Passy nodded in agreement, though she felt pretty hesitant in doing such a thing.
It took them fifteen minutes to finally find it. Zero led Passy inside and both walked through the hallways as they were walking pass by the classrooms and make their way to the Drama Studio Room.

When they go in, they see Seran reacting some lines, then notices Noah fixing up the lighting machines. Zero looks around in curiosity and Seran spots him, which he looks at him and says, "Ah! Welcome to the drama club, new student!"

"Ah... hi." Zero responded awkwardly.

"I am Seran, the future actor for the next generation of movies to come!" Seran introduced himself passionately.

"Uhh... nice to meet you?" Zero spoke uncomfortably.

"Anyway, welcome to the Drama Club. are you interested in joining?" Seran asked him directly.

"not yet... just looking around, honestly." zero explained.

"If you ever change your mind, let me know. We have an open slot. Any time!" Seran suggested to Zero who nods along.

zero looks at Passy as blonde-pink haired reploid walks back to the stage, and he whispers, "He's weird."

"you get used to it." Passy whispers back.

"I doubt it."

"h-Hey!"

Zero and Passy turns to see a silver haired human boy called them out and he stands up from the machine. He runs up to them and says, "I remember you! you were the boy that stands up to Mr Bizzaro!"

"Yep. That's me." Zero said.

"Honestly I'm glad someone else stands up to this jerk besides Ringo and me." Noah said, "Oh! forgot to introduce myself! I'm Noah Holmgran, I was in your English class."

"oh! right! I'm Zack Knight." Zero introduced himself.

"Nice to meet ya." Noah says, "So what do you think? Want to join?"

"Maybe later. I want to learn about how everything works." Zero answered, "How long has the Drama Club been going?"

"About 5 months now. Our first year started recently, so it kinda feels like we've been here forever..." Noah said.

Zero hummed in understanding as he thought, "Five months... so, not that long..." and he asks, "Do you act?"

"No. I just help with the technical stuff such as the lightings, sound effects and all that." Noah explained to him.

"Ah, got it." Zero understood.

"Anyway, I'll leave you guys alone then." Noah said as he starts to walk away.

Zero waved goodbye before leaving the club. Passy looked at Zero and asks, "Why'd you say no?"

Zero shrugged and answers, "Eh, I don't see acting to be my thing."

"Ironic considering your situation." Passy joked.

"oh shut it, pixie dust." Zero told her

"I'm a cyber elf! not a pixie!" Passy told him as she flies up to his face, "There's a difference, damn it!"

"whatever you say." zero replied while rolling his eyes.

Passy bonks Zero on the head, which barely felt anything while he just chuckles at Passy's annoyance. while walking through the hallway, they see a young girl who looks familiar to them where she looks like a gyaru where she wears the school uniform, but it's unbuttoned where it shows her cleavage, her skirt is cut to be shorter and wears thin-veiled black leggings. she also dyed platinum blonde hair with pink/blue high lights on her small pigtails while most of her hair is loose, grey eyes and fakely tanned skin. she looks like she's sketching something on her sketchbook.

"Doesn't she look like someone?" Zero whispers to Passy.

"That's Veronica Arimu."

"Who's that?"

"A girl from your homeroom class, duh." Passy told him, "Though, I don't know much. everything I know about her are rumours."

"What type of rumours?" Zero asked her.

"That she slept around with a lot of guys, even some teachers." Passy told him, "Of course, there's no proof and it's clearly based on her appearance. though, I guess it's because of those rumours that she doesn't have any female friends and gets targeted by some guys."

"That's very unfortunate." Zero admitted as he felt some sympathy for Veronica.

As he said that, he sees a couple of boys, that look like those trashy jock kids from American teen movies, approach Veronica. They're wearing all black with leather jackets, white ripped jeans, white shirt and boots, plus a dark beanie.

"Hey there, slut-fest!" a boy called her, which she just glances at them and ignores them. "Oi! I'm talking to you!"

"And I'm not interested." Veronica rejected him right off the bat.

"Ouch! rejected by the school's slut!" the other boy made fun of him.

"I'm surprised she has standards." the third one commented.

"Hey, fuck you!"

Veronica looks irritated by this comment as she glares at the boys, "I already said no, alright? Leave me alone and piss off, you three idiots!"

Just as Veronica stands up to get away. One of them, the third boy, grabs her wrist, which causes her to drop her sketchbook and pencil.

"Hey! Let me go!" Veronica yelled at the three boys, who laughed at her.

"Oh yeah? We'll show you how bad you are at rejecting us!" the leader exclaimed.

"Don't you fucking dare lay a finger on me!" Veronica screamed as she tried to break free from the boys grip.

Zero steps forward towards them, "Oi! leave her alone!" as he grabs the boy who was hurting Veronica's wrist.

As Zero did that, the second boy tries to punch Zero, but he ducks down and accidentally punched the second one.

"Oi! That fucking hurts!"

"Sorry man!"

"Grrr... You can't beat us, freak! Just give up already! You're nothing! No one! Nothing compared to me or my pals, you hear me?!"

Zero didn't react as he stared at the guy with blank expression, only staring and breathing slowly. this creeps the other guys out as they decided he's not worth it and they ran off. the blonde reploid turned to Veronica, who is rubbing on her wrist as he and Passy notices a small bruise on it.

"You okay?" Zero asked her with sincere concern.

"It's fine... thank you, by the way." Veronica responds as she smiles gently and Zero nodded.

"Glad to hear." Zero said, "does this happened often?"

"Unfortunately, yeah." Veronica admitted as she picks up her sketchbook and pencil, "Phew... looks like my stuff are okay."

"that's a relief to hear." Zero said.

"Agreed." Veronica agreed, "It would be a disaster if all my hard work gone to waste."

"Good point."

"thanks again for saving me, by the way." Veronica thanked, "I really appreciate it."

Zero shrugs, "It's no problem. But why didn't you tell anyone? The teachers wouldn't standby and do nothing."

"Because the teachers aren't always looking after me." Veronica answered.

Zero raised an eyebrow at that, "How come?"

"They're either in their own world or they're too busy to pay attention to everyone." Veronica told him, "Besides, the only teacher that tried to help is Miss Jordan, but even then, it's barely enough."

"Still, it's better than having nobody care for you." Zero said as he sighed.

"Yeah..."

"Mr Knight!"

A female voice interrupted the two, causing them to turn and see none other than Alphina, the purple haired female reploid.

"Oh no..." Veronica muttered.

"I heard loud commotions happened!" Alphina said to Zero, "I demand to know what happened?"

"Well, just some assholes harassing her." Zero explained.

"Thank you." Alphina thanked him, "Ugh... of course stupid boys would do this shit." "Are you okay, Veronica? We should report this to the-"

"Fuck off!" Veronica told her off angrily as she storms away.

"Hey! That's extremely unacceptable behaviour!" Alphina yelled at her as she's about to go after her, but Zero stops her by grabbing her shoulder, "Oi! Don't touch me!"

"She clearly wants to be left alone and needed to calm down." Zero told her.

"That is still no excuse to swear off at the council President!" Alphina yelled, "And she really needs to put on proper uniform!"

"Is it really that important?" Zero bluntly asked her.

"Yes! As a student council president, it is my duty!" Alphina told him, "Of course, a boy like you wouldn't understand."

"Oi! That's sexist, you know!" Zero called her out angrily, which she just looks away and walks away, "Ugh... what's her problem?"

"She's always been like this," Passy explained, "From what I remembered of her, she's strict as fuck, especially towards guys. Never knew why."

"Well, she needs an attitude change." Zero commented spitefully. "Even if she did stop Shawn from hurting me."

"Come on. Don't let her get to you." Passy told him, "Let's just look around for the other clubs."

"Alright then." Zero sighed as he scratch the back of his head and continues along where he looks at the sports hallway where he sees the basketball team playing against each other, and he notices a certain redhead playing there. "Who's that?"

"Alyosha." Passy said, "Or just Al for short. You wanna say hi to him?"

"... Nah. I don't know why, but I don't really feel comfortable with that." Zero told her.

"Hi there!"

"Well, speak of the devil." Passy grinned mischievously as Al spots Zero and Passy, and he runs up to him.

"Hey there! You're Zack from my homeroom class!" Al greeted him.

"Y-Yeah. I am." Zero said awkwardly.

"No need to be shy!" Al told him, "By the way, I'm Al Cossack!"

"Cossack? As in, you're related to Jaroslav Cossack?" Zero gasped in shock where he does a poor job of hiding his expression, causing Al to chuckle.

"Duh! He's my dad!" Al told him proudly, "He's one of the trinity sages! Well, duo sages nowadays."

"Yeah. I heard." Zero said.

"Yep, so I'm a pretty big deal!" Al told him cockily, "By Arcadian standards, I'm basically a nobleman!"

"Nobleman? How does that work?" Zero asked him.

"Ah! Right! You're from America," Al remembered, "In Neo Arcadia, being a scientist is considered the best job where you would be ranked as a noble. The Wilys, the Lights and the Cossacks are the second highest in the status quo, with the Verniers being the highest since they are royalties."

"That's true." Zero understood.

"Yep! Basically, anybody who works for the Vernier family directly such as my family, are considered nobles, while anybody who works for the Trinity families are considered minor nobles." Al explained, "Like Iris, her dad worked for Mark Light, so she's a minor noble by Arcadian standards, however her family isn't interested in the title and requested that they're commoners by official documents."

"Would that mean Gavin-I mean, my dad would be considered a minor noble?" Zero asked, "Since he's a detective who worked for the government?"

"Nah. He'll still be considered a commoner since he doesn't work directly with the Trinity families and the queen, he works with the law." Al explained.

"Right. So you have to work directly under the three families or the queen." Zero tried to simplified it.

"Yep! Pretty much!" Al confirmed it.

"I think I'm starting to understand."

"That's good!" Al said, "Oh! It's the same case with descendants of war heroes that participate in helping the Elf war as a reward for their bravery."

"Got it." Zero understood, and turns to Passy, "Why didn't you tell me all this?"

"Because you never asked." Passy told him, which he rolls his eyes.

"Seriously?" Zero asked.

"Yep!" Passy responded.

"Ha! That's funny, but still, Zack, can I ask ya something?" Al asked him.

"Sure?" Zero responded curiously.

"... Are you really human?" Al asked him directly, which Zero starts to sweat bullets.

"Eh?! What kind of question is that?!" Zero blurted out.

"Ha ha ha! Your reaction is hilarious!" Al laughed at him, "Welp, it was fun talking to ya. I should get back to practicing, oh! And don't go to the Kendo club, that's the club Shawn goes to."

"... Noted." Zero cringed at the name.

"I got to go now!" Al shouted as he walks away, "Good luck on your club searching!"

"Thanks!" Zero called out, then realised, "Wait, how does he know we're club searching?"

"Simple, despite his attitude, he's a lot smarter then he acts." Passy told him while whispering, "Heck. I wouldn't be surprised if he figured out your real identity by now."

Zero gulps at the idea that Al already figured out his real identity right away, but shakes his head and mentally decided that it's best to keep his distance from him. He turns around and says, "Come on. Let's continue looking around."

"Okie!" Passy agreed as the two walked away, where they were unknowingly being watched by Al.

"Oi! Pay attention!"

"Oh! Sorry man!" Al yelled back to his fellow basketball player and they continue playing the game.
