EURGATE'S POV

          I heard the sound of swords clashing. I knew Medusa had arrived. I ran towards the dungeon looking for Scylla. The whole of Olympus was out in battle. I found Scylla in her cell and tried to pick the lock to set her free.

"Eurgate! What's going on?"

"Medusa is here, the war. Has begun."

"Then what are we waiting for!"

"Medusa would be waiting for us at the vault, we need to hurry."

MEDUSA'S POV

"Eris! I have to get to the vault. My sisters should be there already!"

"Check the belt of your armor! There should be a pearl there! Go meet them!"

"Take care Eris!"

"Hurry Medusa!"

       I got the pearl out, crushing it and in a cloud of green smoke, I was gone from the battlefield. My sisters were already at the vault by the time I got there.

"Medusa! Thank heavens you're okay. Covered in blood but still, you're okay!" Eurgate made to clean off the fresh blood from my armor.

"Shall we?" Scylla looked impatiently at Zeus chambers.

"I'll lead the way."

        We walked a few miles into the chambers and we could hear the minotaur approaching.

"Shut your eyes!" I took off my helmet and the minotaur froze, turning to stone with the usual crackling sound.

"You can open them now sisters." We went past the minotaur to the vault.

"The code Scylla!"

"Right, it's on my hand. Show me the code."

      The code appeared on Scylla's arm. I quickly put it into the vault. The handle of the vault turned but it didn't open. Rather,the code went to English. It spelt out;

HERA TORE MEUT'S FUNDS!

"I think you need to say it out?" Eurgate said. I said out the code and the vault opened but there were just regular bolts in it.

"Something is wrong Medusa."

"The code is coded."

"What do you mean Medusa?"

"This can't be the code to Zeus vault, these are just regular bolts. There has to be more. Press that switch Eurgate."

"No! Don't! Hermes said it would unscramble the code."

"These are just his regular bolts. There has to be more behind these bolts. We need to unscramble that code. Press it."

Eurgate pressed the switch and the code unscrambled. From

INTO;

THE RETURN OF MEDUSA!

The back of the vault fell and an iron door started to slide open.

"The bolt knew you were coming!" Scylla gasped.

"My return has been in here before I even existed."

"The bolt knew you would wield it. Maybe it is your destiny Medusa."

"But how didn't the gods know?" Scylla asked.

"Maybe they never unscrambled the code Scylla."

"What do you mean?" Scylla was beyond confused.

"Hermes never told me about the switch until he got the code for us. What if this switch wasn't there."

"What!?"

"What do you mean Medusa?"

"This switch has been invisible for the past million years."

"Why?"

"Because it wasn't time for it to come out."

"Then how did Hermes know it unscrambles the code if he didn't try it out?"

"Hermes doesn't understand English."

"What!"

"So he doesn't know that it spells out 'the return of Medusa'."

"Exactly."

          The iron door was now completely open and it had another vault inside. In the vault was 'the bolt', the real bolt. The first bolt of Olympus. It sparked with lightning all over. I dropped my sword and reached out to get it. I raised it and the skies filled with lightning and loud thunder claps. Athena was so dead.

ZEUS'S POV

The sky was filled with lightning and thunder. There could be only one explanation. Someone has the original bolt of Olympus.

"They have the bolt!"

"What do you mean have the bolt? Then what are you holding?" Hera asked.

"They have the bolt of creation."

"What?"

"The original bolt of Olympus is gone."

"The first bolt of creation?"

"Yes, that one."

"We have to stop them Zeus!"

         Me and Hera made our way through the bloody battle field towards the vault. The minotaur had been turned to solid stone. Medusa! She had the bolt.

"This doesn't make sense Zeus. Medusa has been on the battle field since.

"What if it wasn't her?"

"Eris! Eris is disguised as Medusa!"

"It was a trap!"

BALCHAZAR'S POV

The whole palace shook as lightning and thunder erupted from the sky. Medusa had found the bolt. It was time for Hades to join them.

"Balchazar!"

"Yes my lord."

"Tell the rest of the army to start going. Medusa has the bolt. I'll be joining then now. And take care of the children."

"Yes my lord. Excuse me lord Hades but you wouldn't have seen Madeline would you?"

"No Balchazar, why?"

"She is missing."

MADELINE'S POV

I had snuck out with the first batch of warriors. I was gradually getting closer and closer to Athena on the battle field. As I was about to put my sword through her chest, I felt a stinging pain in my head. As I looked up, I saw Poseidon had sunk his trident into my skull. The blood rushed out, down my face. I could almost see my sister crying that I got myself killed. Athena looked shocked when she turned around.
             I wanted to drive my sword through her but I couldn't summon the power to do it. Slowly, I closed my eyes and accepted what had become of me. I remembered my whole life, my mother, my sister, our father, meeting Hades, talking to Medusa. Medusa, she told me not to come but I didn't listen. With a smile on my face I said my last words.

"I did it for you sister, for us."
