So here, we have the first exhibit, a statement that this book has only been posted to Wattpad.com, and if you see it anywhere else, it wasn't me (the original author, Y. I. Turner/flamesword01) who put it there. If you do see this anywhere other than Wattpad, please report it for the plagiarism that it is. Thank you.

Alright, so next exhibit is just a reminder to have fun here, because what else are we reading books for, right? Spam me with comments if you want, destroy the halls with pasta, introduce chaos without discrimination, whatever you want, as long as you're not being destructive or rude to anybody besides yourself.

(Not of course that you should be rude and/or destructive to yourself either, to be fair. 😂)

Okay, so one last note, and that is simply this: This story takes place in the same world as my ongoing Iron Hallway trilogy. It's a PREEEEquel of sorts, taking place over a thousand years before the events of those books. Those stories, however, aren't at all required reading to understand this, or vice-versa. I guess the main reason I put them together in the same world is because A) I could, and B) it adds some really sweet worldbuilding to both.

Without further ado, I shall post some notes of gratitude, and we can go meet the cast!

First, I wanna thank CannibalisticNecro for making the beauty that is the cover. I'm always consistently pleased with your work, and you certainly make the process smooth and pain-free. 😁

I'd also like to give a shoutout to Fennagin, because not only are you my awesome soster, but you seriously helped me with a huge boost of positivity early on in writing this work, when I was excited but also skeptical at the text my keyboard was birthing. I'm sure you get the feeling. 😂  Anyway, thanks for the support, and I hope you'll enjoy reading it for real. 😉

And I can't forget AbigailBucks, because you also are my soster, and not only that, but you consistently allow me to vent both positively and negatively, and though I haven't creatively consulted you much, you're still on speed dial for when I need your services again. 😆
