Axel's POV

Welp I guess it's just another day here at MACRO HQ. Ugh when am I going to get a mission?!

Ugh, I guess I'll just go back to working on my robotic limbs. I headed to my lab from the gaming room. As I walked across the hallways, I thought I heard an explosion go off in the Virtual Reality room. Heh, little did those guys know I planted a trap in their training map.

"Haha, Classic!" I said to myself. When I finally reached my mini-lab, which is actually an old janitor closet, I saw a package waiting for me inside when I opened the door. Excellent timing! I was expecting this package to arrive some time soon.

"Welcome back Agent Ewan. You have one package from CricCorp awaiting you. The humidity levels are..." HAAL greeted. I stopped him before he started giving me a boring old report of the air and stuff.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, look you can go on standby HAAL. I'm good," I ordered. Once he went on standby I opened the package to find a Compression Cube. These things are the boxes of the future. They shrink and store large objects in a small compressed cube and with a press of a button can grow the object again. One more of CricCorp's most brilliant ideas. When I decompressed the delivery, a shipment of metal alloy appeared. But this was no ordinary alloy.

"CripCorp's latest achievement: Vierium. A highly resistant alloy, even stronger than titanium!" I exclaimed. "Good thing I got my strings in that place."

Carefully, I started to work on the frame for my robotic limbs. I did measurements, welding, blah, blah, blah... You guys don't want to hear about that. But that's when things got interesting.

"Agent Axel!!" Commander Rocky shouted as he appeared on my computer screen.

"Gah!" I exclaimed. "Um, Commander! Nice to see you! Hehe."

"Enough yapping! I've got a mission for you. We have found an anomaly coming from Multiverse #46, Universe #124. It's the Ancient Book of Space," Commander Rocky explained as he showed an image of it. Finally a job to do.

"We need you to retrieve it," He continued.

"You can count on me Commander! I won't let you down!" I proclaimed. "This'll be a great time to take my Robotic limbs out for a spin!" I activated them and they worked perfectly!

"Haha! They work!" I said as I smashed down the door easily, which is reinforced Titanium!

"Agent! Stop wrecking the doors!" Commander exclaimed.

"Sorry," I said. I then retracted them and ran towards the portal room. Gravity Falls here I come...

Commander's POV

That Ewan is a real pain in the back, but at least he's useful. I made my way back to my office. I shut all the windows locked the door. I also made HAAL go offline.

"Did he go to retrieve it?" the thing said before me on the screen.

"Yes I have sent him. I will not fail you," I said.

"Good! Your allegiance will be rewarded greatly Commander," he said.

"Thank you," I said as I kneeled down on one leg. The transmission then shut down. I then stood up and walked out. No one must know...
