Like the Realm of Ultramar the 500 worlds Ruled by Roboute Guilliman Primarch of the Ultramarines

The Realm of Primordia is being Ruled by Ronan Belleza Primarch of the Thunder Legion Himself or their Offically Legion Called are, The Celestial Thunder Star Legion

and like Ultramar it was Sometimes Called an Empire within an Empire and the only Most powerful within the Imperium

The Realm of Primordia is a Group of Large Planets, the Smallest ones are Easily Twice the Size of Holy Terra Itself

(If the Realm of Ultramar is a Sub-sector or Sector a 500 world, Then what can i Called to the Realm of Primordia since it's 50,000 Worlds should i call it Sector? or is there even larger?)

The Planet of Primordia, Capital World of the Realm of Primordia and the Homeworld of the Celestial Thunder Star Legion

It's size it's 3 times the Size of Jupiter

With the Population of 600 Trillion people along with 500 Million of Adeptus Mechanicus Adepts and still have More Lands to Spare not Including to it's ocean

The Machinus have their Forge City here in Primordia, with Productivity of a Major Forge World Despite only a City, They are protected by their own Forces Ready to Defend  the Forge City

Their Main Continent is called Pangea (I research this One is Earth's super Continent) the Planet Primordial is almost complete replica of Old Earth but with More Continents like in 25 separate Continent and the smallest ones is the Size of North America

Even in their Massive Population, they can still able to Feed them all without any outside Helped making this Planet to be Completely Self-sufficient, and still able to Send foods to their Neighbors and supplies for it's Massive Army itself and still have left for themselves to be used in the future

With the Pangea Lies the City of Alexandra the Capital City of Primordial and with it the Fortress of Excelsior the Fortress Monestary of the Thunder Warriors themsevelves, Due to the Massive Size of the City, the Fortress of Excelsior's is as Big North America with 4 Titan Legions (Each Legion Numbering 500-1,000 Titans with Each one is Higher Quality than any Titan legions in the Imperium could Produce and have the Rare Titans that can still be Produce in the Forge of the Realm), Many Thousands of Knights, Thousands of Regiments of Skitarii along with other Mechanicus Military Branch are Stationed Here in this Fortress along with tens of Billions of Troops Ready to Defend the Fortress  

It's Massive orbital rings is one of the Largest man made Construct even More Massive than the Ring of iron in Mars

Primordial is a Powerhouse itself even without the Need of Outside Helped for they could produce their own needs

Primoria's Imperial Guard Regiment

(This is not Mine)

Like the Realm Ultramar they do not Need to pay their Tithes  and so Every Regiment Belong to the Thunder Warriors Alone

Their Combat Doctrine and Training is Similar to the Cadian Shock Regiment, They're Bravery Almost Rivals the Death Korps of Kriegs (They are not Guilt Ridden, they are just Ready to Die when there is no other Options Left if it means just to kill their Enemy they will do it) as they don't Fear even Fighting against Space Marines During the Horus Heresy so much so That, that even without the Help of the Thunder Warriors or Other Forces from the Realm they can still Hold their Own and they are willing to die for their Primarch and God, and their Commissar at the Very least are just Inspiring them and Making sure not gonna do something quicker to die first  

Their Fortress Monastery Alone has tens of Billions of Them and Not Counting the City that Regiments Stationed there

Each World Maintain them both as PDF and Imperial Guards  a well-disciplined and equipped force

Also they have lot of Tanks and Other Armored Vehicles

Their Storm Troopers are some of the Elite of the Elite Rivaling the Solar Auxilia themselves

The Planet of Primorial and it's Systems have 3 times the Density the Gravity of Earth, Making it's People to be Naturally Tall as tall and Muscular as the Cathachans themselves with Denser Bones (I'm not good in Science) Making Them Stronger than the Average Humans among the Imperium

Because of this, to those who are Born in Primordia along within it's systems, the Thunder Warriors who are Recruited are Much Stronger and Denser than the Regular Thunder Warrior to those who have recruited in Earth as well Bigger

But they still Recruit the 50,000 Worlds as their Recruitment Worlds even it if's a Fortress Worlds

Primoridial has a Large Forge City that is Directly to the Mechanicus but still hold Loyalty to Primarch Ronan Himself 

Primorial has at Least 15 Titan Legion Stationed to that Planet

With Orbital Ring around the Planet that is both a Shipyard and Dock yard for their Fleet and they are Capable of Comissioned Warships every Months (For Escorts and Light Cruisers) Years (Cruisers to Grand Cruisers) and a Decade (For Battleship and Above) due to their Technology they are able to Build ships much Faster and give them advance weapons systems like Auto-loading system, so they could have less crew and they could put more crews to the other ships

Even before the Separation of the Guard and Navy

Primarch Ronan have already Discuss this to his Father The Emperor, whom have already plans of Doing it, and he allowed Ronan to Separate first

Start of Unification wars: 60,000 Warships 80 Space Stations, 40 Start forts, 20 unknown class Star Forts

Start of Great Crusade: 90,000 Warships, 100 Space Stations, 60 Star Forts, 30 Unknown Star Forts

Start of Horus Heresy: 110,000, 230 Space Stations,  130 Star forts,  50 Unknown Star Forts

Start of Indomitus Crusade: Unknown

Ships from the Thunder Warriors and Adeptus Mechancus are not included, Making their Fleet even more Larger

Despite being Heavy losses in one in their Battle during the Great Crusade, they could still Field more ships and Repair those who can still be Repaired or even scrap those who Destroyed to Build new Ships

Culture 

They Believe in Unity as united they could Conquer any Challenge against them, The people of the Realm of Primordia are always Readily going to Rebelled the Moment of any Leader becomes a Tyrant in their Eyes

Because of this they're are many Abhumans have staying in the Realm without any discrimination and could found themselves of entering politics 

Their Religion is Christianity, and Luckily the Emperor allowed them to Continue this Practice Despite the Protest of the other Primarchs when they Found this (Except for Lorgar who found this Interesting to him) his only Reason was the Promise for his Friend and the people of Primordia are not the Fanatic in the Dark age as the Emperor have Feared, so at the Very Least he will Let this Religion to be remain active for the sake of the Memory of his Friend

They have also Accepted the Teachings of Lorgar and by Primarch Ronan's Condition that he should not Enforce it as His People have the Right to choose Religion that which Made Lorgar Happy

They Also believe the Existence of Chaos and Demons, because of this they are more Resistance against Chaos Corruption than the other Imperial Forces, Much to the Surprise of both the Emperor and Empress

as well not losing to the Warp Jump because of their Faith is Strong and Using unique FTL (I've Research that during the Heresy Many ships has been lost because of their Belief of the Imperial Truth and so Being Atheist during that Time is Far too Bad Idea because you have no Defence against Demons)

Not even Nurgle with his So called Plague could not easily enter, not the Temptation of Slaanesh could found it's way to it's people, not to Tzeach about the Forbidden Knowlege and not Khorne's Violence can be Solved anything because of how senseless it is and they hate senseless Violence 

They have close Relationship with their Thunder Warrior Lords and so, they are Normally able to Interact with them in Daily Basis

They are Discipline, with Martial Culture that you cannot climb the Ladder without any Contribution to the Realm and how you gonna Help your People or Defending it Against your Enemies

and because of this, they are Prosperous Realm with Little to no Rebellion

Government

Primarch Ronan Belleza is the Lord of Primordia as it's Leader

Lord Martial, was a military and political rank utilised exclusively by the Celestial Star Thunder Legion it is  similar in function and precedence to later Imperial Sector Governors Each Division Commander has been Chosen by Primarch Ronan Himself, and they are only Second to him, and Each one ruled 5,000 World so they are 10 of Lord Martial  in 10 Greater Sectors

and for 100 Worlds are Ruled by Sector Lords, while one Planet is Ruled by Planetary Governor, and Each Cities are being Ruled by Mayor, and for Each Mayors are being Voted for Democracy While Planetary Lords are being by Succession until they can no longer unable to  work properly and they must be Change by Another Family or Primarch Ronan Choose another

All the worlds that once comprised the larger Realm of Primordia in the region still share a common cultural heritage with Primordial, so it is not surprising that their styles of architecture, government, and societal traditions are similar.

Economy 

Primordia's citizens remain disciplined, productive and loyal. As a result, Primordia's is a wealthy stellar empire within the larger Imperium that knows little unrest and no rebellion or heresy . The population lives in sprawling cities, but these cities are surrounded by extensive farmlands and seas that teem with fish.

Each of Primordia's worlds are self-sufficient in raw materials and food. Trade between the planets is active, and each planet has its specialties and delicacies. Each world is balanced as a society and also as an ecosystem - although composed of primarily industrial worlds, Primordia has none of the nightmarish toxic wastelands that are common phenomena throughout the human-settled galaxy. It is therefore little wonder that many system governors and planetary lords across the Imperium regard Primordia with an envious eye.

Metals and Alloys at their Dispossal

They have Vastly Massive Amount of Natural Resources and for some unknown Reason it's Always Replenish Making them able to Make More Materials than any World could make

They have a Rare Metal called  Tritium alloy

tritium alloy, a very lightweight but extremely resilient material it's also Found to their Commanders, Captains, Champions, Praetorian guards and Respected Veterans

The tritium alloy is More Thicker than the adamantium 

It's one of it's Advantages is, it has some form of powerful Self-repair System almost as strong as the Necrons own Metal 

It has some Form of Resistance against the Warp as well Nullified it

and One such Examples is the Imperium's Might, Primarch Ronan's Flagship, it's Consist of Purest and Hardest Quality of Adamantium, Auromite and tritium alloy and all of it's Existence only few have ever Truly able to Damage it, and mostly those are weapons Either from the Necrons or From the Eldar, not even a Weapons from the Gloriana and not even the Phalanx could easily Damage it and Let alone Penetrate it and only Massive Fleet of Warhips of Concentrated of Firepower could at least Damage it, but it's Self-Repair Allow along with powerful Self-repair system, 

It was almost impossible to be Damage at all considering this Ship has been Built during the Golden Days of Humanity and the Start of Dark Age of Technology

Even some of their Tanks, Titans, Power Armor and Weapons have tritium alloy

and they have Auromite to some of their Planets, and it's mostly Reserve for their Elites and more powerful Vehicles

They have an somekind of unknown Metal that Primarch Ronan have used in his Wargear, since he is Black Smith like his Brothers Vulkan and Ferrus Manus, Primarch Ronan is able to Create powerful weapons and other Wargear for his Used like his Sword, powerfist with Lightning Claws can Kill Demons Permanently and if possible a perpetual, his Armor is the Thickest 

And this Unknown Metal also is the Hardest Metal in existence able to hold Primarch Ronan's Massive Power inside of it, it's both Nullify and Empowering any psykers who used this Metal

Society

On the whole, the realm of Primordia is composed primarily of industrial worlds, although they lack the nightmarish toxic wastelands common to other Imperial manufacturing centers. Raised in a warrior society which disdains those who do not pull their weight but it won't stop them to Help go into shape he population is disciplined, loyal and productive, living in balance with the local ecosystem. With sprawling cities surrounded by extensive farmlands and oceans teeming with fish, each planet is completely self-sufficient, including raw materials and food, and is the envy of many other worlds

Defense

Even without the presence of the Thunder Warriors, Primordia was one of the most heavily defended Realm  in the Imperium 

Each world is protected by a nigh-impenetrable network of orbital defences and battle stations.

The Primordia Defense Fleet (They're Different from their Warfleet) stands ever vigilant against pirate raids and enemy invasion.

They have many Space Stations and Star Forts Ready to Defend each World that they are Assign to

Moons are also been used as Defense with thousands of Weapons that could make any Fleet to halt their Advance along with Planet's Added Defense 

Each World have at least 100 Ships Defending them, and that's only the Smallest Number and it Depends of how that world is Important, the More Important the More Ships it will Defend

as the Defense Fleet only Purpose is to Defend their World, meaning they are not even Including their Tens of Thousands of ships that are always Ready to go to War.

Some worlds have been Garrisoned permanently by the Thunder Warriors espically in the Case of Fortress World, along with other Military Branches with Titans and Skitarii Forces

In another Defense, they have spy Satellites for every world, the Moment the Enemy Spotted, or even Suddenly attack, it would directly send to the Nearest worlds so that they could send Reinforcement imminently, and it will Send all the way up to their Capital World 

and Every Spy Satellites are permanently Cloak so that no will ever know that it was Recording Live Footage

Another one is a Dark Age of Technology Beacon, it was so Advance that anyone from the Forces of Primordia could Instantly Trace it even if it's in a Middle of a Powerful Warp Storm, as well with the Help of the Navigators, they go there much Faster than the Standard Warp Jump who takes Weeks, Months, Years or even Centuries Too late

The Beacons Made their Unique FTL to go even more Accurate and with Precisely time, so they could arrive at mere hours of even Minutes Depending of how close those Planets are

The Capital World Alone has 30,000 Ships all have even more powerful weapons and Armor and other systems to Defend Primordial, along with 500 Space Stations and 150 Star forts, and 60 unknown class star forts

It took all 9 Traitor Legions, Tens Thousands of Knights and Titans, Ten of Thousands of Ship, Countless Trillions of Traitor Guardsmen Limitless just even to Destroy a Single World and yet they Failed

All in all every Planet has Defense Rivals or Surpass Cadia and other Fortress Worlds, Despite not even a Fortress World

Primordial's Defense Could Rival Cadia, Terra, and Mars in Defense or Even Surpass them due to Primarch Ronan's Tendency to increase Defense the Moment they found a Very powerful Threat, Like the Tyranids, Chaos, Orks and Necrons

Adeptus Mechanicus Forge Worlds

Kronos is there Largest Forge Worlds in the Realm with the size of Saturn and have the Production Capacity that Surpass Mars itself much to their ire, and because of it's Capabilities, their Fabricator-General is Equal in Terms of Rank with the Mars itself  

It has been known to Produce endless with Weapons, Vehicles and Ships with it's Advance Automation that can build much Faster

and they are not alone for they have 85 Forge Worlds, so Supplies of Ammunition and Weapons will Never Cease, as even the Smallest Ones could Rival a Major Forge World and it's even Including their moon and Asteroids, or even Mobile Forge Worlds like the Ark Mechanicus, because of that, The Celestial Star Thunder Legion would never Run Out of Ammunition as well to their other Forces

and they have total number of  at least 250 titan legions (each Number is from 500-1,000) and 600 Knights World with Tens of Thousands of Knights Ready to answer the Call for War, their Oath is to Primarch Ronan's Alone

And because of that Loyalty the Mechanicus from the Realm of Primoria would also Joins war along with their Armies and War Fleets

Technology

As was Stated Before the Realm of Primordia has some of the DAOT Tech at their Disposal Ready to be Used 

Like they have Better Engines than the Standard Imperial Equipment they could Increase the Armor of their Armor, Vehicles  and Ships without any Consequence along with Faster Speed making them truly Difficult to Fight

They have Better shield system Called Plasma Shield, That which could block even torpedoes and it's more powerful than the Void Shields as well as Fast Recharge Rate

The other is The Beacon, it's Similar to Pharos Beacon, but it is even more Accurate without the Need of the Astronomican, and Helped Ships to Travel even much Faster

They are using Different FTL Called Hyper Slipspace, it is Safer and Much Faster than Traveling to the Warp, but it still does not stop them of using Gellar  Fields  which is  much more Advance and Potent than the Standard Imperials

Due to the Threat of the Demons , They bless their Ships with Blessing of both the Emperor and God so that no Demons Can Enter their ships, even if they did it will be Painful for them the longer they stay it would be Much more painful and it would likely going to die Permanently, and anyone who is Worshipers of Chaos, so no one can enter to the ships that worships Chaos

Due to their Advance A.Is has been Used for Realm of Primordia even before the Emperor Came, Luckily he is able to Tolerate with them, as seen of how Loyal the A.Is are, Except the Mechanicus, it was Merely Coming to Blows with the Mechanicus from Promordia who have Argued to them that the A.Is are Loyal to Humanity itself

Due to the Lessons that they have Learned to the Men of Iron Rebellion, they were able to Treat their A.Is with Equality (Similar of how the UNSC treat theirs)

They have also using Nano-Tech for Medical Purpose

Widespread immunity to all diseases and poisons along with Dramatically Increase Immune System and with the Help of Faith, Not Even Nurgle's Plague could affect them much to his ire when he used this to one of their world and the Population was able to Fight it back and Back to healthy again because of Advance Medical Knowledge they have

And Increase Human Life-span up to 500 Years, and only those who are Born to the Realm to have this Kind of Traits to them

Thunder Warriors Gene-Seed

The Gene-seed of the Thunder Warriors are Far more Potent Than the Space Marines and later the Primaris, due to them have been Modified by Primarch Ronan along with the Mechanicus and his Other Sciantist and to add another additional Gene-seed that Cawl was able to Recover

They have a Flaw that is similar to Blood Angels Black Rage

It's Called Vengeful Rage

It's called that because of, Ronan's Lover, Father and Freinds has been killed as well his Mother was almost been killed  before he is found by the Emperor

This Rage is Far Stronger than the Black Rage

Not only it Increasing the Strength of the Thunder Warrior, it also increase their Speed, their Toughness, Endurance and even their Healing Factor as it Boosting even their Furnace (The Belisarious Furnace) to the point that they are almost impossible to be kill, because they constantly heal, unless you focus all of your firepower towards them

and as well increasing their Librarians psyker Powers

The Angrier they get the stronger become (Sounds Familiar of a Certain Marvel Character?) some of them have an Almost Limitless Strength and only their Primarch have Reach this Level

Due to Primarch Ronan being a Very Powerful psyker

Increased chance of bringing out psychic powers, as well as amplified psychic power.

Knowing the Existence of Chaos, Ronan have Express his Concern to his Father and Mother that he would Modify his Gene-seed so that No Demons can possess them as well Mutations, the Emperor at first does not Like this idea, while the Empress have Considered this, the two rulers have spoke for months and they Allowed Primarch Ronan to have his sons all of them to have a Gene-seed that is Completely immune to Chaos, (Making them the Pre-Gray Knights) when Implanted to non-psykers it will still boost their immunity and gave them a small portion of psychic powers so they could use to increase their physical abilities as well Mental and Spiritual

Because of that, they Made the Right Decision when Chaos Finally Made it's Moved the Horus Heresy

They are as have know Resistance to psychic Attacks, even their Primarchs Is even More Potent to the Point it could be mistaken by a powerful Blank, and only the Likes of Magnus, The Emperor, The Empress, Malcador and Greater Demons of Tzeach has able to Hurt him in terms of Raw Psychic Powers

In the Lore it has been stated that Warp Sorcery has made the Thunder Warriors even Stronger (In the Lore they Made go Berzerk that made even Angron question to his Anger issue moments)

i Also Added another Gene-seed for the Thunder Warriors

(Sorry but i kinda Bad making of Names) Called the Rage Within

Like the (Belisarian) (As i said it was given to them Early) Furnace (Only it was called Furnace Before Cawl Added Name to it)

During Combat Stress, This Gene-seed Will Make the Thunder Warrior Even More Stronger, Faster, and Tougher to be killed (Their Curse is not Included) and would likely Worked in Tandem with the Belisarian Furnace if they are in Death's Door, making all the Way Harder to be Killed

Because of this, Not even the Arrogance of the Custodes will ever Dare to Challenge them, even if it's a Sparring, as some of more Experience Thunder Warriors have Known to Channel the Rage of Vengence and use it, in any Opening moments or they have lose their Strength and Needed some Boost 

Like the Ultramarines and Dark Angel, they have Pure Gene-seed, they have as well Low Mutation

Their Rejection Rate is low, making them able to Recruit under their Legion

Even the Emperor have Found this Empire to be powerful that could one day Challenge his Rule the Moment if he do something that they will not going to like, because he knows of how much they Greatly Loved Primarch Ronan and how they Revered him

Horus along with their Brothers would Rather See Primarch Ronan to choose Neautrality Than Fighting him

and They Believe that he will become the Better Emperor than their Father, That Which Ronan have Refuse
