He came close to her and looked into her eyes. He couldn't miss her tearful eyes and then something deep inside him shouted that she isn't comfortable with him.

He couldn't torture her more, neither himself by being the reason of her discomfort, so he looked away from her and asked her to "Wear your Night dress."

He seated at the edge of the bed and covered his face with his hands. He knew something was wrong but what ?
They were happy. Atleast he was!!

Does she love me ? He again questioned himself.

He saw her coming towards the bed. He feared the conversation but then he sighed releasing his breath like he was holding it for a very long time.

She seated beside him and looked at him. Without looking at her, he questioned her, "Do you want to be with me ?"

"Forever." She replied.

His eyes grew wider at her one word statement. He looked at her with a wide smile on his face, all his worry and fear were flushed out of his brain. He saw her smiling and that smile was real, she wasn't faking it.

"Why were you crying back then ?" He asked holding her hands in his.

"I feared you would reject me." She said and a tear fall from her left cheek.

He Chuckled on her reply and her fear both. "Never, I promise you. I will never do that. I can never think of it my dhingli (doll) because I love you." He confessed with utmost sincerity in his voice and she felt happy tears flowing from her eyes.

Her mother always said There should be love between husband and wife for a happy marriage. Her husband just said them that means he will always take care of her. He will be there for her.

He wiped those tears which always made him worried. He knew this are happy tears of her but still he couldn't allow her to cry.

She said with hiccups. "Tame mane bav vhala cho." (You are very dear to me.)

She hugged him still crying and making his T-shirt wet. He surrounded his arms around her waist and pulled more closer to him.

He had always waited for her. He took small steps to make her fall for him but today he wanted to break himself free and claim her. He couldn't wait more.

He kissed her on the cheeks and move down towards her long neck. She clutched his T-shirt inside her fist and leaned towards him.

He pushed her on the bed and havoc his body on her. He supported his weight on both his arms and opened the button of her gown.

She melted in his soft torture and was all giving to him. He tried removing his t - shirt but hissed in pain. Sonal sat straight and examine his cut. There was no blood coming from the cut but still the Tumeric dabbed on the cut was wiped out. It wiped off as soon as Akhilesh tried removing his t-shirt.

Sonal got worried for the cut and then she questioned him "Where is the First Aid kit ?"

"There is no need of it. You come close to me." He stated clearly cupping her face in his hands.

"Tell me." She demanded.

"No." He argued.

She removed his hand from her face and step down from the bed. She moved out of the room and switch on the light of hall.

She started searching for the kit in the hall but she couldn't find it. She heard her mother in law voice from her in law's room but she continued her search.

Akhilesh stood behind her folding his arms around his chest. He maintained a calm face from outside but was sulking from inside. He had a wonderful chance today to fulfill his long time wish. She was willing giving herself to him but no the stupid cut had to hurt.

He groaned as after searching for around 5 minutes still his wife wanted that Stupid kit. He understood that she was in no mood of giving up thus he called her out.

Sonal turned back as she heard her husband voice filled with irritation. She looked at him and she concluded he was annoyed.

"Please". She pleaded with such innocence that Akhilesh couldn't refuse his Sonal.

"It's in the showcase cabinet." Akhilesh stated with irritation long gone from his face. Sonal rushed with quick steps towards left cabinet and started opening the drawers.

She finally found the kit and opened the box. Akhilesh - Sonal what happened ?
They heard the voice and both of them turned back to witness Akhilesh mother standing near her bedroom door.

Akhilesh mother eyes widened and she rushed towards her son. She pulled his hand and made him sit on the sofa.

"How did you get hurt ?" Mrs. Shah worriedly inquired.

"I was trying to fix the bathroom Tap ?" He tried to explained.

"That work belongs to the plumber and not to an idiot !!!!" She huffed and glare at Sonal.

"You should stop obeying your husband unnecessary." She stated with an angry face. Sonal sighed with a smile on her face.

"When did she obey me unnecessary ?" Akhilesh asked with frown on his face.

Mrs. Shah glared at her son and ordered her daughter in law to pass her the kit. She focused on the cut on Akhilesh forehead and acknowledge him. "Sonal didn't inform any of us, your sister and father are sleeping peacefully because you didn't wanted to disturb them. Isn't it ?"

Akhilesh nodded his head obediently at his mother. Sonal handed over the First Aid kit to Mrs. Shah and started watching her mother in law cleaning Akhilesh cut cotton diped with inantiseptic.

Akhilesh hissed with pain and looked towards her mother with a small smile. He knew speaking a word would register against him. Being silent was in his favour right now.

"Baa, stop worrying about me. I am fine. Please go and sleep." Akhilesh requested his mother as soon as she completed tieing the knot of Medical bandage.

"You take rest and don't stress yourself. You are not going to shop tomorrow. Your father will take care...

"No, he won't go to shop and please it's Corona time, so Both of you aren't allowed outside of the house." Akhilesh spoke with finality in his voice and with valid reason so Mrs. Shah has to agreed with her son.

Akhilesh and Sonal bid Good night to Mrs. Shah and entered their room. Sonal locked the door and Akhilesh drank water from the jug kept near the side table of the bed.

Sonal sat beside him and spoke "You didn't said anything to Megha ben, when she suggested for Party and right now you put a Ban on Baa-Bapuji for going out of the house ?"

Akhilesh Smiled at his Innocent wife and solved her query " If Megha could understand the seriousness of situation then she wouldn't have come up with a idea of Party. She is right though about celebration, so I gave in."

"What if other children just like you didn't allow their parents to come over ?" Sonal put forward a Situation that made Akhilesh ponder over.

"Then we will figure out something. If Bapuji friends couldn't attend then we will celebrate among ourselves." Akhilesh said with mischievous Smile on his face.

Sonal snatched away that very smile from his face as she announced "Baa asked you to rest, so you do that and if you don't then I will not allow you to hold me from tomorrow."

Akhilesh no were in his dreams would have image his little innocent wife could pull out such stunt. He was amused at her but then he very well knew the signal so he again kept quiet tonight and followed the other important women in his life.
