Jess's POV

It was 6 days until prom me and the girls were planning to get dresses today. I went to school with Alesa and Unica today. Shelby and the guys were doing something I don't know what though. Just then we heard screaming

"What the heck is that guy doing?!"

"What's happening?" I asked

"I Dunno"

"Jesssssssssssssss!!!! Jin! Adam! Barney! Roof! Rope!" Shelby screamed panting

"Woah! Slow down Shelby! What happened to those guys now?" Alesa asked

"They're..... They're..... They're.... Gosh! I'll just show you!" Shelby said and dragged us to the front

In the front we saw Jin Barney and Adam hanging upside down.

"What the heck are you guys doing! This could kill you if you stay too long!" I said

"Why do you think we're doing this?" Adam asked

"Committing suicide" Unica wondered

"Whys would we wantings to committings the suicide?"

"I don't know? Maybe because we're willing to die for you?" Adam said and I heard people from behind me say "awwwww"

Shelby then appeared at the top then Ross and Shelby dropped balloons from the sky. They then went down and gave us flowers. The tag on the flower had the words "will you go to prom with us?". Ross and Shelby went upstairs again and dropped a banner with the same words as the one written on the tag.

"So? Is it a yes? Cuz I'm getting tired going up and down the stairs here!" Shelby groaned

"You know.... Just asking us normally could have worked" Unica added

"Well we wanted to let you guys know that you turn our world upside down" Adam punned

"Get it? Cuz we're like upside down" Jin added

"Ok who made that pun? I have to challenge him in a pun contest" I joked

"Goddammit just answer if you'll go to prom with them or not! The thrill is killing me!" Ross whined

"Yes!"
"Sure!"
"Why not!"

They were about to get down when an arrow came from somewhere and broke the rope of Barney. He fell and landed on a cushion. Suddenly two more arrows appeared and cut the two ropes, Jin and Adam also fell. Shelby and Ross came down and we ran to them

"That was scary! Oh my gosh! Is there like someone who wants to kill us!" Adam panicked

"Adam be quiet!" I said

"Aahhhh! I don't wanna die!"

"Adam! Shut up!"

"I can't someone's planning to kill us like in that movie!"

"ADAM!!!"

Just then it became quiet. Jin knocked him out

"Someone's watching us" I looked at the hill and only saw trees

I looked for something in my backpack and found my x-ray goggles. I put them on and found someone. I immediately take them off and drop them. I then start panicking. It was D. How could she have found me? I started panting but someone put their hand on my shoulder.

"Jess? Is everything ok?" Unica asked but I couldn't speak

"Let's take her inside... Come on" Shelby said and walked me inside. I just kept staring at the hill

~time skip recess~

I pretty much wasn't in the mood to eat. I just stared at my food and poke it with my fork

"You gonna eat that?" Ross asked me and Shelby smacks him. He just rubs the back of his head and I push my plate in front of him.

"Ross! Don't eat that you pig!" Shelby joked and put the plate in front of me

"Jess yous gotta eatings somethings" Barney told me

"I'm not hungry... I'm just thinking about things" I said

"Come on Jess.... Wait I got an idea!" Jin said and grabbed my spoon

"Whooooosssshhhh... Here comes the airplane!"

"I'm not a kid anymore Jin"

"Awwww! Come on aphie! You used to like it when I did this"

Flashback

Little Jess's POV (5 weeks after they met)

Chelsea made fun of me today. She thought I was dating Jin and she said bad things about me and now everyone knows my worst secrets. It was lunch and I didn't really feel like eating. The guys were worried about me because I didn't eat anything at recess too.

"Come on aph! Eat something"

"Yahs yous needs to eatings"

"Aph! Eat!"

"Come on aphie!"

Just then jin's eyes widened and he grabbed a cookie and put it near my mouth

"Whooooosssshhhh! Here comes the airplane!" Jin said and I smiled. I opened my mouth and bit the cookie

"Oh no! Half of the plane is safe! What about us?" Jin said trying to make a high pitched voice

I took another bite and Jin threw the whole cookie in my mouth

"Yay! Victory!" Jin cheered and I smiled

"Thanks" I thanked him and he smiled

"Anything for my best friend"

Back to reality

I looked at the spoon and took a bite

"Good?" He asked and I nodded

"Haha! I'm shocked that still works!" Adam said

"Come on! Just kiss already!" Ross joked

"Make jinmau happen!" Shelby screamed

"You guys are goals" Alesa joked

"Jinmau!" Unica squealed

"Waits so if jinmau is for the aphmaus and the Jin what is the Jess and the Jin?"

"I dunno probably Jiss or Jen"

"Ok so wha-" Jin managed to say but was interrupted by an explosion

"Seriously! Another one!" Jess groaned

"Due to the explosion everyone! Head home immediately" the speakers announced

"Seriously! The one time I do my math homework!" Adam whined

"You didn't really do anything... You just copied my work" Jin added

-Wee woo wee woo wee woo-

"Ughh is that a fire truck? There must be a fire" Alesa stated the obvious

"Ya think?" Unica joked

"Well I gotta get home now! The kids and max are probably flooding the house with Max's famous max and cheese" Shelby said

"Why don't we come with you? We're leaving anyways" Unica said

"Oh ok then let's go!" Shelby said and we walked with her.

We were walking when we saw a lot of smoke. It came from the direction of our village. Since my house was the closest they decided to drop me off first. As I was heading to my place I saw that the fire was coming from there. I saw Garroth, Laurance, Dante, Katelyn, Nicole, the kids and a guy with red hair standing there

"Guys, what happened!?" I asked the guards

"We were sleeping when it felt hot. I woke up and saw the house on fire... Since the room we're in was on the first floor we managed to escape easily" Garroth explained

"Great! Now where am I gonna stay!" I asked

"Hey! Why don't you crash at our place? We can fix the portal while you're there" Adam requested

"Oh... Um... Sure... But I'm going to go shopping again... Anyone wanna join?" I asked

"Me!" Alesa and Unica said at the same time

"Ok Shelby?"

"Sorry but I'm taking Cluckarina and shadow to a pet resort... They said any animal could join and they've been complete 'Angels' so I'm taking them there"

"You're going to go there too?" Ross asked Shelby

"Yeah! To be honest I like going there for free ice cream" Shelby answered

"Oh man! Same! Wanna hang out there?"

"Sure! What time are you going?"

"IM LATE! THUNDER CLUCK AND THUNDER MUFFIN WILL BE UPSET!"

"Oh man! Cluckarina and shadow are waiting!"

"Need help with any if your stuff? You're moving in after all" Adam asked

"Gee! I wonder what I can bring when all my stuff is in flames right now" I joked and they stayed silent

"Ok fine! My bag? I guess.... But be careful with it.... My laptop is there.... I'll just be shopping with the girls bye"

"See ya!"

Ross's POV

"I'm sorry for being late! Please stop pecking me" I begged to my chickens

"Ok come on Shelby's waiting for us there"

We got to the "paw-radise" and saw Shelby with shadow and Cluckarina. We both went in and the pets went in the pool. Me and Shelby went to the ice cream station and got some ice cream.

"I wonder what Jess was panicking about a while ago" Shelby wondered

"Well... She did say something about a person named D"

"Yeah but who is D?"

"I don't know... I think Jess has a past with her"

"Ya think?"

"Oh.... Hey rosssy poo" someone said and kissed me on my cheek. I looked at Shelby who looked jealous

"Oh hey" I waved

"Sooooo? Do you finally have a girlfriend? If not then I'm here!" She told me

"I... Uhh... I do have a girlfriend"

"Oh uh who is it?"

"It's... Umm" I tried to think of a name when I thought of someone

"Shelby's my girlfriend" I said. I looked at Shelby who had a shocked expression

"Oh... Well she looks surprised... Why don't I ask her then" she said and turned to Shelby. I looked at Shelby with the 'just go with the flow face'

"So... SHELBY! Are you and Ross boyfriend and girlfriend?" She asked Shelby

"Umm.... Yeah! We're totally dating" Shelby answered

"Grrrr... I don't have time for this! Someone stole my boyfriend!" She whined and Shelby looked at me wide eyed

"Ross can I talk to you? Alone!" Shelby said and dragged me somewhere

"What the heck was that? I'm not even your girlfriend"

"Look I'm sorry! The only way to get her away from me was saying I have a girlfriend... Also we were hanging out so I thought about you pretending to be my girlfriend"

"Who was that anyway?"

"I don't know? Just a random girl I don't even know"

"Ok... But you owe me one! What if she turns out to be a yandere who would kill me just to get to you"

"Hah! Like that would actually happen"

"They are dating! We're gonna have to separate them... And I know the best way possible"

"Well! Do it! D told us to separate everyone from each other... It will make it easier to catch them off guard"

"Give me one day!"

"Alright... One day"

"You'll still pay me right? Because looking pretty is a hard job"

"Yeah.. Yeah.. Just do your job"
