They even helped them to assault the Ark, with their Combined Might they are able to Defeat the Forces of the Covenant Loyalist and the Flood, at the Great Cost Which is the Halo Galaxy Faction have suffer, 

Primarch Ronan Befriended the A.I Named Cortana which is Annoying as his Own A.I. who have Speaking the Name that Emily Give to him when they First Met, 

He even Battle the Gravemind and Win at their single Battle

and Primarch Ronan and Aquilla Commander Ronan was Sadden when they Hear about the Death of Master Chief and his A.I Cortana

Both the UNSC and The Separatist are Honored to Fight Alongside with the Thunder Legion

With it they Return back to the Warp, whom they have Find another Way of how to get out in the Warp

And Not For long they Destroy Entire Chaos Fleet

"All Right My Sons, go down there and Kill every Traitors you see" Said Primarch Ronan

"Understood Father" Said Ronan as they Run to the Hanger to their Transport other to Teleport

The Traitor Legions knows what that Symbols are, while the Loyalist is confuse and clueless at the Unknown Drop pods

When the Drop Opened

it was Revealed to be a Space Marine, no they are Bigger than the Space Marines

With it they Charge at the Thunder Warriors

and Ronan Looked at them with Neautral Expression "opened Fire" He ordered

"Brothers Let's go and Slay them all" Said Nath in his Jump pack as Several Assault Thunder Warrior Engage in Melee to the Enemy

"The Emperor is with us, The Thunder Warriors have Finally Returned to the Imperium!" Shouted one of the Priest as they looked in Awe

Even to the Space Marines They looked to the Ancient Warriors with Awe, Amazement and Envy as the Thunder Warriors are truly are entirely Different League
