As the beast walked back into the castle he passed Charlie who was standing on the railing.

"Master?" He asked.

"What?!" The beast snapped.

"W-well," Charlie stuttered, "I was thinking that since it seems like the girl is going to be with us for a while maybe we could offer her a nicer place to stay?"

The beast pushed past him and the small breeze he created snuffed out Charlie's candles.

"Ok so that's a no," Charlie muttered.

He then saw something out of the corner of his eye and looked up just in time to see something crash into him.

"Sorry," the thing muttered.

This thing was a porcelain red bird shaped feather duster with golden feathers. When she was human she was known as Cinder Fall and she was Charlie's girlfriend.

"If you wanted a hug you could've just said so," Charlie laughed picking himself off the floor and helping Cinder up.

"You know I can't see well," Cinder said gesturing to the broken glass where her left eye was, "but did I hear there was a girl in the castle?"

Charlie nodded, "and if all goes well soon we'll be human again."

Meanwhile Blake was still in the tower dungeon and she heard the beast open the door.

"Here I'll show you to your room," he said.

"My room? But I thought.." Blake said confused.

"What do you wanna stay in the tower?"

"No."

"Then follow me."

Blake followed the beast down the hall and after a moment he turned and saw her crying. For some reason this almost made him regret imprisoning her. So he tried to make her more comfortable.

"Ummm I hope you like it here." The beast said.

Blake didn't answer.

"Well this is your home now so you can go anywhere you like. Except the west wing."

"What's in there?" Blake asked.

"It's forbidden!" He suddenly snapped.

Blake looked upset and the beast opened a door for her.

"Master invite her to dinner," Charlie spoke up from behind the beast.

"You will join me for dinner! And that's not a request!" The beast yelled slamming the door shut.

Blake looked horrified and she curled up on the bed and began to cry some more.

Soon after she heard the door open again and a tray rolled in with a golden teapot, the little rose teacup, and a clock on top of it.

"Hi," the teacup said, "I'm Ruby."

"He-Hello," Blake said confused.

"I'm Yang her big sister," the teapot said, "and this is....Jenni! I said no free rides!"

"Hey I have small legs. I can't move fast. I needed to get here somehow," the clock said.

"Well you can't be a freeloader and ride on my cart," Yang fired back.

"How is anyone supposed to get any sleep with you two arguing!" Another voice said which turned out to belong to the wardrobe.

Blake screamed and jumped back.

"Good job Weiss you scared her," Jenni muttered.

Weiss looked at Blake, "now who's this?"

"I'm Blake Belladonna," Blake answered still not sure what to do.

Weiss stretched one of her wooden arms out and touched Blake's face, "I can work with this. I'll find you something beautiful to wear for dinner tonight."

"That's very kind of you, but I'm not going to dinner," Blake said.

The other females look horrified.

"But you have to!" Ruby said in a shrill voice.

Unfortunately though nothing could seem to change Blake's mind in an hour later the beast was pacing the floor.

"Where is she?!" He growled.

"Don't worry Master I'm sure she'll be here soon," Charlie said.

"If I were her I wouldn't come down," Cinder muttered.

The door to the dining hall opened and Jenni walked through.

The beast groaned, "Well?! Where is she?!"

"Where's who?" Jenni asked.

"The girl!"

Jenni chuckled nervously, "oh the girl. Well she's in the process of....what I mean is she wanted me to tell you...well.....she's not coming."

"WHAT?!" The beast yelled charging upstairs before pounding on the door, "I thought I told you to join me for dinner!"

"I'm not hungry!" Blake yelled back.

"You come out right now or I'll break down the door!"

"I said no!"

"Well then fine! Then go ahead and starve!"

The beast turned to his servants still in the hall, "if she doesn't eat with me then she doesn't eat at all!"

He stomped off to his room and Jenni shook one of her metal fists, "you can't talk to her like that! If you were here I'd give you what for....oh look at that he's gone."

"Master you've returned," Charlie said.

Jenni dove behind a pillar.

Charlie began laughing, "he's not here."

Jenni glared, "not funny. And just for that you have to guard the door and tell me if Blake leaves."

"Ok," Charlie said.

"And that doesn't mean making out with Cinder," Jenni said.

Charlie looked upset.

Meanwhile the beast was pacing in his room, "What am I supposed to do?! What does she want me to do?! Beg?!"

He picked up a mirror that was sitting on a small table, "Show me the girl."

The mirror's surface rippled revealing a young girl with blue eyes and white hair, "you know you could be nicer."

The beast glared at her, "just show me the girl."

The girl rolled her eyes and the mirror rippled again and it showed Blake sitting on her bed.

"You know the master really is nice. Why don't you get to know him?" Weiss asked through the mirror surface.

"I don't want to get to know him. I don't want anything to do with him," Blake said.

The beast's face fell and he set the mirror down, "I'm only fooling myself. She's so beautiful. And look at me. She'll never see me as anything but a monster."
