As they sat there Naruto seem too impatient to wait. Kanon was looking outside with Temari as she looked at her.

"So how was your training."

"Like Hell." She said tired of none stop running.

"Did you ever think about him? About Gaara?" She asked as the others seem interested.

"Yeah I was worried about him sometimes. Not because of Shukaku that is inside him. When he was in the village and with others. I was worried if they treated him like a monster but I guess I had nothing to worry about."

"So I guess you've heard of him being kazekage now have you."

"Yeah it surprised me to know that. I guess he's hasn't even thought of me since then. My guess he's long forgotten about me." She said as she looked at her wrist.

"Actually your wrong about that. All the girls want him but he always rejected them. My guess he's been waiting for you to show up." She said as Kanon blush of the thought of him waiting.

"Come on why not go now instead waiting." Naruto said as he got up.

"Naruto calm down if you go out there you'll your sense of direction. People have died out of dehydration and hunger. It's better to wait it out then die out there for being reckless." Kanon said.

"Don't worry sand storms around this time are a lot shorter so we can wait it out until then." Temari said as she explian it to them.

"Naruto just clam down okay. If you don't how will you save Gaara." Sakura asked.

"She's right it's best to stay clam right now." Kanon said as she closed her eyes and try to connect to shukaku.

"Shukaku can you hear me?" She called out as walked around.

"Kanon what are you doing here?" She saw the tail beast sitting there.

"I need to know if you were alright. Can you tell where they're taking you and Gaara?"

"I can't the boy wasted almost all of his chakra. And for what a village just to protect a village!" He said out of rage.

"Shukaku please calm down I'm going to find you. Naruto and I are coming to save you so don't leave me. I don't want to lose my closest friend and the boy I love. I'm not ready to let go of both of you." She said as she hugged him as tears began to fall.

"Listen Kanon if you don't make it to us I want you to know I never really hated the kid. I'm actually glad you care about us beast. Even that no good fox Kurama I'm glad you consider us your friends." Shukaku said as the sand surrounded her almost like it hugging.

"I promise I'll find you even if it kills me." She said as looked at him.

"Kanon?" She turn around and saw Gaara. She was amazed at how much he's grown up.

"Gaara!" She ran towards him and hugged him.

"I'm glad to see you even if it's not physically." She said as she hugged him.

"Yeah me too you really change a lot." He said as he notice her new look.

"Listen Gaara Naruto and the others are with me. We're going to save you I promise even if I have to kill the akatsuki for what they did." Kanon said as she place her hand on his cheek. He then placed his hand over hers.

"Kanon you have to go the more time your here the more time they have to get me." Shukaku said as notice the two teens lovey dovey.

"I know shukaku just give me a few minutes." Kanon said while looking at Gaara.

"You should go back I know my fate from the start." Gaara said as hold her shoulders.

"But Gaara I finally see you and for only you to send me back. Don't you love me like I still love you?"

"Of course I love you I want you to be safe. I promise I'll see you again I don't know when but I know we will see each other again." Gaara said as she lean in to kiss her. She did the same as they come close to kiss each other shukaku stop them.

"Alright love brids break it up. I have no time to watch you two kiss. Get going kid and try show them what your made of." He said as she nodded.

"Right" She began to walk away but stop and walk back to Gaara and kissed him on the cheek.

"Try to stay alive until I get there."

"I'll try"

After she open her eyes Temari kept an eye on her. At frist she was creeped her out but she looked worried.

"Did you talk to Gaara?"

"Yeah he said that he'll be waiting as long as he can hold out for us."

"Looks like the storm is passed let's get going." Kakashi said as they all got up Temari. They ran as fast as they could to reach the village in time.

Time skip

Once the sun rise the guards were looking out seeing who would come go the village. Just as they were about to change spots they saw them running at full speed.

As they arrive they told Temari what had happen to Kankuro and Gaara. As they head for the hospital Sakura told her to let her see what can be done for him. Once they arrive Sakura drop her things to the side and went to work on helping Kankuro.

'Miyako is going to be one angry person once she find who poisoned her man.' Taura said as Kanon began to talk with her and the others. Then out of nowhere Kakashi  got attack by an old women.

"I'LL HAVE MY REVENGE FROM YOU WHITE FANG OF THE LEAF" some lady came running to attack Kakashi sensei.  After a few attempts of attacking Kanon stop her using her water to bound her her.

"Hey old lady stop screaming or else we'll have one angry dragon that I'll  have to clam down. Trust me you don't want to see a sand storm inside a hospital so clam yourself." Kanon said just then the elderly man came.

"Come on did even I know this isn't the white fang of the leaf. Remember he died many years ago and you were devestad that you could never get your revenge after hear the news. It's true the almost have the same resemblance but look carefully and you can tell it's not him." He said as she took a closer look at Kakashi.

"Oh your right I must have forgot about that." She was now unbound and she began to laugh for her mistake.

"Alright let's get out of here so Sakura can focus on her work." Kanon said ad she push everyone out and nodded at Sakura. She smiled and nodded back to her and focus on Kankuro poison.
