FABIANS POV

As we were feeding the babies the machines that were conected to Selena started to go off, we all turned and looked at Selena as the doctor came in and started to examen her and before we knew it she was being rushed back to the operating room without being told what was gong on or anything only that she she needed to be rushed to the operating room to be able and safe her life. Three nurses came in to the room and asked if we wanted them to take the babies to which we all said yes we wanted them to be away from the worry feelings that we were all having, we mind linked everybody to let them know what had happened and they answered that they would be here with us in a few minutes.

It has been one hour and we still didn't know what was going on, every nurse that came out of the operating room we would ask what was going on and the only thing they would say was that they were doing everything they could to safe Selena and nothing more. We started to get worried when we started to see nurses come out of the operating room with blood bags, I looked at Selena's parents to see their faces were starting to get pale which meant that something wasn't right something was really wrong. We see a bright light and then it disappears by the time I turn around to where Selena's parents are I only see Lucifer with tears in his eyes, I start to look around to see if I could see her mother but she was no where to be seen before I can ask where she was the doctor came out of the operating room with a sad look on her face while she looked at me.

"How is she" I asked

"She had complications due to the c-section and lost alot of blood" she said

"But she is okay now isn't she" I asked

"I'm sorry alpha we did everything we could to safe her" she said as she walked away from us

I fell to my knees Gaby and Beatris ran to me and held me as we all cried together as they held on to me, I had lost her hours after our pups were born. Why did it have to happen to me, why did I have to lose her so soon after just getting her back. I got up and started to walk to the operating room, I looked through the window and saw Selena on the operating table not moving, not breathing and before I knew it I was next to her holding her in my arms while I cried and begged her to come back to us but she didn't.

The doctor said that she would get her ready for when ever we wanted to take her and put her to rest, I was pulled away from her by Lucifer and Esteban. They turned me around and started to lead me out of the operating room and back to the waiting room where everybody elsee was waiting for us, they all looked at me and I could see the simpathy looks on their faces.

"Are you going to to put her to rest here or are we going to take her back to our lands" Gaby asked

"We are taking her back where she belongs" I said

"I will call your sister and tell her to get everything ready for the funeral" Esteban said

"Okay" I said

"I will go tell the doctor and see if she can release the pups so we can leave tonight if possible" Gaby said

"Okay" I said

I started to walk tot he nursery, I needed to see my babies I needed to be near them, Jr was in Lucifer's arms as we walked there. I didn't have the strength to take him in my arms since they felt weak for some reason, when we were in the nursery I looked at my girls and my boy and I couldn't believe that she had left me with four children that I would have to raise on my own. The doctor and Gaby came up to us and said that she would have the paper work ready for me to sign so we could leave when ever I was ready, I just nodded my head not looking away from my new pups. Jr and them would have my full attention from now on, I was going to be the alpha of the pack and I was going to stay single and eaise my kids by myself I didn't want any other she wolf to pretend to love them and miss treat them behind my back. When the doctor had the paper work ready I signed it and we were able to get Selena's body and start our way back to our lands with Alfredo's whole pack right behind us, we had agreed to live in the same lands to be able to protect Sebastian and Beatris since they were two of the three legendary wolves and just to think about that brought tears to my eyes I still couldn't believe that we had lost Selena.
