If you're aquainted with some of my other fanfictions you should know the drill by now, this is a sort of rundown of the story to come and reading it is optional.

First things first, in my head and in this book, my version of things happens differently than in Marvel canon like in the description (if you read it) it says something along the lines of canon may be ignored for the sake of this fanfiction which it will, like Loki will be working alongside the Avengers as a sort of punishment for his crimes against Midgard, yada yada yada.

Other things I want you to know

☆ Frost giants are stealthy.

Said to have one of the best senses of smell in all of the nine realms, and though they are usually born a lot larger than other realms inhabitants.

Until they reach a certain age, X centuries old, they tend to stay around the size of your average adult Asgardian, elf or human. (The stealth part of this is sort of a take on the actual Norse mythological version of the creatures)

☆ Elves are quick, speedy little shits.

Often when they stand still, they have the habit of standing on their toes, in the situation that they have to make a run for it, this gives them a quick takeoff speed, always ready to high tail it if need be.

Elves are known to be born very small, but grow to their full size very, very quickly, this is in their genetics, they evolved this trait in order to run alongside nature in its full glory.

Also elves have two dominant senses, their hearing, being rumored to hear a leaf fall from a tree before it even touches the ground when wanting to, and their sight, being able to see clearly in the pitch black of night and even clearer in the daylight, rumored to have such good eyesight that they can sometimes see the life on nearby planets in the sky.

Anyway, now, let us talk about some facts that I don't know if I'll be able to actually work into the book but I still want you to know.

Staran: Fake metal I made up that comes from Alfheim, it's mentioned in The Battle Guardian: A Marvelously Legendary crossover because Noble Haldin has a weapon made out of it. It is mined once a year by the Dwarves (This is explained further in the story I mentioned earlier)

Asgardian chains: Weapons of my own creation, you'll learn more about these later in the story.

Mirana Nokin: The result of a forbidden love, yada yada yada, she's your main character in here and if you want a quick run down of her I actually have a book on my profile in which you can read facts about each one of my original characters without having to read their stories if you don't want to, you can also ask questions in the book too, it's called Get to know my original characters.

Now heres the insight

Her parents were forced to give her up, but thankfully Heimdall, son of nine mothers accepted her as his own daughter, she was raised among the royalty of Asgard, learning magic alongside the youngest prince, prince Loki, from the court mages and even Frigga herself.

Mirana Heimdalldottir also was taught alongside the oldest prince, Thor, with Lady Sif, and the Warriors three by Heimdall himself in the ways of physical combat, learning quickly because of the Elvish half of her hidden parentage.

Although she was younger than Thor, her Elvish genes took over, causing her to quickly outgrow Thor, soon enough she stopped growning and both of the princes caught up to her, almost as quickly outgrowing her.

Though she was older than Loki they still grew up being very evenly matched in wit, mischief and the art of magic, always seeming to come to a tie when sparring with daggers, whether it be Heimdall calling the match or the two tiring themselves out to the point where they agree to continue another day.

The only three to know the truth behind Mirana in her earlier years were the mage that raised her, Heimdall and Frigga, with the combined knowledge, the three of them managed to hide the truth from the Allfather easily enough.

After she found out about her true parentage, she left Asgard, feeling betrayed by Heimdall most of all.

Shortly after she left, Heimdall asked Frigga for a favor, the favor being cast memory charms over the children Mirana grew up with so they wouldn't bring questions up about the girl around the Allfather, so he wouldn't grow suspicious of the girl.

In place of the Mirana that they all knew, were placed stories about a girl with no family with the name of Nokin who was destined for greatness even with her mixed origins, because she was uncorruptable, she was the first and only frost elf of Asgard, and most of all, she was the bearer of the Asgardian chains.
