Nathan!

He placed an ice pack on my forehead.

"Thanks" I smiled.

"It's no big deal"

He looked at me seriously.

"I know your secret"

"Which one? I have many" I smirked.

"The one being a magical girl"

"Oh that one....wait what!"

"Plus it's still obviously" he smiled nervously.

I looked around the ice packs melted quickly than it's supposed to.

"Oh I forgot fire and all"

"Yea I remember I saw you in the supermarket you almost burned down the snack section" he chuckled.

"That was awesome though" I smiled.

"Yep the employees were going crazy" he laughed.

"So why did you help me?"

"I guess I thought it would be nice for a friend"

I felt like a knife stabbed me in the back.

Friendzoned!

"Your friends must be worried" he helped me up.

"Oh I forgot we are still at school in the night" I scratched my head.

We started walking.

"So what do you think about this magical girl and stuff?" I smiled nervously.

"Well I think it's cool but very dangerous"

He's right...

"But at least we get to save people" I smiled.

"But what about your loved ones?" I looked at me worried.

"Don't worry we always find a way" I smiled.

Silence.

Sigh....awkward...

I reached home.

"Thanks Nathan" I smiled weirdly.

"No problem" he looked at me worried.

I closed the door.

"What! Misaki didn't tell me you had a date" mom smirked.

"Mom it wasn't a date" I started freaking out.

"I made Bento" she smiled.

"Really?!"

"What I am a Japanese mother after all"

"Yus!"

"Praise me my peasant" mom smiled proudly.

Yume came home tried. She quickly went in the living room couch.

"Is that Bento I smell?" Yume was pleased.

"Yume don't eat all of it like my muffins" I said angrily.

"What it was delicious" she started walking slowly to the Bento.

"I made rice balls!" mom shouted.

My uncle came out of his bedroom.

"Hiyori please keep it down" he sounded sleepy.

"Oh my good brother has finally came" mom smiled evilly.

"What did you do this time?!"

"I took your nieces favoritism from you"

"What! Girls please say you still love your uncle"

"I might not be able to say that" I gave him the death glare.

He's a pervert and everyone in the family knows that.

"Come on" he smiled.

"Don't step any closer them" mom slapped him with her frying pan.

Mom destroy him!

My aunt came out of her bedroom.

"Ah! What did you do Hiyori?!"

"I taught him a lesson" mom smiled evilly.

Okay my family is weird...wait am I weird too....nah!

We ate at the dinner table.

It feels nice being with your family...

I smiled at that thought but I looked at my aunt. I remember she died in my past life.

"Misaki is something wrong?" my aunt looked worried at me.

"No everything is fine" I lied.
