Charlie has been giving as much information as they can. Apparently, the Raiders had more people like them but they all died off one by one.

"They kept us there as lab mice." Charlie wrote on some paper they were given, " Sick people used this lawless situation to fulfill sick desires."

Charlie tries to give us information but some stuff is too hard for them to talk about. We aren't pushing them though. While they can't tell us the gruesome details sometimes they have told us were the Raiders territory is and how to avoid it.

"They focus on major streets and suburbs in nearby towns," Charlie told us, "They survive off of the old world luxuries. They will sell them to fortified Non-government settlements like large neighborhoods that banded together, large nomad groups, and people with cars. People who are alone or unfortified are killed and searched."

One nurse asked Charlie what the Raiders think about this place and all Charlie could say was,

                                                                             "They want it."
