Dr. García has been chosen as head of the new security Joey suggested. She was the only retired military personnel in the refuge and people decided she would be the best person to put in charge of handling weapons.

I saw a couple of familiar faces go up there. One girl that just got done with the school went up. Her parents seemed worried about it. A lot of the people were young and I overheard a lot of them had planned on joining the military before all this happened. I guess that working under a military officer was as close as they were going to get.
