Hey guys, so I know I told you I'd spoil who the mystery duo was so here it goes. The man is JJ, surprise I haven't killed myself yet, and the girl is Pacifica. Most people probably want more characters to die, don't worry so do I, way too many things to keep up with. Anyways enjoy the story.

Kreis's P.O.V.

"How am I going to stop that stupid resistance? I need to figure out a plan."

"Master Kreis, who are you talking to"? Jarold intruded.

"Not now Jarold, I'm talking to myself."

"Yes Master Kreis." He left me to think of a plan.

After all I did have a new ally. My kumu known as fear would help me, but I don't know the proper way to use it. "How am I supposed to stop them, let alone him"?

The kumu gurgled but I didn't understand what it was trying to tell me so it took over my mind. It gave me a vision of what to do, all I needed was a single prey to become the predator.

Elise's P.O.V.

I was taking a nice stroll on the planet we were currently on, enjoying the view that wasn't demonic. This was the only planet that Kreis didn't stop at. I laid down on the cool ground and looked upwards towards the sky and eventually fell asleep.

I woke up and found out that I couldn't see, I was also tied up to some sort of chair. I couldn't scream for help for where my mouth should've been there was nothing as if magic was the main cause of this.

The bag was pulled off of my face and the Kreis was in front of me. "Hello little child." She said snapping her fingers and giving me my mouth back.

"W-what do you w-want"? I asked out of fear.

"Oh, nothing. Actually, there is something that I want, a few deaths. Some family members of yours. I want either your father or your aunt dead, which one is up to you."

"And what's in it for me"?

"Well, when I take over the world, I won't make you a slave. Do we have a deal"?

I was hesitant to shake her hands when the ropes vanished into thin air. I tried to negotiate a little but she snapped and slung her hand back.

"Ok, listen. I can feel a power source that is stronger than me and I know that you know who it is." I actually didn't know who was stronger than Kreis, she was the most powerful dream demon that dad ever talked about.

"I don't know who you're talking about."

"You know exactly who I'm talking about, I'm talking about your leader."

"Zephyr, I know for a fact that he is not stronger than you."

"That's not who I mean, the original leader, the one that started this war in the first place. The one you guys call JJ."

Wait JJ was alive, but how, Zephyr said that he witnessed him get blasted by a ray of darkness. It was impossible for him to survive that.

"What do you mean he's still alive, didn't you kill him"?

"Well, I thought I did but apparently I didn't. Somehow he escaped and survived although I don't know how since the darkness was supposed to consume his body and break apart from the inside out."

Now I was confused, why did she want me to do all of her work? Why did she need me to do it and not someone else from her own group?

"Why did you pick me"?

"Because no one would expect you to be the one that splits the resistance known as 'Lost Hope' now would they"?

"Well no, but..."

"Exactly, if you are the one that kills them all then I won't have to worry about them, it'll be a piece of cake to take over the world."

"And if I refuse to kill anyone"?

"Then your soul is mine and you will be forced to do my bidding for the rest of eternity."

"And if I do kill them"?

"Then I set you free and not kill you. Now, do we have a deal"? She extended her hand out and her hand lit up with green flames.

"Wait, how do I know you won't go against your word"?

"I'm a dream demon not a back stabber. Now shake my hand kid tick-tock."

I reached for her hand and grasped it in mine and our hands were engulfed in green flames but it didn't burn. I knew however that my life was ruined but I had no idea how to fix all of this. 

"Thank you, now author get her out of my sight."

And with that I was back in my room of the ship. What was that about an author, is it what she calls her powers? I'll never know.

Kreis's P.O.V.

That was risky, demanding the author to make the mortal disappear could ruin my plans. 

You know she's a smart girl right?

"Yes I know she's smart and I know she can figure something out, but right now no one else must know that I can break the fourth wall."

Well if you keep talking to me than you'll be seen as crazy.

"Well I am an inter-dimensional dream demon that wants all of my enemies dead, I don't even ******* care about destroying the world anymore, I just want all of them to ******* die."

Kreis, stop swearing! I don't want to have to bleep you out every single time you swear.

"Oh shut up. Wait that's not what I wanted to say."

Well, I've taken over now and it's time for a different POV.

JJ's P.O.V.

As Pacifica and I were still travelling to our families, to the resistance, we were discussing some plans to defeat Kreis and how to do so. "So JJ, what do we do, to defeat Kreis I mean"?

"Well, it'll be hard but we just have to hope that my plans go the way I intend to."

"What plans"?

"Well you see, my plans are simple. We make it to the battle field just in time to save Zephyr from being killed by Kreis, I fight Kreis long enough to where I'm about to kill her when Elise kills me after making a deal with Kreis..."

"Hold on, my daughter made a deal with that demon"?

"She made the deal because she couldn't get out of it alive, and she wanted to stay alive to see you. She also kills Dipper or Mabel, that I haven't figured out yet."

"What"?

"Anyways on with the story, she kills me, Kreis gains more power and eventually kills Zephyr. Hope comes in and witnesses both me and her brother's deaths and gains some unimaginable power weakening Kreis little by little eventually getting to the point where she can kill Kreis, but she doesn't because she has the golden heart that I have."

"Ok, slow down. Does Kreis die or not"?

"Well, depends on who comes out during the fight."

"So, we're doomed to die"?

"Well..."

"Answer me truthfully"!

"Yes, we're doomed."

"I knew it, you really are a death totem."

"Um, I got you through the first part of the war alive, I also have a secret ability that no one but me knows about."

"What is it"?

"If I told you what it was, then it wouldn't be a secret power now would it"?

"I guess not, but can it help us defeat Kreis"?

"Well, it can if used appropriately and at the right time."

"So we have some sort of chance"?

"It all depends Pacifica, it all depends."

And that's the end of this chapter. Another short chapter I know but I have to start getting more creative with these ideas. You see I have the ideas of the end of the story, I just need to get to the part of the introduction of the battle. Thank you all for staying with me and I hope to see you all later.
