As Ash was returning from his kalos region adventure, he couldn’t help but be happy that he had received a kiss from serena and the watery good by with all their pokemon.

But something was different Pikachu seemed a little on edge and anxious but Ash didn’t give it to much attention.

As they approached pallet, they decided to go check on the pokemon at the ranch and introduce my new pokemon excluding greninja and goodra as they were away. When they arrived to find it no person in sight and all his pokemon there. He was welcomed by a barrage of different pokemon from all regions he has traveled to.

After leaving all of his pokemon except Pikachu there, he decided to go see his mother Delia. As he approached his homestead, something felt wrong to Ash. Suddenly, an Absol leaps in Ash’s way growls at him and leaps into the forest behind them. Ash was confused “An absol? And why did it show up? They only appear before disasters occur.” Shrugging off the strange event he continued to walk towards home. As he reached home he took a deep breath before knocking on the door. When the door opened, he expected a bone-crushing hug. But instead received a saddened look on his mother’s face. “Mom? Are you alright?” Ash asked concerned “Please come into the living room I have something to show you.” Delia said with a depressed tone. 

Confused Ash did what his mother asked of him and went into the living room. He saw all his past traveling companions and friends. Some with angered expressions on their faces others with looks of sorrow and regret. But none stood out more to Ash than Serena. The one he loved. Misty was the first to speak. “ Ash, you should give up your dream.” “w-What!?!” Ash yelled confused. “She’s right.” brock said. “If I didn’t follow you I would’ve became a great pokemon doctor.” “YOU WANTED TO FOLLOW ME!” Ash yelled enraged. “Their right Ash we would have been great coordinators If you had never came into our lives.” May and Dawn said in unison. “YOU HAD A CHOICE TO TRAVEL WITH OR WITHOUT ME!” Ash exclaimed furious. “I would’ve became a great dragon master, But I thought like a stupid kid and decided to travel with you.” Iris said “I could’ve became a world famous pokemon connoisseur but I wasted my time traveling with you.” Cilan said. Ash then looked at bonnie and clemont, Clemont sighed before saying “I never should have traveled with you, I wasted my time.” “I can’t believe I looked up to you.” Bonnie said. Ash remained silent and looked at serena with pleading eyes. “N-not you too p-please.” Ash begged. Serena looked at him before looking away with tears in her eyes. Gary then stood up “WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!” Gary exclaimed disgusted at his friends. “Delia, you can’t be serious. Your OWN SON, the only one left of your family and you turn on him. Disgusting.” Gary said. Ash simply sat there and replayed everything that was said. Without warning he snapped. “ After all I have done for all of you… countless times have I sat and motivated you, supported you, assisted you, defended you and you turn on me?” The room was still, no one moving or making a sound. He then spoke again “I’m done, don’t try to find me or follow me, because all you will find is pain and suffering.” with that he turned and was about to exit his house when pokemon were released from their pokeballs. Suddenly he heard shouts and a series of pokemon yell their names. He turned to see a barrage of attacks heading his way just before feeling a sensation he hasn't felt for a while “greninja?” he whispered. Then a figure appeared in front of Ash. The figure absorbed the attack with its webbed hand before channeling the power into a mega shuriken and throwing it with all his might at the opposing pokemon, knocking them all unconscious. Ash and greninja took off running. When Ash arrived at the ranch he realized Pikachu was gone. “He left me.” Ash stood and thought, then said “I don’t need him anyways.” He then proceeded to retrieve all his pokemon and then rode charizard to M.t. Silver, where he would train for the next 5 years.

This is how the fractured began and now we will see him claim his revenge.
