Ash's POV

As I lay in bed, I stare at the ceiling, thinking of what my next move would be. After helping Sir Aaron's Lucario, he left. The second round of the tournament starts tomorrow. I want a real challenge, something to put me back into battle instinct. I want to feel the heat and intensity of battle. But I put those feelings aside and went to sleep.

Time skip

I wake up to something fuzzy rubbing me. I open one eye to see Umbreon looking at me with his intense red eyes. I pat his head and he leaps of my bed and onto Korrina's and wakes her up too. We both get up and change out of our night clothes. She wears her gray top with her white and red skirt. And I change it up a little, I am wearing a black jacket with a white zipper over a dark blue t-shirt and dark blue jeans and a black and dark blue cap with a black bandanna covering my mouth and nose. We walk outside of our room and into the hallway then walk into the entrance of the Pokemon center. We then turned to the dining area and ordered food and began to eat. While we were eating Serena came and joined us. She showed her perfect smile and then sat next to me. When she settled down in the seat next to me she leaned her head on my shoulder and closed her eyes. Although I didn't mind it at all, I didn't understand why now. I used my aura to check the room for anything suspicious. I saw everything was normal until my eyes fell upon 2 mischievous auras, 1 enraged and quite a number of shocked auras. I turned to the girl laying her head on my shoulder. She turned and gave me a pleading look, I simply nodded. I then wrapped my arm around and pulled her onto my lap. A light red glow appeared on her face. I smiled and continued to eat and occasionally gave her a couple of bites. I looked at the girl across from me. She gave a fake smile which I instantly saw through, I read her aura and saw she was jealous of her. I shook that thought off. When I had finished my food, I stood and walked back to my room. Serena following behind me. We entered my room and I went and collected my Pokemon that were sleeping. I woke Lucario and greninja while Serena played with Umbreon and Sylveon. When two bipedal Pokemon where awake, they were returned. Then Serena and I along with our eeveelutions left the room. we were going to go shopping, something Serena had suggested and I had agreed on. As we were about to leave the Pokemon center Someone stopped us.

No ones POV

Serena and Ash were stopped by The traitors. "Hey Serena, we were going to go see Gary and Paul. Why don't you come with us?" Calem asked. "No thanks, I was going to go shop with Lucas, right Lucas?" she asked. "That was the plan." Lucas replied. "Come on sere-," "No! I want to go shopping with Lucas, so let us be!" Serena shouted interrupting him. Calem looked at serena surprised, she only occasionally raised her tone. While Serena and Calem continued to bicker Iris, Dawn, May and Misty walked over to Lucas. Lucas was petting Umbreon when he felt the presence of someone in front of him. He looked up to see his past female traveling companions. He stood and asked, "Can I help you?" " Yes, call off whatever plans you have with her." Iris said with an attempt at intimidation in her voice. "He simply smirked,"Why should I? Are you still salty from your defeat?" He asked with a taunting tone. Iris' blood began to boil. "I COULD BEAT YOU ANY DAY." She shouted. "Oh, really. Your performance in the tournament doesn't show that." Lucas taunted again. "lets take this to the battle field." She said with venom in her voice. He simply nodded and turned to Serena. "Sere, I'm gonna be at the battlefield. Meet me when you're done." He said before releasing greninja to keep an eye on her. He then turned and walked to the battle field

Umbreon's POV

I was getting quite bored until the girl wanted a battle. I could tell master was pumped. "Master my I please battle first?" I asked, "Sure, but stop calling me master. We are equals there is no need." He said. "You know I can't do that master." I replied leaping onto the field. The girl released an mole with steel claws. I looked to the side lines to see a glaceon, sylveon, and a pikachu trying to sit next to sylvie. she looked uncomfotable. she stood up and walked to Ash's side and wrapped her feelers around his hand. He looked at the fairy type supprised, but gave the fairy type a smile then looked at me as Sylvie did the same. I looked at the Excadrill and then stood in battle stance

No one's POV

"BATTLE BEGIN!" The ex Kanto rock type gym leader yelled. "Ok! excadrill use dig!" The subterranean Pokemon jumped and spun in air before putting it's claws to it's head and began to rapidly spin against the battle Field before submerging itself in the ground. "Psychic and drag him out then use shadow shock." Ash ordered calmly. Umbreon's eyes and rings glowed a light blue before the badger was torn from it's safety underground and was hit with a shock of pure ghost type power. He excadrill was thrown onto the other side of field and couldn't continue. "Excadrill is unable to battle, meaning Umbreon is the winner." Brock reported. Iris began to fume, while Glaceon looked at Umbreon with wide eyes. She had taken an interest in him, she eyed him carefully as he walked off the field and sat next to sylveon and began to converse with her. Being an ice type didn't matter when Glaceon began fuming and steam emerged from her ears. She was beyond jealous, she began to develop a hate for the fairy type eeveelution. While she gave the fairy type a death glare, ash called out another Pokemon. His Bipedal Aura-using jackal stood on the battlefield while a garchomp stood on the other side. Iris smirked, then shouted "Air slash!" Garchomp pulled back its winged claws and swiped them forward. 2 streaks of air flew towards the jackal. Lucas' eyes glowed blue and so did Lucario's. Lucario flicked his paw and a burst of aura hit the Air slash, stopping it. Iris and the others looked wide eyed at this. Then Lucas mumbled," Dragon pulse." The jackal put his paws together and slowly pulled apart then released a flurry of Dark blue, green and yellow that formed a dragon looking pulse. The Pulse of dragon power shot toward Garchomp at a speed that almost matched greninja's speed, you could feel it's raw power in the air. Iris and Garchomp were to stunned to do anything and took the attack head on, throwing him into the trees behind Iris. Brock didn't even bother to make the call. As she turned to recall her garchomp, Lucario walked to Lucas' side and gave him a look. Lucas nodded and pulled another ball of his side. As Iris looked back she gave a determined look and threw out her very first dragon type. A Dragon with an Axe jaw appeared on one side of the field while a flame Pokemon appeared on the other. The axe jaw Pokemon glared at the Flame Pokemon. "Enough games! Dragon pulse!" Iris yelled capturing the attention of the trainers inside the Pokemon center. A Crowd soon developed around the battle field while dust filled the air on the field iris smirked thinking her victory was intimate. "It can't be over, I just got here!" some protested. Lucas smirked, "why are you so smug huh? your Pokemon seems to be unable to continue." Iris taunted in a snobby demeanor. Lucas then touched the keystone residing in his cap rim. The opposing look wide eyed at this. The light emitting from the keystone pierces through the dust, clearing it. The outline of charizard's body begins to glow and he grow larger. Spikes emerge from the rough skin above his arms and wings, they begin to widen and open up, flames emerge from the sides of his mouth as a flurry of blue flames submerge him and disappear , a mega evolution symbol appears before him before dispersing in air. The now fire dragon type stands before them. "Dragon claw." Ash calls in a bored matter, "Dual Chop!" Iris shouts. Her Dragon type's claws grew long and white before her charged at the fire type. Charizard's claws grew long and a transparent green before taking off flying at the opposing dragon type. Haxorus leaped up to make contact with Charizard, the clash seemed to be a stalemate for a second but then Charizard pushed him into the ground making a small crater. Charizard then flew up, "Light it up! Flamethrower!" Lucas called. Charizard blew blue flames into the dragon types face, Knocking him out. The spectators were breathless, before they erupted in cheers. Brock made the call declaring Haxorus unable to battle.

The argument between Calem and Serena was ended with loud slapping noise and Serena leaving the boy holding his face on the ground and left with Lucas. As Calem watched them leave he thought 'you'll pay Lucas orange , I swear Arceus you will pay.' He then heard another voice in his head, ' I'd love to see you try camel' Calem looked around confused, he then turned to the figures walking away and noticed Lucas look back at him with his eyes narrowed. Calem looked at him wide eyed and gulped. When they had reached the shopping district, they both simultaneously looked at each other and burst out laughing, after a bit of laughter and reciving looks from stranger as if to ask "what is wrong with you?" After a while their laughter had died down, both breathing heavily after their laughing fit had subsided. They both made eye contact, without one eye leaving sight of the other they both moved closer to each other, their eyes both showing lust and desire. When they were close enough, Ash had wrapped his hands around her waist and serena wrapped her arms around his neck. Serena undid his bandana,  and looked at the boy she fell in love with all those years ago. They both leaned in, slowly and made contact. They both could feel the passion and love of one another, because humans need to breathe they both pulled back breathing heavily and looked into each others eyes. "I do it tommorrow." Ash said still giving Serena a loving stare and nodded in understanding. They then went back to lip locking.

Else where in lumiose city a man in mostly red stood on a hill looking down at the cities lights, "So this is where you are....

Jeez this took a long time to make, the chapter itself was 1865 words. So I will now work on Bonds of Brotherhood or My oneshots.
