Ultima and ghidorah where standing off in the middle of a destroyed city, ultima was staring daggers at ghidorah and ghidorah had the usual cocky smirk on her face.

Ultima threw the first punch at ghidorah but missed, ghidorah ducked beneath him and elbowed his stomach, but to her surprise it barely did anything.

He then kicks ghidorah in the face sending her crashing into a giant pile of rubble, after that he shoots his atomic breath at her sending her even further away.

He runs towards her location to lay the smack down on her but once he gets there he notices that she's not there.

"looking for me?"

Ultima: what the?!

He looks up to see ghidorah shooting down towards him again, just like when they first met, but this time he jumped out of the way, but ghidorah quickly shot back up and shoots him with her gravity beams disorienting him so she then bolts towards him and wraps her tail around his neck and launches him back down to the ground.

Ultima: GRAAAAH!!

Ghidorah: aw what? Down already?

To ghidorahs surprise ultima starts laughing.

Ultima: HAHAHAHAHA!!! Now this is what I'm talking about!!! I've been waiting for a good challenge!!!

Ghidorah: *chuckles* that's the spirit!

The two sprint towards one another and they clash, causing the city to rumble on impact.

Ultima threw punches to ghidorahs face and body whole ghidorah mainly stuck to her dodging, kicking and gravity beams.

The only reason ghidorah has the upper hand Is due to all of her
cheeky/dirty tactics like crotch shots
And........ Well you get the idea.

Ultima also used his ridiculously long tail and his hair to act as a shield. And to his suprise it was actually effective.

After about 30 minutes on none stop fighting, both the titans eventually started to move slower.

Ghidorah then kicks ultima in the gut causing him to stumble and then tackles him, putting her arms and legs over his, pinning him down.

Ghidorah: *huff* y-you really are something ultima, usually people don't last even half this long.

Ultima: heh I-i could say the same to you, honestly If you weren't so rotten to the core you'd make a pretty good sparing partner, what a waste of talent..

Ghidorah: like your any better? Whose the person who I'm currently laying on top of?

Ultima: n-not for long, nnngh!

(he struggles beneath her, trying to get out of her grasp, but fails)

Ghidorah: aww you look so cute when you struggle beneath me, you know I don't know why your wasting your time with godzilla, when there's a much better woman for you right here~

Ultima: s-shut up!

Ghidorah: why don't you make me?~
I'm serious though, I can give you anything and everything. power, followers, a beautiful wife~ and...maybe even a family..

Ultimas mind: oh I'm gonna regret this!

He turns into his rage mode and bites down on her breast, causing her to screech out in pain, this caught godzilla and mothra attention.

Godzilla: found him, let's go!!

Mothra: OK!

(Back with ghidorah)

Ghidorah: AAAAAHHHH!!! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU DO THAT?!

Ultima: your not even half the woman godzilla is! I know all that talk about family and loving is just bullshit to you! all you want is another slave and fuck buddy!

He then entered his rage mode.

"I'll never submit to a bitch like you.."

Ghidorah: oh I'm gonna enjoy punishing you when I win!!

Ultima: oh please they where fake anyway -_-

Ghidorah blushes and yells

Ghidorah: HOW DARE YOU!, I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I HAVE THE BEST BOOBS IN THIS ENTIRE GALAXY!!

Ultima: well at least godzillas are real.

This time Ghidorah Yells in anger more than pain and launches herself at him, non stop punching him in the face but he still has his cocky smirk.

He then backflips into the air, and ghidorah gets uppercutted by his tail, and when he lands he spins around tripping ghidorah up causing her to fall down on her back, he then stomps on her chest pinning her down.

She struggled beneath his foot but it wouldn't budge.

He roars at her and she roars back, once he gets off her he grabs her by the neck and throws her into a building and just as this happens, godzilla and mothra make landfall.

Godzilla: HOLY SHIT!

mothra: he's actually beating her alone!

- back with anguirus, caesar and rodan -

Anguirus: Well cmon guys, we gotta get out there and help ultima and the others!

Rodan: don't worry we're almost ready!

Caesar: uuuuh guys what's that?

A bunch of mechagodzilla crash down into the area with orga leading the squadren

Orga: so this is all that's left of the earth's resistance, how tragic you know you could've served our glorious queen, but instead you choose to perish, yet it's not like I'm complaining.

Megalon: Meh let's just get this over with, I don't wanna waste time on these weaklings..

Orga: fair enough, but let's try to have some fun, MECHAS! ATTACK!!

-back with ghidorah-

Ghidorah was being thrashed around by ultima but the more he attacks her the more she learns about him and his techniques.

She smirks as she dropkicks him into a building and shoots her gravity beams at him which keeps him down and puts his body through an extreme amount of pain.

Ultima: aaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggghhhhhh!!!!!!!

Godzilla and mothra: ULTIMA!!!!!!!-
They start to run towards them to aid their friend.

ultima: NO!! YOU TWO STAY BACK, THIS IS MY FIGHT!!!

Ghidorah: oh it looks like we have some company.. GIGAN!!!!!

Gigan: at once my queen!

Gigan shoots at godzilla and mothra nearly taking their heads off with her new chainsaw hands.

Gigan quickly turns around and slashes half of mothra lower wing off and then shoots her with a red lazer beam.

Mothra: AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!
DAMMIT!

Mothra shoots glitter from her wings as gigan shoots her lazer blast at her again and reflects it back hitting her.

Gigan: OW what the?!

Godzilla lands a haymaker straight in gigans face, knocking her away.

Mothra then beats the living christ out of gigan, but nothing too lethal and then kicks her head sending her back down to godzilla.

Godzilla then shoots her atomic breath, launching gigan at the ship creating a giant hole in it.

Ghidorah: MY SHIP! for godzilla sake gigan, can't you do anything right!?

Gigan: I-I'm sorry my queen, I think ill need a few mechas to assist me!

Ghidorah: ugh fine just dont break them al-GAH!!!

Ultima roundhoused her in the stomach throwing her into the ocean, ultima jumps in after her just like he did with kiryu and godzilla when they first met.

He wraps his tail around ghidorahs neck and squeezes attempting to both strangle and drown her, but unfortunately just like his species, she can breath underwater so she pretends to drown, and when she's finished he let's her go and brings her up to the surfac

Once they're above the water he lays her down and turns back into his base form.

He falls to the ground, although he was hiding it, he was nearly out of energy, ghidorah was relieved, she was running out of energy too, but she could still fight.

Ultima makes his way to ghidorah as she was still pretending to be unconscious.

He puts his hand on her chest and presses causing a red pulse to flow through her body, turns out he gave her some of his energy so she has enough energy to leave earth.1

It's obvious now but he clearly didn't want her to die, he felt something within her something..... Not evil
Maybe, just maybe she's different?

Ultima charges up his energy and fires an atomic breath at the ship but ghidorah kicks him in the face knocking him into goji and mothra, who had just taken down gigan again.

Godzilla: ultima!, are you okay?!

Ultima: d-Dammit she tricked me!

Ghidorah: charges up her gravity beams at maximum capacity and fires a thousand gravity beams down to the planet.

Godzilla: HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!

Mothra then jumps in front of the duo
And places a protective shield around them but unfortunately she gets hit by most of the blast.

Gigan was just able to fly away in time
But a huge explosion was caused, all
After the dust settles godzilla was being held close by ultima, the barrier was broken by ghidorahs blast and ultima took the rest of the blasts for godzilla.

Godzilla: ULTIMA!!!!!

She turns her head to see mothra injured body.

Godzilla: SHIT MOTHRA!!!

she runs over to mothra, luckily she was only unconscious, but highly damaged, if anything she's lucky to be alive.

Godzilla gives some of her power to ultima and mothra to heal them.

But ghidorah then landed in front of them with a cocky grin on her face.
She then wraps her tail around godzillas neck attempting to strangle her, ghidorah then repeatedly slams her into the ground, causing her to scream out in pain.

Godzilla: gah!!

Even from down below the earth Jr could hear her mother's crys.

Jr: M-mom!

Ghidorah then lifts her tail and godzilla up and brings her to her face,
She holds back her fist ready to punch the hell out of godzilla.

Ghidorah: THIS IS FOR ANNOYING ME!

she lands a lethal blow to godzillas stomach.

Godzilla:GAH!!!

Ghidorah: THIS IS FOR STEALING MY FUTURE KING!

She kicks her in the gut, causing godzilla to cough up blood.

Godzilla: NNNGH!!!!!

Ghidorah: AND THIS IS FOR RUINING MY EMPIRE!!!

She shoots a giant gravity beam, knocking her down, godzilla was out cold.

Ghidorah walks over to godzilla, she then lifts her chin up and gives her a quick kiss, forcing their lips together.

Goodbye godzilla, you where fun to play with, but now it's time to die~

THE WINNER IS QUEEN GHIDORAH

OR IS IT?

Ultimas eyes suddenly burst open and turned from blue to yellow.

And his hair turns from black and blue to black and red.

Smoke starts flowing out of Ultimas mouth and a red atomic breath shot from his mouth hitting ghidorahs ship, completely obliterating it.

Ultima: you destroyed thousands of worlds, you've ended countless lives and now you've tried to ruin ours heheh...

And now it's time.................

TO PAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She turned around and saw ultima with a furious scowl on his face

Ghidorah: Well then, it looks like you had another trick up your sleeve..

Ultima:............

He then shoots an atomic pulse incinerating ghidorahs wings, and severely burning her body.

Ghidorah:AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!

Ultima: *evil smirk* heh, hurts doesn't it?

Ghidorah: W-WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU?!?

He then shoots another atomic pulse incinerating ghidorahs gauntlets and her tails.

Ghidorah: RRRAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!

Ultima: THIS IS HOW EVERY PERSON YOU KILLED, FELT WHEN YOU SLAUGHTERED THEM!!!!!

Ghidorah was now on the ground, defeated she couldn't move, most of her body was burnt.

THE WINNER IS GODZILLA ULTIMA

Ultima turned back to his base form and he was charging up his last atomic breath to finish her off.

Ghidorah: w-wait!

Ultima: WHAT?!?

Ghidorah: P-please spare me, I-i beg of you, please have mercy..

Ultima: GRRR, HOW THE HELL DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THAT?!, HOW MANY OF THE PEOPLE YOU KILLED BEGGED FOR MERCY BEFORE YOU DESTROYED THEM?!? HOW MANY?!?!?

Ghidorah: I-I'm sorry please, I'm begging you..I..

Then ghidorahs whole body became engulfed with a red aura, her wounds where being healed and her energy was being restored.

Ghidorah: w-what?

Ultima: I'm giving you a tiny bit of my energy, it's enough for you to fly away forever, and be grateful because its all your getting.

Ghidorah: t-thank you-- she was looking at ultima, blushing, she lifts herself up but since her wings were burnt away she can't fly.

Ghidorah: um ultima... I..i can't fly..

Ultima looks at her with an even more annoying expression "ugh whatever, your coming with me instead then."

Ghidorah: what why?

Godzilla: YEAH WHY!?!

Ultima: because with me around and with the state she's in, she won't be of any danger to us..

Ghidorah: thank yo-

Ultima hits her head with his tail.

Ultima: SHUT UP!!

Godzilla was about to argue back but she knew he was right, she then picks up mothra and gigan and follows ultima who was walking with ghidorah who he wrapped up with his tail.

They made their way to their temporary home in the hollow earth.

-on the way-

Gigan wakes up from being knocked out for half an hour.

Gigan: huh? What the hells going on?!

Ultima: you lost that's what's going on.

Gigan: wait so I'm free?!

Ghidorah: not exactly..

Gigan notices that ghidorah was being held captive by Ultimas tail.

Ultima: and sorry gigan but your our prisoner too, just like her and the rest of your possie.

Gigan: oh shit..

Godzilla: "oh shit" is right!, ultima, me and you are having a talk later!

Ultima: sure whatever, I need a nap first though..

Godzilla was confused, he wasn't acting like he usually was, he was angry he didn't seem to care about his actions anymore, was it temporary or is this because of that red transformation?

They finally got to the area where godzillas Friends where.

Godzilla: the hell?!

Anguirus, rodan and jet jaguar where fighting orga and megalon while caesar was holding off the mechagodzillas by reflecting their attacks.

Ultima: ghidorah, call off your goons.

Ghidorah complained: aw but they're having soo much fun..

Ultimas eyes turn yellow "NOW"

Ghidorah was scared of what he would do to her, so she decided to comply.

Ghidorah: o-okay! ORGA MEGALON STAND DOWN!!

orga: my queen?!

Megalon: what the, SHE LOST!?

Gigan: yup, pretty easily too.

Ghidorah: shut it!

With that orga and megalon pressed buttons on their wrists shutting all the mechas down, and after that jet jaguar shrank back down to her human size.

Rodan: WAIT... SO.. WE WON?!

Caesar: I think so!

Anguirus: OH HELL YEAH!

all three of the kaiju came in for a hug as they cheered.

Ultima slightly smiled at the sight of them all celebrating, but his vision quickly became more blurry and his vision got darker, and he collapsed in the middle of the group.

Godzilla: ultima!?

They all gathered around his broken and unconscious body
