While Glory and Grim face Vivien, the lake goddess saunters towards them with a composed look.

"Ffgya! It's the lake lady!" Grim shrieks.

"Vivi, what's up? Do you need anything." Glory ask curiously.

"Actually, there's something I need to give you before you head home." Vivien informs.

"Hm?" Glory and Grim looked puzzled until Vivien pulls something out of her pocket and she pulls out contact lenses case.

"Wear this for emergencies." Vivien advises as Glory took the case with a puzzled look.

"And how are contact lenses are an emergency?" Glory ask curiously as Vivien chortles and smirks slightly at her.

"That's because there're NOT just ordinary contact lenses..." Vivien reassures as she leans her face to her ear.

"...There're conceal lenses that makes you immune to psychic abilities such as hypnotism." Vivien whispers Glory to widen her eyes when she looked back at the gym when she witnessed Jamil casting a hypnotic spell on Iman yesterday. Then she remembered the letter that she received from Iman this morning.

Iman said his dorm's in trouble and Jamil is definitely hiding something no doubt...

She thought as Glory lays her hand on her hip pondering about Scarabia.

...This a risky move, but...I gotta check out what's happening at his dorm.

She ponders. Then an idea popped from her head and formed as Glory crept a clever smirk on her face.

With the conceal lenses in my hand, I'll definitely know Jamil's true intentions without being hypnotized. That way, I'll able to save both Kalim and Jamil.

Glory thought clench on to the conceal lenses as she has her strategy on tact and gives Vivien a firm nod.

"Thanks Vivi. This should be helpful for me." Glory thank her and Vivien nod with a smile.

"Most certainly." Vivien agrees. Grim whips his head back and forth with a puzzled look.

"Eeh? Eeh? What's happening? What are you guys talking about? Why did you give Glory contact lenses?" Grim ask curiously still looking baffled as he watches Vivien retreating his head back.

"As I stated before, wear this for emergencies my dear Moonchild." Vivien calmly advises and Glory nods her head.

"Right. Come on Grim, let's get going." Glory assures.

"Huh? But I wanna know! What did Vivi said? What are you doing with the contact lenses?" Grim whines making Vivien giggle and smiled awfully innocent at him.

"Oh you'll find out sooner or later, dear kitty." Vivien reassures and cue the tick mark throbbing from his head.

"I am not a cat, you weird creepy lake goddess!" Grim chides, but Glory pats his head to calm him down.

"Easy Grim. See you later Vivi." Glory said with a grin.

"Will do, Moonchild." She replies as Glory step into the mirror and return to the ramshackle dorm.

Meanwhile at the ramshackle dorm, Glory and Grim are at the lounge showing Rapunzel and her friends where they were awestruck by the latest technology that she and Cater talked about yesterday.

"Ohhhh so these are the cellphones that you and Cater talked about!" Rapunzel chirps while holding onto the smartphone with green orbs glimmering in awe along with Pascal tilting his head at the rectangular device. Cassandra and Eugene were awestruck as well as they couldn't stop staring at the smartphone.

"Except it's in different style." Cassandra said caressing her chin with hand.

"Haha if Varian we're here, he would get all giddy nonstop." Eugene assumes making Cassandra and Rapunzel giggle.

"He definitely will." Cassandra agrees.

"Yeah, but question..." Rapunzel, her husband, and Cassandra spun their heads to Glory.

"How does it work?" Rapunzel asks curiously.

"Well as me and Cater explained before. You can used smartphones to make calls, messages, send emails, play games on it, and take pics." Glory explained.

"And how do you "call"?" Eugene asks curiously.

"Simple, here raps, can I see your phone?" Glory asks.

"Sure!" Raps replied as she gives her the phone and Glory grabs her phone where she placed her phone number to here until they heard a beep.

"What's that?" Cassandra asks.

"That's from the phone. Meaning you can call each other anytime whenever you're out of town or out for errands and I send you my phone number so you could call me just in case something happens." Glory informed. The three people awed.

"Yup. Now that my phone number is in your contacts, tap the green button with the white phone icon, go to contacts, and try calling me." Glory instructs as she gives her the phone.

"Alright." Rapunzel grabs the phone and did what she told her and dialed the number where a noise beep through the phone until Glory's phone beeps shocking both Eugene and Cassandra.

"Now if a phone is beeping, you have the right to accept or decline your call." Glory then turns her phone to the trio.

"To accept, press the green button with a white phone symbol. To decline, press the red button with the white phone. Now, Raps is calling me, so I'm going to pressed the green button and placed it to my ear and you'll be doing the same so you'll hear my voice." She stated.

"I have to placed my ear?" Rapunzel asks with a curious look and she nods.

"If you accept a call, yes." Glory informed.

"Gotcha." Rapunzel nods firmly. Once Glory pressed the green button, she held it to her ear with the Queen ding the same.

"Can you hear me, now?" Glory asks, eliciting the gasp from Rapunzel and she nods firmly.

"Yes! I can definitely hear you! This is amazing!" Rapunzel chirped.

"Holy mama, what!?" Eugene shrieks with eyes widened.

"We'll colored me impressed." Cassandra compliments grinning amusingly.

"Yeah, I really want those "smartphones" now." Eugene chirped, but Glory sighs at his request.

"Unfortunately this is the only phone Crowley gave to me, so you guys have to share. Since you have my number, you guys can call me anything in case." Glory informed.

"Dang it!" Eugene pouts. Ecstatic, Rapunzel wraps her arms and hugs her.

"Thank you so much, Glory! This is the best! I'll keep it safe and sound!" Rapunzel chirped and Glory giggled and smiled softly at the Queen.

"You're welcome, Raps!" Glory replied.

"You guys never have phones in your dimension?" Grim asks curiously.

"Nope. We never seen technology like this before, but I would show this to Varian he were here. He would be geeking out with this thing here." Cassandra assumed with a grin.

"I'm sure he would." Glory giggled.

"I'll say, this would freak everyone out back in Corona." Eugene cheered crossing his arms.

"I know! I'll be a new discovery! I can't wait to show this to my mom and dad!" Rapunzel chirped with her green orbs sparkling with awe.

"Speaking of..." Rapunzel then got up from the couch and glance at the window where outside is full of snow.

"Just look at the snow that's fallen! This takes me back to where me and Eugene go on a winter break date!" Rapunzel chirps with Pascal letting out a crock of glee and her husband letting out an awkward chuckle.

"Haha yeah...not a good time.." Eugene mutters grimacing at the memories of him plowing down the hill. Glory knew what they mean as she suppressing her giggle at the short video that she watched back in her world of Rapunzel and Pascal going on a sleighing adventure before Eugene unintentionally went on a sleighing adventure at the end. It was funny but cute.

"At least the we covered the soil from the snow." Cassandra reminds them.

"Yeah." Rapunzel nods with a grin. Soon Grim leaps off from the couch and saunters over to Rapunzel where he jumps to the ledge of the window and beamed at the sight of snow plowing all over the entire land.

"Wow! You're right! It's like a winter wonderland!" Grim chirps. Glory strolls over to Grim and Rapunzel where she gazes at the window.

"I thought we'd freeze on the way over, but I'm worried about the fireplace." Glory said.

"Oh right. You've mentioned about the fire faeries earlier. Why won't we helped them out?" Rapunzel suggests.

"That's what I'm planning to do, and I was about to ask Cass about it." Glory stated and the swordswoman grins softly.

"I don't mind lending a hand to a bunch of faeries, so why won't we get started?" Cassandra advises.

"Yeah Those fire fae are probably starting to feel a little chilly, too. We should get them some firewood and we can see if there's anything to eat in the kitchen while we're there! La lala~." Grim sang marvelously.

"Seriously? You ate tuna this morning? Don't you get full?" Eugene flatly ask.

"Trust me, Eugene. Grim has a big appetite so there's no stoping him now." Glory reassures making the king sigh.

"Great." He sarcastically replies shaking his head.

"Regardless, we should get changed into something warm before we head out." Glory suggests.

"Yeah, we better changed. Raps are you going?" Cassandra ask curiously.

"You two and Grim can go ahead. I have to focus on baking the cookies. I don't want them to get burnt and I have to set the tables and silverware for the feast tonight." Rapunzel told them.

"Alright. What about you Eugene?" Cassandra ask turning her head to Eugene who is lying on the couch.

"I'm just gonna relax here. You guys can go ahead." Eugene declines waving his hand at them while laying down.

"Then it's settled, I'll go get my coat while you get yours?" Glory suggests and Cassandra puts a thumbs up to her.

"You got it." She casually replies.

"Great. See you upstairs!" Glory chirps and she smiled.

"Same here." She replies as both women head upstairs leaving Grim with Eugene and Rapunzel.

"These women really love to take their time." Grim grumbles with his arms fold.

"Oh lay off will ya? They're not gonna be long. They're just going to get brief coats on and boom ready to go. Isn't that right, honey?" Eugene ask wiggling his brow making her giggle.

"Definitely. Oh! I should go back to the kitchen to check on the cookies!" Rapunzel perks as she spun her heels and scurries inside the kitchen leaving Eugene and Grim the only two left in the lounge.

"Welp better get some shut eye till the feast." Eugene said as he lays his head back to the pillow and slouches to the sofa.

"Guess I have to wait then...." He mumbles.

Later in Glory's room, Glory dons a coral coat underneath her white long sleeved shirt with a maroon beret and replace her red sneakers with black knee-length boots. Afterwards, Glory forms a grin and lays her hands on her hips as she gazed at the mirror.

"There! All set and cozy!" Glory chirps with a grin. Suddenly, a ding appears from her phone when she grabs her phone from the end table and looks at her phone to see a text received from Malleus.

Malleus: Titania, thank you for the rose that gave me. I'm pleased that you agreed to take a stroll with me to the abandoned castle last night. It meant so much to me. I hope you enjoy your winter break with Rapunzel and her group. Please tell Rapunzel, her husband, and Cassandra that send my greetings. Oh and Lilia told me to say hi to you.

As she read his message, Glory giggles and grins softly at his text and started texting back.

Glory: Will do, Mal. I'm glad that you'd invited me to come stroll with you. Thanks for the blue poppy flower that you gave me last night. Tell Lilia, that I said hi too. Maybe when you come back, I'm thinking about inviting you to hang out with me in my dorm to watched movies or have dinner with me, Rapunzel and the others.

Once she sends a text, a text is send back to her.

Malleus: That would be generous of you to do for me. Thank you, Titania. I bid you a happy holiday.

Glory grins warmly and texted back.

Glory: You too, Mal. Happy holiday.

She texted back and after she sends the text, Glory ticks her phone under her coat pocket and grabs her backpack. Soon she thought about Iman.

Dear Glory-san,

Please help me. Jamil is taking advantage of Kalim. My dorm is in grave danger and I need you to help me stop Jamil from placing Kalim in jeopardy by tarnishing his reputation as dorm head. Save Scarabia and Kalim, please! I beg you, Glory Corbett. Thank you.

As she ponders about Iman's letter, Glory shook her head and pumps her fist.

I gotta get to the bottom of this....

Glory thought as she grabs the conceal lenses that Vivien gave to her a minute ago and opens the lid. Just like what Vivien said, it looked exactly like the color of her eyes. Then she placed the contacts in her eyes carefully and blink her eyes twice to make sure it stays on tact. Soon she perks a grin.

Better.

She thought with a satisfied smile as Glory turns to the door and let's out a sigh.

"Welp better meet up with Cass." She said as Glory marches up to the door and left the room. Soon she saw Cassandra getting out of her room with her signature maroon coat and a furry hood.

"Cass!" Glory chirps and saunters over to the ravenette. Cassandra glance up and smiles warmly at her when she approaches her.

"You looking pretty cozy." Cassandra compliments and Glory giggles.

"Same goes for you, Cass." Glory compliments back,

"Aww shucks." Cassandra replies as both women giggled and exchange smiles to one another.

"Ready?" Glory ask curiously with Cassandra chortling and smiled boldly.

"Always." She replies.

"Then let's get some wood for the faeries." Glory declares as Cassandra nods and both women head downstairs to the lounge.

Meanwhile at the lounge, Grim and Eugene were laying on the couch talking about their world.

"So you used to be a thief?" Grim ask curiously.

"Once a thief and let me tell you, I'm quite a dashing thief. You know before I found out that I was a prince at the dark kingdom after I reunited with my dad and all, but you get the picture." Eugene casually said leaving Grim folding his arms with a curious look.

"Hmmm..."

While Grim is humming in curiosity, both heard footsteps when they spun their heads to see Cassandra and Glory sauntering downstairs with their coats on.

"Kay Grim, we're going!" Glory shouts and Grim leaps out of the couch with a sigh.

"About time!" Grim whines as he waddles over to her and Glory kneels down allowing the gremlin to climb over her back and grabs her shoulders. Then Glory stands up and turns to Eugene.

"We're going now, Eugene." Glory said and Eugene does his little salute with his two fingers.

"Will do, have fun with the fire faeries." Eugene said as Glory nods and both Cassandra and Glory stroll down to the foyer and head out to Night Raven.

Soooo about what happened, yes she and Malleus went out on a night stroll last night. You don't see it I know but you will see it in the filter chapter in the filter chapters book right here of the cover. Feel free to go check it out.

It will take place during and after the main story. It's published but I didn't published the filter chapter following Glory and Malleus's adventure in the forest, but I am in the process of writing it so stay tuned for the filter chapter and I will see you in the next chapter of the reincarnation of Mother Gothel!
