Twenty-Eight: I'd like to sleep with you.
His room was now a mess, but one new thing was added to it— one crying girl. She tossed his things around in frustration it seemed, with tears rolling down her cheeks.
"Yui! Are you okay?" You called out, rushing to her side. You seized to her arm, trying to help her up, but she tugged back her arm. "Get away from me."
Tsukishima sighed, shaking his head in disappointment. Not only did he have to deal with a handful such as yourself, he also had to an emotional mess.
"Hey, maybe you should just go home Yui. You seem like you need some rest..." He said, walking over to the two of you, ruffling his blonde locks. Tsukishima kneeled down, grabbing her left arm. Even if she decided to retaliate, he was going to help her to her feet.
"I don't want to leave you two alone... Remember when I told you I liked you? It's still true, Tsuki..." She whined, linking her arm with his. Your jaw dropped, frantically looking left and right. Once Tsushima looked over at you, and you covered your ears, your gaze permanently glued to the desk located on your right.
His lips curled into a smile with a chuckle, looking back at the other to help her stand up. "I thought I was boring. Or maybe you like boring people?" He asked, watching the female wipe away even more tears, followed by sniffles.
Then, his lips nearly touched her ear, softly whispering her a small message. Whatever he said made her lose all hope— along with the will to speak.
"Do you still plan on staying?" He asked you, walking Yui out his unorganized room. The image of Tsukishima and Yui leaning in to kiss each other on the lips played in your mind. A sweet, passionate kiss full of emotion. You shook your head, discarding the thought. No way were you going to let that happen.
"Y-Yes I do! Unless you want me to leave..." You followed him out while crossing your arms, holding your head up high. In reality, however, you were losing your cool, and told yourself to never leave them alone, not even for one second.
"And what about you?" He asked Yui after setting her down gently on the couch. Her herself began to think about all the scenarios that could happen between you and Tsukishima if she left you two alone together.
"If you don't mind, I guess..." She mumbled, holding her arm. "It's fine by me, I just have to decide on where the both of you will sleep." Tsukishima adjusted his squared spectacles, thinking to himself.
He thought about leaving you in his older brother Akiteru's room, but that was a bad idea. Leaving Yui with him also was a bad idea. "How about you two—"
"No." Yui and yourself said in unison, Tsukishima blinked, scratching his cheek. "Okay... maybe that isn't such a smart idea either."
"Why don't the three of us just sleep in the living room? That's seems smarter than leaving each other alone with someone." You said, and they agreed. "Sure, but who's sleeping on the couch though?" Tsukishima could barely finish until Yui interrupted him with a clear of her throat.
"Um, isn't that obvious? It's me. I won't allow myself to sleep on a dirty floor." She replied, flipping back her blue hair. Her little moody emotional ball she was trapped in was gone, you wondered what happened.
"I mean... it doesn't look that dirty..." You whispered, glancing down to the wooden floor under your feet. Tsukishima sighed, nodding his head. Even if he tried to propose against the idea, she would've kept insisting.
"I'll go get us a futon, (Y/N)." Pink rushed to your cheeks as you cupped them, staring at his back as he walked away. 'He said us... Oh my gosh, are we going to sleep together?! This is so nerve wracking, what do I do!' You thought, shaking your head from side to side.
"Hey, get your head out the clouds. He told me earlier he doesn't like you." You scoffed, turning to glare at the female sitting on the couch.
"What was that?" You smiled, then Yui smile back, but cheekily. "You heard me. You know that thing he whispered in my ear earlier? Well, it was that."
Your heart dropped after hearing her words as you lips tugged down into a frown. "What's with you? Why are you being so rude Yui? I thought we were friends..." She began to giggle, sighing in pleasure once she was done. "Are you really that dense? I've been using you this whole time, (Y/N)."
You felt a painful sensation inside your chest, maybe this was that feeling of betrayal people was always talking about.
As soon as you were going to respond, the blonde interrupted you, tossing a blanket over Yui's head. "(Y/N), I've brought you some clothes if you still want to shower." He politely said, approaching you with a black jacket with baggy sweatpants.
"Oh, I appreciate it, Tsuki..." You
thanked him with a bow. And without hesitation, you made a dash for the bathroom, shutting the door lightly.
The two sat it silence for a while, waiting to hear the shower head. Once the sound of water hitting the tiled floor, Tsukishima knew it was safe to speak. "Hey, Yui, I have a question for you."
"Wh-What is it?" She stuttered, while batting her little eyelashes, patting a spot next to her on the couch. Instead of parking a seat on the comfortable looking couch, he shook his head with a wave of his hand.
"You do hate (Y/N), right? Why won't you just tell her that instead of letting her think you actually care about her." He suggested, and Yui rolled her eyes. "Why are you always thinking about her? And she's my friend, where are you getting these ideas from?"
"I was listening to your conversation earlier."
Tsukishima stepped in front of her, bending over to reach her eye level. "She's already got enough on her plate, just leave her alone. She forgave you last time, but this time, I'll make sure I won't."
That was the nicest threat anyone could ever receive from him. Yet, she wasn't even at least a little concerned about it. "You don't mean that Tsuki~" She cooed.
Tsukishima winced his eyes, moving away. He wasn't going to let out another breath on her, and wished she'd just decide to leave his home.
Their heads turned to the bathroom door after hearing it open, gazing as you slowly and quietly closed the door. A white towel was around your shoulders, using it to continue to dry your healthy hair.
"Oh, looks like I interrupted something... should I go back in?" You asked, pointing to the door. The blonde standing near the couch chuckled, gesturing for you to come over.
"Hurry up, I'd like to sleep with you."
