Wu took out some red panda fur from her pocket

Wu: I found this. Strange for a girl who hasn't let her panda out.

Mei: it's not mine!

Jia: it's not mine either!

Wu: I know it's not your Jia. Mei I know how hard it is to keep the beast in. It feels so good to let it out. So free. But each time you do the stronger it gets. And then you'll be stuck with it forever and the ritual will not work. The same thing could happen to you Jia

Wu: it cannot happen. Your mother and I were close once but the red panda took that away. I couldn't bear to see that happen to you. So no more panda. Both of you are your mother's whole world. I know you'll do what's right. Keep your sister safe Jia

Jia: I will I promise

Mei and Jias grandma left there bedroom

Mei: come on Jia we're late for the party

Jia: Mei did need did you not hear what she just said? Letting the panda out this much is dangerous

Mei and Jia arrived at Tyler's birthday party which was at his house but Mei was only dressed up as a red panda

Mei: what's up everyone?

Jia: sorry we're late

Tyler: What are you wearing?

Mei: Hey Tyler. Happy birthday.

Tyler: I'm paying for the red panda not this garbage! Deal's off!

Jia: she still technically the red panda

Mei: Yeah! Can garbage do this?

Mai started dancing then abby Miriam and Priya took Mei and Jia to another room to talk

Miriam: Are you feeling okay?

Mei: Guys it's hard to explain but Just trust me on this. I can't panda anymore. I'm sorry.

Jia: The red panda gets harder and harder to control each time she transforms.

Miriam: got it. It's fine. Mei you don't have to do it. We'll just figure something else out

Mei walked up to Tyler

Mei: Hey Tyler! You want the panda? You're getting the panda!

She turned into the red panda

Panda Mei: Let's hear it for the birthday boy!

The party was there officially exciting. Everyone was having a great time. Jia let her hair out of a bun

Later that day panda mei Jia abby Miriam and Priya were relaxing on the roof of Tyler's house. Jia put her hair back in a bun

Panda Mei: Yeah! We did it! We are seeing 4 town!

Jia: Now I'm kinda exited to see them

The five of them heard Tyler's Voice from the backyard

Tyler: has anyone seen Mei?

Priya: Dang. He is working you.

Abby: What a diva!

Jia: don't worry about it

Mei: yeah It'll all be worth it.

They all lay down on the roof and panda Mei turns back to normal

Mei: Tomorrow we are walking into that concert girls and coming out women

Jia: I wouldn't go that far but yeah it will be fun

Miriam: Mei what if didn't do the ritual? What if you kept the panda? Jia you don't even have the panda and you still learned how to let lose

Radio: next up is 4-Town. The boys are coming to Toronto on the 25th!

The girls were shocked because they thought the performance was on 18th of May

Radio: So get your tickets now. And they'll be cranking open the Sky Dome and performing under a red lunar eclipse. It's gonna be galactic for sure.

Jia: wait now I'm confused

Mei: Abby you said the concert was the 18th.

Abby: It is! It's wrong! Look! The 18th Toronto!

She showed them the poster but she looked at the wrong town name

Jia: it says Toledo.

Abby: what?! What the heck is Toledo?!

Jia could see Mei starting to panic

Miriam: 4 Town's the same night as the ritual?

Panda Mei's friends and sister held her back from hurting Tyler

Miriam: Mei! Let's just go.
