Antonio POV

"Crap!" Natalia started freaking out.

I took up the boxes of ice cream.

"What's wrong?"

"My sister is sick and the boss is coming today"

"So what happened to your parents?"

"They are at work"

"So why don't you go take care of her?"

She got frightened after I said that.

"I think I should stay because I'm the manager" she smiled nervously.

True..

"Who's going to take care of her?"

Natalia smirked at me.

"Antonio please it's just one day"

"Fine" I sighed.

I rode my bicycle to Loriane's house.

I knocked the door.

"Hey Loriane it's me Antonio"

She opened the door.

She looks terrible!

"Hi Antonio" she looked pleased.

"Are you okay?"

"I don't know" she smiled.

Okay something is wrong...

I entered the house.

What has she been doing?...

The house was extremely untidy.

She rapped herself with a blanket.

"Antonio why did you come here?"

"I came here because you're sick"

"I'm sick?"

Or she's losing her mind...

I made soup for her.

I tasted it.

It's horrible!

I smiled nervously as Loriane smiled at me.

I gave her the soup.

"I hope it will make you feel better"

I better get ready for arrest for poisoning a helpless girl...

"It's nice you made me soup" she smiled.

She drank it.

Tears ran through her eyes.

"It's so good" she lied.

You didn't have to lie!

"Loriane it's terrible" I sighed.

"What's terrible?" she looked clueless.

Okay she lost it...

"Loriane I think you should rest"

She's asleep.

I placed the blanket on her.

She's kinda cute...

She randomly started smiling evilly.

What the heck is she dreaming about?!

I picked up my bag and opened the door.

"Antonio..."

She said my name in her sleep...

"Pass the knife"

What the heck is she thinking?!

I went outside.

"How did it go?" Natalia smiled.

"You did this on purpose you knew Loriane acts weird when she's sick so you lied that the boss was coming"

"Antonio how dare you say such a thing!"

"Natalia..."

"Okay I'm sorry I just wanted my future brother in law to see this side of her" she smiled nervously.

"Well we better go inside"

"Antonio you're a lifesaver" she praised me.

We opened the door.

This is going to be a long day.....

Loriane was sleeping on the kitchen counter.

"Loriane let's go in your bedroom" I picked her up.

"Yay piggy ride!" she smiled.

"Don't do anything wrong with my sister" Natalia looked scary.

Then why don't you carry her..

I placed Loriane in her bed.

"Hey Antonio"

"Yea?"

"What do you prefer cat ears or bunny ears?" she smiled proudly.

How did this conversation come up?

"Well I prefer cat ears because it looks cute on you"

"Really?!"

"Yea" I smiled.

I rubbed her head.

She's actually purring!

Natalia opened Loriane's bedroom door.

"I want some!"

She rubbed Loriane's head.

"She's purring!"

"Well it's getting late" I grabbed my bag.

"Awe I'll see you tomorrow at school" Natalia smiled.

"Bye Anthony" Loriane smiled.

She said my name wrong...

"Bye" I waved.
