Tsukishima's squared spectacles slowly slipped off the arch of his nose since he was in an awkward position. His clothes were drenched, and so were hers, but she didn't seem to care. The sunlight reflected off her bright ocean blue hair, which was also covered in a bit of fountain water.
Strands of her hair dangled on his cheeks, with little droplets of tears landing on it also. The sight slightly frightened him, he had no idea what to do or say. But honesty is the best policy.
After staring up at her for ages— speechless— Tsukishima cleared his throat, glancing around. There were stares, on top of stares, on top of stares. "Yui, we should talk about this somewhere else and get changed. We're making a scene..." He advised, but she wouldn't budge.
Tsukishima sighed, placing his hands on her shoulders to gently push her off. "We can go to my place, I can dry your clothes while we're there." She seemed to still be moody, and now that his hoodie was all wet, there was no point in offering it to her.
Mutters and clicks and awes could be heard, and now they were possibly the next new talk on social media. This worried Tsukishima, but as long as he keeps cool about it, it should be fine.
Yui wiped her eyes, standing up with a shiver. "My house isn't too far from here, I'll be okay. And forget everything I told you, okay?" She asked, and the blonde shook his head. "One, you live in another district, I know you take buses to get here. And two, I'm afraid I can't even do that if I wanted..." He sighed, ruffling his wet hair.
Yui looked surprised, but shrugged it off. "Fine... I don't owe you a thing though..." She sniffled, rubbing her arms in attempt to warm herself up a bit. "I don't expect anything from you, I'm just being nice."

"What?" Kairi chuckled, grabbing your hand to hook your arm around his. "You said no kissing and holding hands, so I'm not breaking the rules.~" You had to give him some credit since he was kind of right, and also because he had the confidence to walk around like this in public.
"But people will stare! And what about your fans? They might come after me..." The thought made you shiver, but that was all gone after he patted your head gently.
"It'll be fine, just chill some alright? I promise I won't let anyone touch you." His smile reminded you of Kaito, and his words made an image of Tsukishima pop up in your head. You had no choice but to roll with it, or Kairi would've ended up being even more persistent than he already was.
"What do you want to do today cupcake?~" He teased while grinning, the nickname made a bit of bile come up. "Please, no nicknames, like that anyway..." Though you glared at him with a strict face, you wanted to laugh internally.
His personality made it easy to talk to, you knew you could go to him for anything and he'd be willing to help in a heartbeat.
"Aw, why? I like your irritated expressions, it's cute.~" The tip of his index finger smudged against your cheek as you looked away with a blush. "Let's just walk around and talk... oh! And buy some food while we're at it." You said, Kairi responded with a smile on his face.
"Ah, alright. There's a beach nearby, we could walk near the docks first. But we should grab something to eat first." He suggested.
The two of you grabbed a bite to eat and ice cream afterwards to cool yourselves down in the sun. He offered to buy you more, but you politely declined.
"Whoa, so pretty! The water is literally sparkling!" So were your eyes as you gazed at the blue salty water, Kairi had his hands in his pockets just staring at your lit up face. Then he got an idea, and pulled out his phone. You were too focused on the water to notice what he was doing.
Kairi's arm ended up launched around your shoulder, turning your backs away from the ocean while holding up his phone. "Smile~"
He was unbelievably close, the ice cream in the comb you were holding nearly tipped off. "Oh—" You said in surprise, putting on your brightest smile along with a piece sign. He finally snapped the picture after teasingly waiting for a few seconds, letting you go.
"Would you like me to send this to you?" He asked as you licked your melting comb of delight. "No thanks, I probably look like an idiot, so you can keep it." You replied.
Kairi nodded his head, saying nothing. He smart phone ended up buried into his pocket once more, his other gently grabbed your chin, tilting up your head. "What are you-"
Your heart pounded faster and faster the closer he moved in, your eyes were constantly glancing at every feature on his face. Your cheeks grew dark, the idea of running away sounded great to you.
He closed his eyes as his lips nibbled the corner of your mouth, eventually pulling away. "You had a little ice cream on your face, so I politely got it off for you like a good friend." He smiled, patting your head.
You dropped your ice cream and blinked your eyes, paralyzed. Then, you cracked your neck to the side and gazed at him with a threat, calming yourself down. "Are you teasing me?! Making fun of me?!" You asked, stepping closer to him.
The height difference was definitely there, and he was totally intimidated.
Kairi raised a brow and licked his lip, the word cute replaying in his mind over and over again. "What's the matter? Did you actually think I'd kiss you?" He smugly grinned.
"Wh-What does that mean?! You know what, don't even answer that, I'm leaving." You huffed, turning on your heel. "And if you see Kai, tell him I'm sorry for sounding harsh earlier..."
"Ah, ah, ah." He chimed while shaking his head, once again grabbing your wrist to turn you around and pull you back over. "If you want me to relate a message to him, that'll be $10."
You couldn't believe he was charging you. Not because it was just the kind of person he is, but because he was rich himself. You clicked your teeth and began to rummage through your bag, finding your wallet. "You're lucky I'm doing this because I'm worried about him..."
"Then why can't you do it yourself?" He asked, waiting for the money. You stood quiet for a while before sighing, pulling out a bill. "I doubt he wants to see me right now so..." His hand wrapped around yours that held the green paper, leaning in once more to place a gentle kiss on your lips.
After he pulled away, Kairi flicked forehead, shoving his hands into his pockets. "Alright, I'm heading back home now. You be safe on your way back." He smiled, turning around with a wave.
You were at a lost of words, too shocked to even respond. Your finger touched your lips as you inhaled. 'These lips are supposed to be for Tsuki! Gosh, what am I going to tell him now?! "Ya, about that. Kairi stole my second kiss and it's whatever." No... that sounds bad...' You ruffled your hair, turning away yourself.
"I'll feel bad about keeping this away from them, so I have no choice." You nodded, glancing down at the bill still in your hand. You raised it up to your eye level, tilting your head.
"Why'd he let me keep this?"

"Again?! Tsuki, you are on a roll! But why'd you guys' clothes wet? Did you decide to jump into a pool?" Asked Akiteru, Tsukishima's older brother. "Something like that..." Yui responded, rubbing the back of her head.
"Yui, hurry and get into the shower, I don't want you to catch a cold. I'll bring you a spare of clothes when you're in." Tsukishima said, and Yui nodded. "Okay, thank you!~" She smiled, skipping into whatever room she thought was the bathroom.
Instantly, Tsukishima looked at his brother, shaking his head. "Whatever you're thinking is not correct."
Akiteru stares back smugly, before Tsukishima's eyes parted away from him. They ended up on his pocket as he pulled out his phone. You just called him, and he was debating on whether or not to answer.
"Hello?" He said, moving away from his brother. "Hey, can we talk?" You asked, he was curious as to what it was.
"Sure, when and where?"
"Tonight? I don't care where we go, it's up to you."
"My place, then?"
"Oh— Uhm, sure!"
"I'll text you my address."
"Okay, I'll be over by nine."
